I bought these in hopes of being able to go on runs again and they have been nothing but a disappointment. I can barely run a mile without my feet killing me and I would like a refund.

My daughter has had the same style of shoe for some time and asked for a replacement for her birthday. She says the new version of the same style does not fit the same as the old one. She will have to try to go to a local store and try on shoes until she finds some that fit and then return the ones I got her. She is very disappointed!

This style is quite narrow. Love my Bondi, but won't repurchase this style

This is my 4th pair of Arahi's. I used to get tendonitis in my ankle and these were recommended to me. The Arahi's alleviated my ankle pain. I purchased a pair of 7s this week and went for a 1.5 hour walk around an indoor track. Right away, I noticed that the shoes were much more narrow. At the end of my walk, I had a horrible blister on the bottom edge of my pinky toe. Now today, I have tendonitis pain in my ankle as well. Get out the salonspa patches... bummer. Sad that I will have to return these and not sure what shoe to get instead since these were my go-to for last 4 years.

I have worn Arahi before and love them, actually still have one of my oldest Arahi( 2.5 years old). This new version has major problems. I wear them to teach but the squeak so loud when I walk around, it is embarrassing. I was giving an exam last week and students ask me to stop walking around because my shoes were distracting. Also, overall quality is terrible compared to older version. I use to love Arahi shoes but seems like you are cutting corners.

I'm a server of 23 years and I was having some foot pain so decided to try HOKA. I bought the Bondi SR, which I thought would be the best thing ever, but it's all plush and no support so my arches hurt after a few hours and the tongue is too short and has this leather Hoka insignia on it that jammed into my ankle. I tried the Bondi 8, which was too narrow, the gaviotas, which were almost perfect but no ankle support and too wide, the Stinson, which hurt the top of my feet and ankles, and then I tried these. They were almost perfect, but WAY too narrow. I bought a wide, but then my foot was sliding around in them and when they were tight enough, they jammed into my ankles. Also they're kind of cheap feeling. Many reviews of many HOKA's shoes from long time wearers of HOKA say their new styles coming out just aren't the same. Seems like they're going the way of many high quality brands these days that get trendy and then lower their quality. I hope they listen to their long time customers and go back to what they're good at. I was grateful for their return policy, but every show but the ora luxe slides I tried went back.

They hurt my feet and had to return. Too narrow and stiff. Very uncomfortable. Please go back to the old version!

I had been so happy with my Hoka shoes, especially the Arahi 6. They wear out fast but my feet were in heaven. Now Hoka has changed the arahi to the 7 and they aren't the same. They feel cheap and are uncomfortable.

I've been faithfully wearing Hokas for years. I went to buy new running shoes and was shocked at the difference in the new Arahi. The toe bed of the 7 is significantly more narrow and for someone who needs a wider toe bed it is not comfortable. I need to find a replacement shoe :-(

For me, this one isn't the best fit. Got one size bigger but too tight.

Why do they always try to fix something that's not broken? The 6 was one of the very few shoes that fit me perfectly, despite my left toe being just a tiny bit longer than the left. I managed to snag one more pair of 6s before realizing they'd gone and destroyed the toe box in the 7. Back to having to order half a size too big. UGH. WHY?

I have several pairs of HOKA Arahi 5 & 6 sneaks. Love the bright color combination & the comfort. I ordered Arahi 7 - not the same fit as 5 & 6 . Must have changed the mold. I had to order a 6.5 Wide. I have never in my life worn a wide shoe. Would love to see a maroon Arahi's soon!

This shoe is very hard. It is also much narrowerand tapered than the previous version. My feet were hurting for weeks after wearing them a few times. Please, please go back to Arahi 6 in cushioning and sizing.

I have been wearing these shoes for at least 5 years. I got a new pair and first the changes made me go up a size. Then I get them home and each time I walk in them for any length of time my feet are killing me. I will be finding a new shoe but I am so disappointed these shoes are not cheap and I can't wear them.

I like the walking shoe, but they are too narrow. If I order another pair, I would order 8 Wide. Also I didn't save return or exchange info.

I have loved the Arahi and worn it for many years. The minute I put the Arahi 7 on I knew it was different. It is much tighter around the toe box, I don't feel like my feet are on clouds anymore, and the tongue of the shoe is weird. I ran in them 4 times and stopped. Just do not feel right. I'm so sad. Now have to find a new running shoe.

I have worn the Arahi 5 and 6. They usually last me 6 months. I have worn these Arahi 7s only 3 months and they are already completely worn down. My feet are killing me. The quality just isn’t the same. I hope they improve this. I’m very disappointed.

I have had these for one month, without a lot of wear, so this review shocks me. I have wide feet and pronate. These are comfortable, but the side that rims your ankle and the back where my heel hits is falling apart. After one month of minimal wear! Wild.

I purchased Hokas because of how many people I heard say they were the best and had no pain. I purchased them specifically for a 90 hour work week and by the end of day one I have never had worse ankle pain. I did wear them three days in the office before wearing them on the week I was on my feet a lot. Not a good show for me and will not wear again. Disappointed with the price.

Over pronation, flat feet, overweight . Arahi 6 was the only shoe I could wear comfortably at work all day on my feet with my orthotics. No where locally has half sizes, so I bought Arahi 7 online. Every time I've tried to wear them they dig into my arches. The footbed is narrow and my orthotics rub and squeak with every step. I didn't return them because I tried and tried to break them in thinking the issue would resolve. A year later they are still uncomfortable. I dont understand why companies create a great product and then change it drastically. I've wasted $300+ on shoes I've never been able to wear. My 2 pairs of old Arahi 6's are still in my closet. They are aesthetically worn out, but I still wear them to work around the house because they are still so comfortable.

I purchased Hoka's on a recommendation. I thought these could be something I could wear daily but I find they hurt my feet after a few hours so as soon as I get home, off they come. I even purchase the bigger size according to FAQ on the site.

I have not been able to find the right size in the Arahi 7. I used to wear 9.5 in Arahi 6. I bought the same size in the 7, but the toe box didn't have enough room. I lost a toe nail and I now have calluses on both feet. I went and purchased a wide, and it was way too big, so I went a size smaller. The toe box is fine, but now the back of the shoe slides all over. I've tried several different ways to tie my shoe so that didn't happen. Nothing works. My ankles are sore and it feels like my Achilles tendinitis is coming back. The reason I bought Hoka's and was fitted for the 6 was because of my Achilles issues. When I wore 6, I never had a problem. I loved that show. Anyway, not happy at all with the 7.
