Runs small. Taking forever to get my exchange

I loved the shoes, but they arrived in a bag. No box. They were for a gift, so I couldn't wrap them in their box.

I bought 2 pair of Hey Dudes this pair was painfully tight. I wear a 15. The second pair fit perfectly. These way too small. Nice shoes but had to return them. Size 15 was maybe a true size 14 at best.

Casual wear they are a little warm not as light and airy as the others I've had

I wear these to work with my polo and khakis and love them. They are super comfortable and they can be dressed up or down. Thank you for making a Hey Dude that can double as a dress shoe.

Ordered these for my husband as he had never wore a pair of Hey Dudes. He LOVES them!

I love Hey Dudes and this is now the 5th pair I currently own. I have to wear casual dress shoes for my work so I purchased these to replace my Sperrys. They are perfect. I can wear these with my polo and kakis and they look just as nice as my Sperrys did just more comfortable. Thank you for coming out with a casual dress shoe!!

Shoes look & fit great, but expected a box (instead of a bag) for the price as they were a gift. Otherwise very pleased .

I typically wear a 13 and they feel loose/comfortable. I put these on and they were painfully tight. I called about a replacement and they said it would take approximately a3-4 weeks to get them exchanged. A week or so to ship back. 2 weeks to process the return and a week to ship a new pair to me. She said I could size up and that MAY help. I think I'll just pass on these. A very bad first impression of Hey Dudes after I heard such wonderful things about them.

I love them, took a bit of breaking in because of the leather but goes well with several outfits.

Wish they'd bring back the green and grey colorways they used to have as well. Awesome shoes.

I wore these for a two-week trip to Europe this past summer. They were comfortable and were just right for all the walking that we did. I will be buying another pair of these for sure.

This is my second pair of Hey Dudes. I bought the grey canvas model first and LOVE them, but my wife thinks they look like slippers so I bought this as an alternative that I can wear with jeans, etc. This material is a bit stiffer than the first pair, but they are starting to break in nicely.

Color is slightly lighter but nice, fit is very tight for size. Shoe is narrow and hard to slip on.

Bought for my husband, son and son-in-law. They love them. Just a step down from wearing boots, but not quite as casual and regular dudes.

Nice classy shoes! So very comfortable too! Wear them daily.

I really like the shoe. It is comfortable. It looks good and goes well with a range of casual clothing. It is sturdy and gives good support. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is the shoe is several shades lighter than pictured. I enjoy the shade which is much more tan than brown, but it puts the shoe ... for me ... in a definite "casual" category. Were it darker, it might be more versatile. Even so, the shoe is great for what it is and I recommend it.
