First, the style, comfort, construction and size are perfect. Order your normal size. I am going to address some of the negative comments. If you are hesitating in the purchase because you read people are slipping out of them, (which is hard for me to see) that has not happened to me at all. Of course, I treat this product as it was intended to be worn. Kind of like, if you lived in Buffalo today, due to the snow, would you wear this as a boot.... duh no. So, this is not a running shoe or even a fast past walking shoe. However, I did wear mine to the grocery store and I am a fast walker and put it to the test. Of course, I also wore specific socks with these shoes. Because the inside sole is very soft and smooth, wearing a thin silky sock I would not advise, but wearing a normal cotton or wool sock would be fine to stop your foot from moving, and even barefoot worked good. Like I said, it has no back to speak of so this is not a running shoe, it lacks support in the back, but it is a good walking shoe for me, even when I go speed walking, but that is only because I wanted to test it and wore proper socks. In my opinion this is a wonderful shoe and could not get any cuter. Thank you to Ugg for creating this product, I love it!!!

I really want open back platform suede/combo mules to go with many UGG chestnut color outfits. This one fits the bill. The laces let's you adjust for the width, there is plenty of room at toe area, I think to order in black too.

Easy to put on and off, if you suffer with problems on your legs it is a must.

I love them.. These are so easy to l love and v to live in.. easy to slip on and easy to adjust with.. soooooooo comfortable.. I have a spare because I can't imagine starting my day without them to jump into in the morning.. they are a little wide but easy to adjust laces and "snug up "

Great for traveling on the plane. Very stylish and great height. I worn them for walking around in NYC and DC. They were comfortable but if start walking to fast you would want your toes to grip a little. I love walking with them.

The reviews about these shoes being uncomfortable and easily falling off your foot, I can't figure out. This has become my go to shoe. Slide them on and you're out the door. These are by no means a power walking shoe, but what mule is? Very comfortable yet light weight for a platform shoe. Inside is super soft so I wear with or without socks. Get compliments every time I wear these out. Obsessed.

These shoes are great when you wear wide leg pants. They give me that extra height so my pants aren't dragging on the ground. They are extremely comfortable!!

I like the color, materials are soft and very comfortable. I recommend this product. You just have to tighten the tie so it won't slip your feet. Right to your size unless your feet is wide. Love it.
