I've had four pairs of Ghosts through the 15, and I was excited about my new Ghost 16s - I put them on and my right foot was twisted in the shoe, with my big toe pushing on the left and my heel refusing to get properly seated. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wore them for a week to break them in, ending up with foot, calf, and hip pain on the right side after 30 miles. They were either defective, or there is something really wrong with how the 16s have been designed. I'll be buying another pair of 15s and waiting to see what happens.

The Ghost 16 toe box is way too narrow and hurts my feet. I had at least 3 pairs of the Ghost 15 and they fit perfect. While the cushion seems to be improved, please go back to the fit of Ghost 15.

Great shoes, very comfortable and light weight.

This pair is for my husband. He is a serious life-time runner and says these are like running on clouds. Very helpful on road runs. Also very good response/feel on trail runs. He says they are an excellent running shoe that help him go fast with no fatigue. He likes the overall fit and color combo.

Excellent fit and quality. I wear it everyday for work where I am constantly on my feet. I do not have any issues with aching feet or hot spots. This is my 4th pair of this model (ghost) and as long as you keep making it, I will buy it.

Super comfortable and not my first pair

Ive been wearing Brooks for a few years now. This recent purchase was for my husband who hasnt been able to find a pair of sneakers that he loved. Ghost are my personal favorite and recently convinced my husband to hop on the Brooks bandwagon. He tried multiple styles and decided on the Ghost 16. He has plantar fasciitis so is always achy, but the Ghost 16 alleviates much of his discomfort. He has the black/black and they look better in person. My only criticism is the laces. Im constantly re-tying them. If youre running or even just casually walking, they come undone. It can be quite annoying.

Fit well out of the box. Zero break-in. Would buy again.

Comfy at first, but didnt last long. I have wide feet and a high arch. Im heavy set and walk about 3-5 miles a day. These were comfy at first, but didnt hold the test of time like other models of brooks. I buy 2-3 pairs a year

Meh. I have been looking for their softest strike shoe because I have an achilles issue from a childhood break. These are not as soft as I'd hoped, so if they're the softest, I may need to start looking for a new brand. Lastly, I'm a 12 mile a week treadmill runner, so every pair of Brooks I've ever had have worn out after 6 months. I think their competitive advantage is that Nike, New Balance, Skechers, etc. are just junk start to finish.

Good shoes I like them. I think the previous pair of Ghosts where softer on impact.

This is my first Brooks & very impressed. Toe box is roomy and very comfortable. Great quality overall. I will buy again.

Loved the feel and support, but my big toe rubbed on the toe box. I will be returning them and going back to my Adrenalines.

This the second pair of brooks ghost shoes Ive owned in 4 years. My hopes are these will last just as long and Ill be more than happy with that! Great support, extremely comfortable, superb wear on rubber sole.

These shoes are narrower than before and the shoelaces are shorter.

For daily use, running, and walking, I would always go to my Brooks.

I am a walker. I great for incline treadmill training. I am a woman. I buy and wear my Brooks shoes in a man's 10.5. The woman's Brooks aren't for me. They just don't feel comfortable, supportive or have that just right feel on my feet. \_()_/ But the best part about new Brooks is this. I wear them until they feel worn out to me. Then when my friend and her family visit from Africa, I give her husband my old Brooks. He tells me they feel brand new to him!!

They feel a little slippery in wet conditions. Light and fast but still plenty of support that we know and love from Brooks.

This shoe does not have the same toe room as the Ghost model, therefore I had to send it back.
