Just bought this pair of shoes about 1 month now and it very uncomfortable, it's ok for walk in a short distance but very uncomfortable. I would love to return it if I could

When I first put these on I was stoked. They are super cute and felt comfortable while standing. Unfortunately, the love affair ends the minute I started walking. They fell off. So I tightened them, but that didn't work either. They were my size for sure, but for some reason they kept falling off. The little lip at the back can feel a bit weird too. Sadly I will be returning these.

Not comfy at all, don't stay on foot

Like other reviews I've read, this does not stay on my foot no matter what socks are worn. I could not make them tight enough to stay on without it being so tight that my toes go numb. I was really looking forward to these. Now I just want them to go away. Out of all my Ugg purchases which are too many to list, these are the only footwear I regret purchasing. I can't seem to find where I can initiate a return either so I guess I'm stuck with shoes I cannot wear. Not impressed at all.

Don't buy these unless you enjoy toe cramps and numb feet. They should've made these without the shoelaces. More like a solid slide like the venture daze. I can't tie them tight enough to keep the shoe on my feet. And if I tie them too tight, it cuts off circulation to my toes. I am thoroughly disappointed in these. Can't wear them longer than 10 minutes without getting frustrated that they keep falling off my feet. The footbeds are ridiculously comfortable- that's the only positive I have for these. It's too late to return them, so now I'm stuck with them. Wasted purchase. Only pair of Uggs that I regret purchasing.

I love how this mule looks! Soooo cute.. But no matter how I tried, I couldn't keep it on my foot :( Just doesn't have enough back lip to stay on with the heaviness of the shoe. For me anyway I couldn't tie it tight enough to stay put and I'm sad I had to return them. Ugg makes that process super easy tho

These might have been the ugliest shoes I have ever purchased. They look super cute in the online photos but were laughable in physical form. I can't imagine amy body type or situation where these might be remotely cute. I requested a return right away and sent them back. No offense UGG- these were duds.

I wanted to love these but sadly they went back to the store. They were very clunky. My son called them clown shoes when I tried them on and walked past him.
