I love the fit, a lot of toe room, felt like they ran big, bought a second pair, actually the most comfortable. Didnt like the fact that out of all the color choices, I was given two options.
All my purchases have only lasted about 6 months before they start looking like theyre ten years old. Therefore, I do wish they were cheaper or discounted, but if its the only shoes that are comfortable, I dont really have a choice on the cost.

I got these at my local running store and I love my new shoes. I like the wide toe box and narrow heel. And because I have a narrow heel, I use the runner's tie, and I can barely tie my shoes! PLEASE add a couple of inches to the laces.

Love these shoes but continue to be disappointed in lack of interesting choices in wide width. Was so looking forward to the Merry Ghost but it doesn't come in wide. Please can we have more choices!

I have worn Brooks Ghost Sneakers for years (2017 starting with Ghost 10). I am not a fan of the Ghost 16. The toe box is different. My big toes keep hitting the front and top of the sneaker. They are squished. I never had this problem before. I read the reviews after I purchased the product and see that others are having the similar issues. Big Bummer.

Great looking shoes! I got the run Merry version because I fell in love with the look of them . I would describe it as a moderate cushion. The laces are terrible they keep coming untied. Not great for running but good to wear for work

I have wore Brooks Ghost shoes for years and I really did like them till the pair I just bought. I wore them on Saturday and I hate my new pair. They did not have enough cushion in them. Time I got them off my legs and back hurt so bad. I hate I paid 150.00 for a pair shoes that I may not ever have them on again. I will not buy other pair. I am over Brooks if this is what they are going too.

I am a Brooks loyalist because the original ghost is the only shoe Ive been able to run over a mile in without my knees giving out in a decade. These are good walking shoes, but I certainly havent been able to run or weight lift in them. Ive actually been weight lifting barefoot, because I started having stability issues in one ankle about 2 weeks into using these shoes. Thats probably my fault for doing too much volume, though I havent had that issue since I was a little kid. All said, these shoes are comfortable and supportive, but I cant say they helped my issue.

Every year/every new version I cross my fingers that it wont change too much while wishing brooks would just leave a good thing alone. The 16 is significantly tighter across the arch, so if you have a high instep like I do, they may no longer be comfortable. I knew the minute I put my foot in, they had changed too much from the 15 to be the right shoe for me anymore and I would have to return both pairs I bought. Its bad enough the wide widths dont even have all the nice colors but now they dont even fit well. Its frustrating, Ive tried all other types of brooks and the ghost was the best fit for me (ghost 12, 13, 14, 15). I would buy about 6 pairs per year. I will have to look for a new brand now but in the meantime Im buying whatever stock of the ghost 15 I can from Brooks Restart.

Love the extra wide width, it is just what I needed. Please offer them in more color options but for sure keep making the black. I use these as my "dress" (work) shoes.

At first these sneakers started out as comfortable with a lot of cushioning. The longer I wore them, the more my feet hurt, specifically the outer part of my foot near my pinky toe. I do not have a wide foot so Im not sure if the design of this shoe was changed, but I can no longer wear these for an extended walk outside. I have never had a problem with Brooks sneakers before but these sneakers are not for me. I will be returning them.

I purchased the ghost holiday version; very cute with green canvas, ornaments in orange, candy cane trim and shoelaces.
The shoe just did not fit my foot. The material was rather stiff, and with thick socks rubbed a bunion. With thin socks I got a blister on my heal.
I was extremely disappointed the shoes didnt work out! Id really wanted a cute holiday running shoe.

So heartbroken Ive been wearing ghosts for years! Currently been wearing my ghost 15 and tried these on and the fit is completely different. I want to love them but the toe box is way too big compared to the 15 my foot is moving around so much in the same size. Not sure what to try next.

So comfy. This shoe has a lot of cushion. Good for my outdoor walks. I find Brooks my favorite brand of sneaker for exercising.

I love the Christmas design of the Run Merry. I would have given them 5 stars, but with the shoestrings so short, I deducted a star. They are very hard to tie. I have several pairs of ghosts and they all had "normal" length shoestrings. Not sure what happened here.

Love them, such great cushion and support. Only thing I wish they would do is put better and longer laces on them.

Not what they used to be. Ive bought Brooks Ghost for over 6 years. Ive bought more than 15 pairs. Every year is where. When I first purchased, a pair would last me almost a year. Now Im lucky to get three months out of a pair. They are less rubber and more foam. Less support. They are more and more expensive and less and less quality.

A little background..I have a high arch, small ankle, wide toe box. I am a nurse and very active. I have been loyal to ASICS Nimbus for years. I decided to try Brooks Ghost after reading / watching the positive reviews, and praise from someone in my family. At first, the cushion and support seemed very close. However, after a month of wear, I noticed I began having pain in my heel area, a week later, I developed knee pain that I have NEVER had. The only change I have made that I can attribute this to is my shoe change.which was major for me to begin with. Again, I have been loyal to ASICS Nimbus for years and this is after much trial/error and research to find the right shoe for my foot. Lessons learned "if it is not broke, don't try to fix it!" And "if the shoe fits, wear it". I am sure Brooks Ghost is the perfect shoe for someoneit just wasn't for my foot. For those who may are trying to decidethe Ghost is not as supportive in the ankle, the arch support oddly begins toward the back of the shoe, causing pain, the toe box is wide (the part I did like) This is my honest review and I hope it helps someone.

I've always heard how comfortable the ghost was but never ordered them. With this year's Christmas shoe, it was a color I wanted so finally purchased the ghost shoe....Amazing fit. I'm usually a launch or hyperion wearer but the ghost are so much different. Beyond excited with my new shoe.
