I have 3 pair of this shoe and zero laces left. They laces are terrible and you can't get replacements. FJ is zero help!! ZERO! Most comfortable shoe but can't wear them without laces

I am incredibly disappointed by the quality of the Tarlows. I've had the shoes now for quite some time and hoped that they would eventually break in and be comfortable. I continue to have awful heal blistering and bleeding despite wearing them more than 15 times at this stage.

I loved them for 12 months, then the soles came off the shoes. They were under warranty, so Footjoy sent me a replacement pair. You guessed it... 8 months later the soles came unglued on the replacement pair, which according to Footjoy had NO WARRANTY. I took them to a cobbler who had no trouble fixing them... which is what you'll have to do if you buy these shoes. (Love the BOA, though.)

I bought these shoes from my local Professional especially for winter use. On my first outing the sole became so clogged with mud that the spikes were virtually useless and they are almost impossible to clean. I have only worn them twice so don't know about durability. I may never wear them again because of the soles being full of mud.

Worst shoe I've ever worn coupled with the worst customer service I've ever received. I can barely walk 9 holes in these without having blisters or terribly sore feet (I've played more than 10 rounds in them).
On top of that, I've reached out to FootJoy numerous times and haven't gotten a single reply. Embarrassing.

I have always without fail for 20 years bought Footjoy golf shoes.
However this particular model has given me blisters to such an extent I cannot wear the shoe.

Returned. Ordered extra wide and they are still too narrow. Not much difference between wide and extra wide.

The sole came apart at the toes of each shoe after less than a month of wearing them. The shoes still looked new, but the tip of the toe was loose. I have worn FJ Dryjoys exclusively for 10+ years, but they replaced them with this style and it is simply cheaply made...Very Disappointed.

Beautiful shoe but they hurt my feet. Because they have been worn (how else would you know if they are a good purchase or not?) they refused a return.
I spent 4-20 minute segments on hold to be told I could exchange them only.
I will no longer buy FJ apparel or shoes and have shared my customer service experience with all my golfing friends.
Thanks so much FJ.

I have owned a few pairs of this shoe, all of which have been....unquestionable.....the most comfortable shoe ever......! Coupled with the fact they look great is the reason I keep buying them!
I was bought a pair as a gift this year, same shoe, same size, and they have to be the most UNCOMFORTABLE shoe ever. They can't be the same material and/or quality. A few months in and I am still getting blisters. In a pair of trainer socks they are unwearable...I am almost limping at the end of a round!
As this is my 4th....maybe 5th pair of the same shoe, I am quite confident I can be a pretty good judge.
I have tried to contact FootJoy via email twice now. No response. I wouldn't usually leave a review, but you shouldn't just get praise when things are going well.....you should be praised with how you deal with issues too, and this has been dealt with poorly.

Bought a pair of these 7 weeks ago. The waterproofing let go the third time I wore them, walking through the morning dew. Sent them back, after 6 weeks with no word I called in. Was told my size/color would be on back order for months. While on the phone I went online and the system was happy to tell me I could have a new pair shipped same day. Cust service answer to that was "they dont have access to that inventory". Told me a manager would call, of course they never did. DO NOT BUY FOOTJOY SHOES, THEIR WARRANTY IS MEANINGLESS. THEY WILL HAPPILY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU EMPTY HANDED WHILE THEY LOOK FOR THEIR NEXT MARK.

I'm a life long footjoy user and love the shoes but this new sizing is not it. I have wide feet and all my previous icons in xw fit perfectly. I purchased these in xw width and they were so tight that it cut the circulation off in my feet.

Have been buying same size footjoys for years. All of the sudden that size is coming in way to narrow. Very frustrating, had to move to an XW shoe where there is almost no selection.

I wore them once and hope they break in but the heal cup is extremely narrow and caused some serious blisters after walking 9 holes. They are not very comfortable so far.

Feet got destroyed and bled in these shoes. I like the Boa aspect but shoes themselves were terrible. And so far the warranty people are not good communication.

Back in May '21, I received a pair pf Packards as a warranty replacement for a faulty pair of DryJoys. I wore them through the summer within no real issues. I did however notice that if there was any form of moisture on the course, my socks were getting damp and there was also evidence of water staining on the internal parts of the shoe. I played in the rain with them the several days ago, and my socks/feet were wet. My playing partners socks/feet were not wet at all. These shoes are not waterproof at all!

Footjoy shoes no longer fit well to sizes. A 10.5 is too small, and an 11 is too large. And they are narrow. My golfing buddies all find the same thing. Worse, FJ doesn't assist you at all with any problems, even when going through your private club pro, if you don't quickly return. They just tell you to buy another pair. The value for the price is no longer as good as they were. Additionally, I don't like the new style or prices with either the Traditions or the Premier; not as good as the previous DryJoys. The waterproofing quickly expires at the end of their warranty on all of their shoes as well.

I've had DNAs for years; currently own 4 pair. Then it appeared FJ dropped them so I tried out the Ryder Cup Premieres. The narrows are too narrow and the mediums are wider than the predecessor DNA mediums. They are more designed for fat feet, than medium feet. My feet aren't as stable, the cleats do not grab as well and debris is impossible to get out of the cleats. I have tightened the shoes strings to the point that the sides of the saddle are touching over the tongue and they still aren't stable. They slip, don't grip. If I could send them back, I would.

I've only worn them once, but got the largest heel blister?
Hoping this is a break in issue. So I purchased some heel protectors.

size 14 was an awful fit, I really wanted some blue shoes. This was with the standard insert, forget using a substituted orthotic footbed - which you at FootJoy need to allow for - and don't as one of your competitors do.
Too short, heel far too wide (This is a common "LAST" problem with Foot Joy)
Lasts in larger sizes do not reflect the human foot, I'm an Orthopedist and once FootJoy listed which last a shoe was based upon making it easier to anticipate if a shoe would fit.

This model is not up to FootJoy standards of the past.
So far I have gotten huge blisters every time I wore them.
There is no cushioning in the rear of the shoe around the heel. the whole upper shoe feels cheap.
I would never buy another shoe where the upper is 3D printed.

You should inform customers that this shoe is a European cut and runs extremely narrow.
