Not comfortable the minute I put them on. They are too tight in the toe box. I ordered the same size as my 2 other foot joy shoes and when I compared the 3 sided by side, the tour alpha were much smaller in the bunion area. Needless to say I shipped them back

So I bought these shoes last August, measured my feet, and was between an 8.5 and 9 in size, after some debate with the store I purchased them from, I took the 9 to have more space in width. A couple of holes later, both heels bleeding exactly where the back tongue is sewed in the heel cup, I thought I needed to "break them in" but each round, after 6 holes, my heels have blisters so bad, that I'm bleeding. Called customer service, and they told me that I got the wrong size and there's nothing they can do since I'm out of the 30 days... Going back to Ecco from now on...

The reason I buy Footjoys is they fit perfectly out of the box. For over 12 years, I never had a problem - until this pair. The shoes tore my heels up with blisters. Six rounds and I need to wear bandages to finish a round. Very disappointing.

The shoe is the right size but the hole is not big enough and I am not able to get the shoes on.

Never bought footjoy shoes before but loved the look of these, it's a shame they aren't as comfy as they look. My friend said I won't regret it when I said I was buying these but I so am! The double boa system is great but apart from that for the money the comfort is terrible. I'll be staying clear in future!!

The binding strings broke on the right shoe during my second round of golf. I have been buying footjoy golf shoes for many years and the first time I have had any problems. This is the second time I purchased a pair with the the binders. I purchased a similar pair many years ago and they worked fine. I am returning this new pair of shoes. I had to have another pair right away so I purchased a pair of Foot joys from my local pro shop. This time I got them with shoe strings. I wouldn't trust the Tour Alpha BOA shoes.

I am a size 7. Wore FJ softjoy/dryjoy shoes for years. So bought these in size 7. Big mistake. They have rubbed my heels raw. Thought it was a size issue so turned to 6 1/2 but no improvement. I think the design is flawed by having the loop end stitching inside the heal so it rubs the foot. Shoes going back tomorrow and turning to a new manufacturer as very disappointed. Amazed other customers haven't experienced this as no similar comments on here.

Shoes is WAYYY too big. A 13 was like a 15. Also, FJ support blows. They used to be good, but here I am 1 1/2 later on a return and they still haven't even reached out. I know the package was sent back the same day I got them, and delivered 2 days later to them. I bought their most expensive shoe, and this is the customer service I get. WOW!!! Well done FJ, pat on the back for terrible.b

The shoes look great, but we're too large. I returned them, tracked the package was received. Never heard from Footjoy again! I sent them an email from their customer site. I called their customer service line several times and was on hold up to an hour without ever talking to anyone. No refund No replacement shoes Nice shoes LOUSY service

Shoes were fine though they ran too tight. My bigger issue is that I returned them to Footjoy via FedEx and still haven't received my refund, almost a month later

I have worn these to walk 3 rounds (of 18) and I have never had a pair of shoes (including other Foot Joys) carve up my heels like this before. Ouch!!!

I saw the Ad while watching golf on TV for the Alpha tour, and I ordered it , when it arrived a week later it was the ugliest most difficult shoe to put on and take off , , I immediately called the customer service to return ,
