I had to return the shoes. They did not fit at all. Way too small. I normally wear a size 9. I took the size quite and was told I needed a 9 regular. I ordered 9 wide because I wanted a little more room. Had a very hard time even sliding my foot into the shoe and my toes were very tight. I would have never of gotten the regulars on. I was really excited to try the shoe. Guess I will stick with my On Clouds.

Have the Arara6 and the fit is excellent; this 7 in this color was too, too small for an 8; too, narrow in toe bed; very disappointed; felt like I had bought off-brand! I own 5 pairs of Hoka's and this one was sent back.

Every part of my foot, especially bunions, hurt after wearing this HOKA model at Disneyland, despite ordering wide width. My knees hurt as well. I will be exchanging these for my usual model (Clifton 9). I ordered this model as I wanted to go a less bulky look and I trust the HOKA brand.

I own a pair of Arahi 6 which l like a lot. However the Arahi 7 is suppose to be an upgrade of this shoe and it is not. The Aranhi 7 is cheaply made and is a definite downgrade to the Aranhi 6. I will not purchase again because a company of this size should take more pride in their product not less by cutting corners while raising prices. The sole of the shoe is my first complaint, the inside cushion is second, and the cheap spray paint job done on the sole is my 3rd, and my 4th complaint is that this company did not care enough about their customers to even try, as proven by this shoe Arahi 7.

I loved my Arahi 6 but the 7 is firm and seems to be almost a slim fit shoe. Not the most comfortable at all. I want to send back. Will be sending back the white ones I ordered and haven't worn.

I totally LOVE the Arahi 6! I tried to order another pair in a different color only to find that it had been replaced by the Arahi 7. I was soooo disappointed and returned them as the toe box is more pointed and the instep is too snug. This is a completely different shoe which is not to my comfort nor liking. So sad!!!

Hoka has gone downhill. I believe they have moved most manufacturing overseas and now the product is cheap. I got a pair for close to $150 and within 3 months the bottoms were peeling off. I work inside and was not running or doing crazy activity in them. Just from walking around the office they literally fell apart. Other coworkers had the same experience. Definitely not worth the money for this cheaply made shoe. Very disappointed!

I really wanted to keep these. I wore them around the house for multiple days. But they made my feet hurt. I normally wear B width shoes and have never had a problem with too narrow fit. I would have exchanged these for D width but LLBean does not offer this width. I purchased the same shoes from a popular online shoe seller in a D width, and they fit well. Returning these to LLBean.

Returned due to the coloring being wrong for me. I asked for an exchange but then they cancelled the order and had to wait for them to credit my account. Not helpful. And i will not be purchasing again.

I bought this shoe after searching for recommendations for achilles tendonitis. These shoes do not help. The "shoe finder" on the website recommended this, and I found several discussions over other websites that said the Arahi 7 would be a good supportive shoe. Now, I can agree on stability. But, the interior of the shoe is hard, not cushioned at all. I felt no relief in using these shoes. Even worse, I feel more pain than before after walking around while wearing them.

The Arahi 7 is not nearly as comfortable as the Arahi 6 which I bought from LLBean a few years ago. It is not as cushioned, material is stiff and feels tighter even though I got the same size. I wish I had returned them.

Attempted to upgrade from my much loved and elderly Arahi 2. Looked around, read reviews, asked for model advice for what was closed to the Arahi 2 and the consensus was the Arahi 7.
IMO, could not be further from the truth! The design is distinctly different both in the narrowness of the show and in the overall lack of cushion. Very, disappointed and will be returning. As a side note: the lack of vibrant color combination is sad to see. There or one or two offering and then it’s pastels for ages. A poor offering all round.

Love this shoe, it's my third pair. Great support and durable. I wear it for walking and standing on concrete for extended periods of time.

I guess I understand why returning worn shoes isn't allowed (although worn shoes can always be donated) but how are people supposed to know if shoes fit comfortably until they take them out for a spin? I was really looking forward to the Arahi 7's -- based on the the HOKA website and other recommendations, these were supposed to be good for all my needs, including my plantar fasciitis. I thought my feet have been feeling sore because the shoes are still being broken in, but it's been a few days and the arch of my foot hurts more than it should. Honestly, they feel just as bad as when I was wearing my unsupportive sneakers. I can't believe I wasted $150~ on these.

Returned; not for me. I dislike these shoes a great deal. They are too soft on the bottom, thus there is too much movement for my foot: I need more stability. When I attempted a brief walk, my feet and legs hurt.

The soul of the shoe is starting to come apart. I'm referring to the part of the soul that touches the ground the concrete, the floor sewing and so forth I am past the 60 days now with this particular shoe so I'm kind of disappointed that it lasted less than 90 days Give or take a couple days very unhappy about this. I think I'm a great customer for Hoka.

Have been wearing arahi 5 and arahi 6 for many years. The Arahi 7 is way too narrow (I have a narrow foot and always worn narrower shoes. Even the wide was too narrow. They mid sole is way too high and the shoe is harder than the 5 and 6. Really wish Hoka would stop changing the shoes every year and the H frame is too hard and rigid. Go back to the J frame!

I have had 3 pairs of Hoka Arahi's and 3 pairs of Clifton's. I have always preferred the Arahis since I have narrow feet and they don't feel as big on my feet as the Clifton's (I do still love my Clifton's- it's just a different look!). I was so excited to get a new pair of Arahi 7 my dad bought me some for my birthday. Having had 6 pairs of Hokas, always a size 7, I wore these to work today (I work in healthcare and am on my feet all day) without trying them on prior to wearing and my feet were actually HURTING by 3 hours in. The instep was so tight on my feet all day and the shoes rubbed the outer sides. These are extremely uncomfortable. I can't imagine how uncomfortable they would be for people who dont have narrow feet like I do. I'm hopeful my local sports store will accept this return after having worn these all day. I LOVE the previous Arahi hopefully they bring them back.

My feet are very picky on shoes after ankle injuries and only Arahi 6 could please my feet. Arahi 7 is totally something different and my feet were able to detect it right away. So I returned the shoes. Hopefully customer service can hear our voices and Hoka can put Arahi6 back to the market in 2025!
