So far , the best and most versatile daily trainer I've used this year (the upper was improved, more snug, vs speed 3). I am a non elite, older runner. The combination of midsole foam and the softer plastic plate provides great balance between performance, cushioning and protection. Defo recommend for speedier and longer efforts.

Used them today to run my 10 k and was able to shave off 2 minutes from my average time. Also, the legs don't feel that tired and my heart rate was also better overall which is a good thing as I need to work on reducing my max heart rate (with age). The shoe is really light weight, and comfortable even on hard surface. I felt less stress in rolling my feet. This is my first attempt with a shoe in this category so don't have any thing else to compare with.

I like the Speed 4's. They are pretty light and responsive. They have good tread that allows for road, dirt, and trail running. I work at a law enforcement police academy and they are the go to shoes for the tactical staff. They transition well between running on road and trail and during calisthenic exercises. I wear these during weight training, HIIT workouts, and track work. I've had the 2's, 3's, and 4's. The 2's are my favorite, and I definitely like the more narrow toe box than the 3's. Shoes hold up well and are my daily shoe for the diverse workouts. I recommend these shoes to the staff and students.

The Endorphin Speed series has been my overall favorite in the running line. Light, responsive and fit to size. The Speed 4 doesn't disappoint with the nylon plate, great comfort I will run Pittsburgh in this shoe and Buffalo 3 weeks later. Keep pumping out this amazing sneaker.

This is my first experience of the Endorphin range. I have heard great things and thought they would make a great all-around daily trainer. I have put 50 km on them so far, and I have no reason to question my choice. When all is said and done, this is a great product that does exactly what I hoped it would.

These shoes are absolutely fantastic! Most of the supportive shoes that I have are quite heavy, but these are quick and light - I find myself wearing them a lot more often than my others. They've also been holding up well over the two months that I've had them so far.

My favorite all around running shoe of all time is the Speed 2. It just felt dialed in no matter what pace I was running. I was not a fan of the Speed 3 as it felt 'flat' to me and I did not find it much different from any of the other daily trainers in the same price range. Fast forward to the Speed 4 and I am thrilled that pretty much everything I loved about the Speed 2 is back in the Speed 4 - and then some. I am a midfoot to forefoot runner and the Speed 4 brings back the 'pop' that the 3's lacked. Part of the reason the 3's felt so flat to me was coming from the slightly firmer midsole in the 2's which I think accentuated the aggressiveness of the speedroll technology. I cant say for sure if the speedroll in the 3's was tamed down or if the lacking feeling was due to a softer midsole but, either way, the 3's didnt feel the same. That said, the 4's have a midsole comparable to the 2's which I love. The 4's also feel more stable than the 2's and as stable as the 3's. The 4 also brings back the practically effortlessness sensation when you are in your flow. The heel feels softer than the 2's which works extremely well with the rest of the midsole. The upper is not as tight as the 2's but the slightest bit tighter than the 3's. I did have an issue with the laces putting pressure at the very top of my foot in one of the shoes but hoping that goes away with more use. Certainly not enough to detract a star for it. I also love the white/viziorange colorway. I've got roughly 35 miles in these and they do not disappoint. I can see myself buying multiple pairs of the 4's as I did with the 2's; something I would not consider doing with the 3's. Thank you, Saucony!!!

Absolutely love these running shoes!!! The amount of cushion and comfort on these shoes is off the charts. I run 3 miles every morning and these shoes provide my feet with the protection they need so I can continue to do what I love daily.

These are excellent running shoes. Been a long time endorphin speed 3 user. The speed 3 toe box never quite worked right for me, but I liked the feel so much I sucked it up and used them anyway. The toe box fits a wider foot much better than on the speed 3 in my opinion. The heel fit feels pretty similar to the speed 3. As far as running feel the toes feel firmer and more powerful than on the speed 3, while the heel feels pretty similar. To me this means they still can handle a mellow run easily when you're doing more heel striking, but it also gives the shoe a better interval and race day feel with the stiffer and more aggressive roll off of the toe. The sole seems grippier and covers the bottom better than the 3s. That was always the first part of my 3s to wear out so I am curious if it improves durability at all. I see a lot of reviews where people talk about buying these shoes for work? That I dont get. Save your money. This is a running shoe with a plate (to improve your running). This isn't the shoe you want in the office. It has compromises made to stability, traction and durability to make it light and good at running. There are better and cheaper options for work.

I've been wearing these sneakers for a bit now, and they are super light. When I'm walking or running, it's like they're not even there, which is great because I don't like it when shoes feel heavy. They're also really comfortable, which is important to me because I want my feet to feel good when I'm moving. I haven't had them for a very long time, so I'm not sure how long they'll last, but so far, they seem pretty good. What I like the most is how they make running feel easier. It's like I can go faster without extra effort. If you're looking for shoes that won't make your feet tired and will help you move smoothly, these might be a good choice. Just keep in mind, I'm still checking out how well they hold up over time.

These shoes were so comfortable, I felt like I was walking on a cloud. This is my second pair of saucony shoes. The endorphin speed 4 shoes were amazing no less. Super comfortable and such nice material, definitely worth the price. I'm obsessed, although the color isn't quite my style I got used to it and wear them all the time now. Definitely a great purchase

These are great shoes for running, snappy and responsive. The downside is all I could get for colors was white combo and they are so dirty they look like I've had them for years and it's been 3 months! Color choices are tough especially in odd sizes (my size, men's 13 medium). While we are at it, Saucony can we please get women's sizes in 13 for those without petite feet!!!

I've been running with these for about a month, they're super light and springy but the toe box is a little too narrow for me.

I have 3 pairs of the Endorphin Speed 2, which is a 5* shoe. I also have the Endorphin Pro 2, which is even better. I bought the Endorphin Speed 3, which was definitely a step backward for this line. The Endorphin Speed 4 is a step back in the right direction. I still like the Speed/Pro 2 better, which is why I only gave 4*.

The shoes is excellent for running. It is light and helps me run faster. The only issue is that the shoes is a bit large for me. I wish I could buy a smaller size.
