The fit is perfect. Shoes are lightweight and provide solid cushioning. Price is on the high side but...I think most sneakers are priced in the same range. The only complaint (and it was the same for the Ghost 15s I have) is the quality of the laces. You can tie them, sure but they come untied pretty quick. So you have to double knot them. Now they stay tied. Getting them untied is difficult. You have to pick the knot apart. Brooks is the only brand I have had problems with. Just try it...see you can't just pull a lace and the know comes free.

Well, the size I ordered feel tight (10 1/2D) and the color is purple. I chose the color Blue so, why are they purple?

Good, but not as good as previous versions. The tongue presses into my foot a bit. It also feels a bit less stable then the 13s. I had to get a pair of insoles to match the stability feel of previous iterations. Super lightweight, good fit, great traction.

Much improvement over 14 and 15 except for the tongue is still too big and bulky and high on the ankle. The 13 and it's predecessors were outstanding as far as the tongue and not sure why it was changed. As far as the cushion and lighter material, it feels great. Hopefully the tongue can be shortened and thinner in the 17s and thereafter. Something similar to the Launch would be great!

The Ghost 16 had the same feel, but I thought the finish on the exterior of the shoel looked like they were trying to save some money.

Shoe is really comfortable and cushioning of the sole is great. The tongue is lacking padding on the part of it facing your foot. I have 2 pair of Ghost 15's and they are much better. Why somebody changed that part of the shoe is beyond me.

I have been wearing Brooks Ghost shoes for many years but sadly the Ghost 16 will most likely be the last Ghost model I purchase. I order mine with a wide toebox and the foot position is comfortable for walking or running. The new Ghost 17 with thick soles is not comfortable and does not feel like an improvement so I will not be buying the Ghost in the future. I wish Brooks kept the same.

Same size as the last Brooks I bought but these wear a bit smaller and tight in the toe box.

Very comfortable but unattractive. All Brooks had, color wise, in my size was grey. Why aren't shoe companies making attractive shoes anymore?

Look really nice and have a cushy sol

Been running for 35 years. Always Brooks Ghost. These have a somewhat snug toebox. I use them in all weather, and they do get wet easily. I like them overall and they are durable. After so many pairs, and my time doing this feedback, I feel I am more than loyal, and easily deserve a complimentary sample pair.

I don't run, I have cidp and these are the best shoes I've found for neuropathy in my feet and legs.

Shoe is comfortable and stable. Big question for me is how long will this shoe's stability and comfort hold up. For first 8 days the shoe has been great.

Good shoe, just like the whole ghost line. The nitrogen heel is a bit stiff but slowly breaking in, so will see how it goes.

Purchased this pair to help with my weight loss program in walking 3-4 miles each morning. I had purchased the Glycerin 21, and I love them. They are a solid shoe and provide a good support for my pronation problem. They provide excellent support for me as I am a big guy. The only let down is the cushion. They are not as comfortable as the Glycerin 21. ALthough I say this, I stil like the shoe.

I ran over 700 miles in a pair of Ghost 14 shoes size 12. I just got the Ghost 16 white/peacoat/orange in size 12 and they were too small. I started running and double checked the size because I thought I had accidentally ordered size 11. My toes felt uncomfortably close to the end of the shoe. I'm also not a big fan of the high amount of cushioning, not sure if that is more than previous Ghost shoes, could be the same, but I also ordered a pair of Hyperion 2 (size 12) for the first time which is better suited for me. I run more toe strike or mid-foot strike and the Hyperion 2 the right amount of cushioning for me to have responsive, efficient contact with the ground. I'm 6'1" somewhere around 190 and do more 3-5 mile runs.

I wear a 10.5 wide. There is never a very good selection of colors in this size. Usually about 3 colors to pick from. This the reason for 4 stars. They fit good.

I've worn ghost for many years. Same good quality but the ghost 16 seems to run narrower in mid foot and toe. Had to get a wide to fit like previous years. I have an adrenaline and revel and these fit normally and are not wide width.

Fits good as I need a narrow. It was the right size and feels good to run or walk in. Have no complaints with the item.

Didn't fit right. Too tight so I returned them. I'll replace them with another size. Been using Ghost for years. Good shoes.
