They were too big make your size more consistent please

While a good looking shoe - the brown tones of the "Nut" shown are wayyyy off. The shoes are far more tan than any level of brown.

I ordered these thinking they would be significantly more brown. I go no resolution when contacting support.

The shoe is a lighter brown than the picture shows. They hurt my feet. Hey Dude would not honor a T-Mobile promotion for me nor for my wife. Hey Dude came up with an absolute bogus reason as to why not. Very hard to talk to anyone at Hey Dude. This is my third pair of Hey Dud's and certainly my last. I have recommended to other people but no more. I should give a one star.

I wear a size 16 and that's what I ordered. I tried them on and they definitely fit like a 15 or less. Additionally, there is absolutely no arch support. It's a nice looking shoe and that's about all I can say good about it.

The size 14 was way to small and no choice if extra width I could see

I bought 2 pair of Hey Dudes this pair was painfully tight. I wear a 15. The second pair fit perfectly. These way too small. Nice shoes but had to return them. Size 15 was maybe a true size 14 at best.

It's hard to really know how to shoe's would fit without trying them on. They were to tight. Sent them back. But we did go somewhere else and tried a different pair and ended up buying 2 pair. Not bad shoes.

I typically wear a 13 and they feel loose/comfortable. I put these on and they were painfully tight. I called about a replacement and they said it would take approximately a3-4 weeks to get them exchanged. A week or so to ship back. 2 weeks to process the return and a week to ship a new pair to me. She said I could size up and that MAY help. I think I'll just pass on these. A very bad first impression of Hey Dudes after I heard such wonderful things about them.

Love the shoes but the sizing varies by shoe without any indication on the site so they don't fit right based on previous purchases.

Shoes are not wide enough, this was a gift. I was 3 days too late to return.

I ordered these for my dad for Christmas. These are the exact pair I have ordered in the past and they have historically been amazing. This time however, they fit completely different and he was not even able to wear them. Very disappointing.

Tiny little miniture shoes it is hard enough to find size 17 shoes. really annoying to order a pair and then be unable to even come close to putting them on. I would prefer you to just not offer larger then normal shoes instead of pretending that size 15 or 16s are bigger then they are.

I really like the look and comfort of these shoes, BUT they are the squeakiest shoes I have ever owned. I have had them for three weeks now, and regardless of the surface I am walking on (parking lot, wood floor, carpeted floor, grass in the backyard), you can hear me coming 20 feet away. Very disappointed with the noise they make.

Not comfortable at all. It is like there is something right down the middle and no support of the arch. I wore them out side and everywhere for at least 5 days hoping to get use to them and no luck at all. Figured since I wore them outside I can't return them but who knows for sure.

I wore this shoe a total of three times in my house. The last time when I wore it, it developed the lump inside of it near the toe area. It feels like I'm walking on a sock that's bunched up and will not go away. Customer service will not offer any help or replacement since it's outside the 60 day window from purchase This was my first pair of hey dude shoes and will be my last from this company. I cannot justify the poor quality of the product for the price. I do not usually leave reviews, however I would not recommend these shoes.

Color is way off from what you see on the website. The Nut color is more like a light beige. I had already returned them once due to size so really don't want to return them again. But I'm really not happy with the light color. Wish they were brown.

These "leather" shoes were bought as a gift. With in a month of only wearing them a few times, the leather scuffed and cracked. They will not help me out in anyway, no refund, no return, and no exchange or replacement.

Love the shoe, unfortunately, they run a little small. I ordered a 16, and my big toes are not at all comfortable in the front of the shoe. I can't wear them due to this discomfort at the toe.

Very uncomfortable compared to other HeyDudes, these gave me terrible blisters and I won't be wearing them.
