Loved the way the shoe looked but fit was too tight and I usually wear a medium width. Exchanged them for wide so hopefully that's a better fit

They were very narrow. A wide in these shoes fits more like the Hoka Clifton regular. They have a firm sole. Will probably return. They fit, but in the summer I am afraid the toe area is so narrow, that it may cause blisters.

The run tight and I am hoping that they loosen up because they are hurting my feet so far

I've owned the Arahi 7, for over a year, loved it from day one. This second pair doesn't fit like the first, though both are the same size 7.5B. My newest pair wider, bigger, and not nearly as cushioned as my first pair. I'm a senior in my 70's, and cannot afford to continue buying shoes like this. Very disappointed.

I love my ARAHI 6 shoes, but it's time to replace them. Unfortunately, the ARAHI 7 doesn't feel the same at all. There is less room in the toe box in the 7 which isn't a problem for me. However, the change in design of the upper makes them much stiffer and tighter. I tried them for a few days, hoping I would get used to them but my instep was aching after a long walk. I will be returning them.

3 stars because the refund process is simple. I wanted to love them. My daughter has been using hokas and she's been extremely happy with them (she's flat footed) that I've gotten her two other pairs. Bought one for me I wore them 3 times and each time I was in pain. Not sure if it's the style or hokas in general since I'm not flat footed

I have loved the Arahi series the past few years, but the design changed with the 7. The top of the shoe is stitched more tightly, which makes them less breathable, and they are more narrow than previous series. They still have great stability, but seem to have less cushion. They are lightweight

The shoes are very well made but are not providing me with the comfort i was hoping for. I walk 5x per week, 2-3 miles and was hoping these would provide more comfort to me. They feel narrow, I have never had to purchase wide shoes before.

I'm new to Hoka. In the past I've worn Brook's Adrenaline GTS and New Balance 860. I have super wide feet and have been looking for a replacement for the New Balance 860 since they redesigned to ~Fresh Foam~ and narrowed the toe box. My feet: Typically 8.5W, pretty wide feet, flat arches, some loose ankle issue, overpronater Fit: This shoe was narrow through the arch area but had a decent toe box, thought not the roomiest. Length was perfect. I appreciated the perfect, snug fit on my heel. Feel: At first it felt okay and springy. However, the arch is extremely hard and makes walking painful for me after about 15 minutes Look: Really beautiful. Super sharp shoe and well designed aesthetically

I have worn Hoka Arahi for a long time. I wear a size 6 1/2 to 7 in shoes. I have an unusually high arch and roll inwards. Need stability. Tried different sox with these . Did not help. It’s tight and uncomfortable. Agree with other reviews, it’s narrower and shorter in toe box. Will either size up or go with another brand.

For me, the Arahi 6 was a PERFECT shoe, with the standout features being the stability and the gloriously wide toe box. I ran almost every day in my Arahi 6s and completed my first half marathon in complete comfort. But once the tread started to go, I knew it was time to replace the. I had hope for the Arahi 7s, but I was sorely disappointed. The stability is still there, but that wide toe box is GONE. It feels like wearing a pair of highly cushioned Converse. I tried sizing up to an 8.5 wide (im usually an 8.5), but it just felt like I was wearing a slightly bigger narrow shoe. I'm so sad. Please bring back the wide toe box!!!

I am a new HOKA lover and bought the Arahi 6 and absolutely fell in love about 6 months ago! They were so supportive and just overall comfortable, I immediately wanted another pair but the 6 was phasing out so I couldn't find my size. I had to by the next style. The foot bed of the Arahi 7 seems to be good too, still feels well balanced-however, the outter sole is not near as soft and comfortable as the previous style. Not impressed by this one at all.

This shoe is getting returned for two reasons. First, the width along the toe box of the shoe was true, however, it was tight along the top of my foot where the laces lay. There is no way the shoe would have accommodated my orthotics. The second reason was the color. It reminded me of orange sherbet. I exchanged the shoe for a wide and in a different color.

The toe box of the Arahi 7 is much tighter than the 5 and 6. As a woman in her mid-50's, the Arahi 5 and 6 have been life-changing after years of abuse to my feet. However, I am disappointed in how tight the 7 fits in the toe box and across the top of my foot. I have loosened the laces as far as they will go, but still find them too tight. I have never had to wear a "wide" size before, but feel like I need to with this new design.

Good quality shoe but for my sore feet it's not a win. The rigidity of the sides is uncomfortable and I can only wear them for a few hours at a time.

After waiting months and months for the 7 to be released, I'm somewhat disappointed. The Arahi are my walking shoes. Like them for the stability they offer. The 7 appears fairly stable, but are not close in comfort. Not as cushy and much more stiff. I have not found the toe box to be too narrow. It definitely is narrower but work fine on my medium width feet

Disappointed and not sure what to do. Unlike other reviewers, I felt the shoe was longer than previously. I had to size down to a 8.5 wide. It's stiff overall and currently the right shoe rubs on my ankle. I'm wearing them around the house to see if they soften some, as I love my old pair of Arahis and need a stability shoe.

The width seems to be in the middle of the shoe instead of the toe box which is what I was looking for. Hoping the next model is more like the 6! Love the color options for wide width and hope to see the white/rose color available in wide next version!

I bought the Arahi 7 on sale. I have purchased the Hoka Arahi (models 3, 4, 5) for help with plantar fasciitis upon recommendation from my physician. They have been excellent and helped with my total recovery. The Arahi 7 is not the same caliber shoe. The toe box is narrower and the cushioning is pretty nonexistent. After wearing them for 3 hours indoors, I had heel pain again for the first time in a year. Please quit changing a good thing.
