Poorly made uneven sewing

So Comfy! Only shoes i wear that help with my heal pain.

These are a fabulous color!!! Just don't have the arch support I need, and they're not quite wide enough to wear a whole lot. But if you have normal shaped, skinny feet, these would be so comfy!!

Nice shoes but too loose. I tighten them but now they hurt across my instep. I'm still trying solutions. I take a classic women's 9 medium.

I wore them twice, and they stretched out so bad that now when I walk, they just like flop off, I can't even wear them

I have received so many compliments on my pink Hey Dudes. Love the bright color. It makes any outfit look amazing. I wear a 9.5 and I sized down and I am glad I did.

These shoes are fabulous! I get compliments everywhere I go for the color - and they are so comfortable! They are bright - like neon pink. I love the white sole with them. I usually wear an 8.5 but go with an 8 in HD and they fit great.

I'm normally a women's size 5 in hey dudes and these were too big( canvas stretch) .. I'm glad they were easy to send back because u was able to purchase the Wendy Chambray in blue and I love them.. those r true to size and look great and super comfy!!

There are wrinkles in the canvas on the outside of the shoe.

I will not buy any Hey Dudes as gifts again. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes (one pair was even suede) as Christmas gifts and they arrived in plastic bags. I would have expected that shoes would come in a shoe box. I paid enough for them, especially the suede ones, that I should not have to also shoulder the expense of a shoe box to wrap them in. When I called customer service to complain they tried to play it off as being environmentally responsible, saying the plastic bags were biodegradable. Hmmm-possibly, but I use the cardboard boxes that my several pairs of Hey Dudes I own (some purchased online and some from brick and mortar stores) to store my shoes in the off seasons when not being worn. I just can't believe that for as little as it must cost for Hey Dude to produce a pair of shoes, they can't get up off a shoe box. Or at least in the interest of "environmental responsibility", give the customer the option of receiving the shoes in a bag or box.

My friend ordered these for me along with a large order of other shoes and I was very excited to wear these. Sadly they run quite big. I'm a real 6-to 6.5 at most, so she ordered me a 6. They were SO BIG for my feet so I couldn't possibly wear them. I've noticed that most of Hey Dude! Shoes and Boots feel as though they run a little big. I want my friend to return them and get her money back or trade them in but she doesn't know how to go about that. Can anyone help me-help her? Thanks in advance.

Nice and flight. Easy to slip on and off. No half sizing is a bummer for me as size 9 feels too big but 8 is too small. I had worn them only twice and they started to look super dirty. I doubt I'll but again but if I do, only dark colors or pattern.

I thought they would be really black, which is what I wanted. They're lighter than the picture. Also, I wear a 6 in hey dudes, and these are a lil big. A 5 would definitely be to small. The strings seem looser and if I tighten them, they just stretch back to original place.
