I use these as my "daily" shoes. Prior, I had shoes with orthotic inserts because of pain in my feet, but these I wear straight out of the box! Best shoes I have ever had with no pain! I bought two more pair just to have them ready when I wear out my first pair!

Excellent training shoe really for any distance. I use this model for day to day runs as well as long weekend runs. Perfect fit and no need to break them in. 10 miles on day one

As a bigger guy, finding shoes that keep my feet comfortable all day has been challenging until I tried the Brooks Ghost 16. I'm not a runner, so I can't speak to performance on the track, but for daily wear, walking, and just staying comfortable and stable on my feet, these shoes have been a game-changer. The cushioning is exactly what I needed: soft enough to relieve pressure and foot fatigue, but not so squishy that I feel off balance. I've had zero heel pain, no more sore arches, and they feel supportive enough to walk around for hours. What I especially appreciate is how stable they feel. Even with my weight, the Ghost 16 doesn't collapse inward or wear unevenly like some other shoes I've tried. They fit true to size, and the upper has a nice balance of breathability and structure. I can't speak to how they hold up under high-impact running, but for everyday use and long hours on your feet, I'd absolutely recommend these, especially if you're a bigger guy looking for relief and all-day comfort.

I wear nothing but Brooks and they never disappoint! Eight years ago I got run over by a big , high off the ground SUV. Thank God it was big, or I might not be here to tell you about it. My doctor told me, from now on you have to wear a comfortable, low to the ground footwear,with some support. By recommendation, I chose Brooks! Even though they are expensive, I buy two pair at a time and rotate them. I highly recommend this product!

Bought for my son for track practice. He said they were so comfortable and supportive.

I'm not a serious runner, but I have been jogging on and off for years. I've been told I needed a neutral cushioned shoe a long time ago. Before that, I just bought whatever was on sale at a big box store until I felt pain in my shins and ankle. Running shoe store suggested the Brooks Radius. After that disappeared, I switched to the Ghost. Whenever I start jogging back up, my go to has been the Ghost. The 16 feels good and was a good price because the 17s just came out.

Returned them. Too narrow.

This is my third pair of Ghosts, they are great for running and walking. The fit is perfect for my feet, comfortable and supportive but light enough. I use the Cascadia's for trail walking and wetter conditions.

It fits with my brace and orthotics. Doesn't make a noise with every step like my Glycerin 22 does.

These are the first pair of Brooks I've ever owned, and they just might be the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I love them!
