The toe box is too wide! These shoes were supposed to be narrow but are very wide! Please improve the ghost 17!

They are fairly comfortable but not attractive on the foot. The shoe’s shape is spade-like so it looks like your foot is very broad even in a standard “B” size. The shape also makes it less than ideal for walking on uneven ground—with so much space around the toes the foot falls forward when you’re going downhill, irritating the big toe. This happens even though my own feet are wide at the toes. All in all, I’m very disappointed in this newest version of Ghost. I’ve been wearing the style for years and counted on them to stay comfortable and attractive. I would have returned them but didn’t discover the comfort problems until wearing them for a hike.

Ghost 15 is perfect. I wish you wouldnt keep changing the fit and styling. The 16 is not as sturdy as the 15. It runs larger. It gives less arch support. The 15 does not hit my ankle bone the 16 hits my ankle bone.

While other shoes were causing pain in my knees while running, these have felt good on my feet and I have not felt any pain.

These are my 5th pair of ghosts and I feel these run smaller than in previous iterations. Ordered a half size up as per usual and my toes were up to the end. Ended up needing to go up a whole 1.5 sizes for a thumbs width of room (for long distance running).

They dont feel the same as my previous pairs of Brooks. I used to love getting a new pair and it felt like I was walking on clouds and a perfect fit. These feel like they are not made well, they gap at my ankles and dont feel like they are well made.

Not terrible, but these are significantly less comfortable than the previous ghost models. The cushion is much less soft. My feet are hurting after a 12 hour shift, they feel like my worn out shoes!

I have 2 pairs of these shoes (Ghost) so I felt confident ordering another pair from the website. I was very surprised and disappointed when they arrived and were too small! Since the 2 retail stores I shop at cant accept website purchases for return, I sent them back. I went to my local Fleet Feet store to try on the next size larger. Wellthey didnt fit either! I ended up buying another brand. Apparently, when the next same style changes numbers (ie; 14, 15, etc) they dont have consistent sizing. What a disappointment and inconvenience!

I bought these in narrow for my daughter. She has worn the 14's for 2 years (2 different pair) and she loved them. They were our go to shoes for her very narrow feet. These 16's are too narrow and too long. Why do u feel the need to screw with your designs? This isn't my 1st issue with this. Can't u see u can't fit the entire population? U are losing and gaining the same numbers every time u mess with the shoes. Just stop already.

I have a long history of knee surgeries (sports related). Finally caught up to me and am in need of a replacement. Due to my degenerative issues my left foot tends to supinate causing increased knee pain. I bought two pairs of these to wear indoors at work (health/fitness studio). The first day my knee pain was gone during work. The support this shoe provides to control my ankle is amazing. Its like a hug. Comforting & supportive. Now I need to buy another pair to wear outdoors! Highly recommend. Fits true to size and feels amazing.

Every year for eight years I've purchased the new Ghost in my size and been thrilled with Brooks. This year they don't fit. The toe box is short and really tight, and I'm returning them. My post-purchase research confirmed the toe box has been changed, and I don't understand why.

I just got back into running a few months ago and this is my first pair of Ghosts since the 8. Very happy with them! So far I have only been on treadmill runs. Support is perfect. Have not found any spots that rub or are uncomfortable. My ONLY request is to please make the laces about 3-4 inches longer!

The shoe in xwide was roomy enough for a large bunion but there is very little padding under the foot. It became uncomfortable to wear for road work. In fairness, I have boney feet so have very little natural padding to absorb the shock.

Love my Ghost 16 shoes. I have 3 pairs of Ghost 15 and 16. I only wear Brooks tennis shoes period. Comfortable and good fit with the wide sizes.

Im a bit disappointed because I was expecting the 16s to be better than the 14s and theyre not. Ive been wearing my 14s for two years and honestly I still prefer wearing them since theyre more comfortable and look better than my new 16s. The 16s arent bad; theyre pretty solid. However, theyre a downgrade from the 14s in my opinion.

Great fit.very durable. Great arch. 2nd pairlasted 2 years. Wore them done best fit out of all running shoe that I have owned.
