they sent me the wrong style - very disappointed

It's probably a very good running shoe for the average size person. When running, it is very "cushiony". However, if you are smaller like me, you'll find these to be quite bulky, as that seems to be the trend with running shoes (looking like clown shoes or Hoka's). I'm sending back and sticking with my old Launch 10's as they are not as bulky and are super light. Otherwise, I never plan on switching from Brooks unless they all become massive like Hoka's.

I really enjoy the cushion insoles as I walk to get my daily steps in.

One of the greatest running shoes EVER!!

Ever since I started running I have always come back to the Ghost and I am so glad I decided to. They are so comfortable and supportive but also lightweight. They will always be one of my favorite running shoes.

I literally love them! I have mainly been using them for work. I love the stretchy shoe laces.

Not as good as previous ghost.

The shoes are very comfortable. I feel more comfortable in the front of my feet, and they feel like a better shock absorber than my previous shoes. I immediately started walking more once I got the new shoes. I used to do between 6 and 7 miles daily, but since getting the new shoes, I don't do less than 8, and on one particular day, I did 10. On the previous shoes, the max I ever did was 8 miles; I did this once and never did it again as I felt it across my whole body; the weather was also warmer then. I know multiple factors explain why I walk further now, but I have no doubt that the Ghost 16 shoes are a significant factor. I highly recommend the shoes; there are two other shoes I plan to test out from different brands, and I intend to have three walking shoes on rotation. I walk 8 miles daily, 5-6 days a week.

I love them this is my 7th pair. You can't go wrong with them

I recently started running and am currently training for a half marathon. I've already had a pair of Under Armour Charged Pursuits and these were a HUGE step up. These shoes feel much softer and way more responsive. Though I have to admit the tox box is a bit wide. Otherwise these are amazing!

My first pair of running shoes and I am impressed!!

The toe area is narrower and more tapered than the Ghost 11 I had. Even the extra wide is now squeezing my foot. Please bring back the shape of the 11.

Ive liked the Ghost for many generations. Ive switched to others, either within Brooks or not, but always come back to ghosts. They are the best for those that put in the miles because best combo of comfort and speed. But I must say, and this is saying a lot imho, these 16s are the best ever. The new nitrogen injection is a game changer in comfort and durability. My first pair of running shoes lasting 6 months in a long time!

Bought these for my husband. Got them in wide because he has been wearing Ghost now for 16 years. The new design is no good. Super loose on his heel, super tight on the foot but wide in the toe box. Had to return them. He tried another pair not in wide and has to return those to the store. The heel is super wide and slips constantly on his heel. The only nice thing is Ghost still has nice cushion. But the design for the 16 is the first time my husband (a Brooks Ghost afficionado) now has to try to find a different brand that will work. Unfortunate.

Great shoe! Very comfortable fit, plenty of support and won't ever buy anything else! I tried a lot of shoes, but these are the best by far!

IK didn't like them true they're better cushioned. To me they felt clunky. I bought 3 pairs,,and have to contact you.

I bought this as a follow on to my Ghost 15 pair. Put 28 miles on them before a half marathon and the shoe was comfortable with no blisters. Only 4-stars because it "feels" bulkier than the 15 and I didn't like the toe box as much since it seemed/felt wider than the 15. Other than that a great shoe.

I have purchased brooks Ghost 16 for the past several years for the neutral support but it feels like the Ghost now are forcing my foot to pronate, at least my left foot. Not sure if it is an off shoe but may have to go back to the Ghost 15.

The fit and comfort of the shoe are really good. They are light on your feet and provide good foot support. However, I do not like the thin plastic toe shell material. The material buckles and makes a crease on the exterior of the shoe, and you can feel it on the inside as well. Hopefully, this is just a manufacturing defect with my shoe and doesn't reflect all the shoes.

Been a Ghost fan for at least 5-6 generations. Not near as good of fit as previous versions. Limited edition colors don't have the lace loop in the tongue. Fabric is too giving allowing for a sloppy feel. Had to double check the box label and the label on the tongue to make sure I wasn't accidentally shipped a 'wide' version....I wasn't.

Bought these as a gift, the recipient absolutely loves them and didn't know running could feel like this. 100/10

The fit is excellent. Good cushion.

Love the comfort and support especially on longer runs. Ive had these for approx 1.5 months and the top of the toe has already ripped. Never had this problem before so disappointing.

I bought it for walking, it's great, even when standing, it's incredibly stable, the quality is beautiful, but the back of the shoe must be protected from doors. I think I'll buy the waterproof one, but I'm afraid it won't be airtight.
