I purchased a pair in a wide width because I adore my wide width Clifton's but these are so incredibly narrow I have to return them. I've tried on several HOKAs at stores in my area and never had a pair fit like this. The tongue is sewn into the shoe in a way where it is so tight across the top of the foot I couldn't even wear them long enough to break them in and stretch them out.

I usually love my hoka's from the start, these I've only wore a few time's, by end of day my foot hurts. May just take wearing these a few times to get comfy, we will see.

Unfortunately Hokkaido seems to keep doing it. They have an amazing shoes but the more newer models/ versions, they change so much that the shoe is not what it was and leave you so disappointed. I had three pairs of machs! Two Mach 5s! Loved them so very much devoted wouldn't switch. Grabbed the Mach 6 when it was time. Awful mistake, they feel like carboard on the bottom, no response like they used to have in the heal, I trained in them ran a half and I've had some of the worst foot pain during my half and training, in my arch but I've never had issues before. I didn't change a thing in my routine mileage or pace anything, the only change is that I needed new shoes and couldn't get my hands on a 5 anymore in my size so went with the 6. Awful! I tried past the warranty period because I was convinced having loved Hoka and Machs so much there was no way it was the shoe. Unfortunately it was the shoe!! Disappointed

This is my 7th or 8th pair of Hoka shoes, each pair has been a different style. Every one of the shoes I have purchased have been extremely comfortable and have worn really well. I like the Mach 6 because it was the closest in style to a previous pair that I loved but is no longer available. I definitely prefer the narrower style such as this shoe, but again, every pair I have owned has been amazingly comfortable.

It's good. When I walked in those shoes, I felt it lifted and walked faster. I felt great on running, too.

The Mach 6 is a solid running shoe. However is is a bit too cushioned for my taste, especially when compared to the Mach 5. The Mach 6 is much less responsive due to the increased cushion, leading to an overall rocker feel when running. Please bring back the more responsive feel of the Mach 5it was the first Hoka shoe I truly liked.

I love this shoe. I wore the first few iterations of the Cliftons but haven't worn them in a few years because they aren't neutral enough for me. I'm so glad to be back, Hoka! After wearing other brands for years (I miss you, OG Clifton) I came back and tried these at my local outdoors store. First I tried the 5s (which felt great) but when I tried on the 6s I was completely blown away. It's a super responsive yet cushioned ride in the midsole (I love the SPRING in the step). I am using this as my daily trainer (I am a mid-back pack marathoner & ultra runner) and the foam has held up well so far. I love the longer laces (for heel lock) and the breathable upper (I live in the southern US). When I get a chance, I am going to buy all of these up! Try these again if you are like me and have been away from Hoka for a while. This really is a fantastic non-plated shoe for days when you want that.

I love the Mach 5 but the Mach 6 is even better!

This latest purchased was disappointing. It does not fit as well as previous shoes.

Just for wear around...keep my feet from tiring and becoming sore. I'm over 60 and all about comfort!

My daughter believes in this shoe. She said, "Mom, you need to buy a pair of Hoka shoes. I promise you at the end of the day your back will not hurt you'. So I took her at her word and decided to buy a pair for myself. I feel like I am walking on a cloud. Thank you for such a great experience!

Initially, I was very excited to purchase the Mach 6 for the summer. After just a few times wearing the shoes teaching summer school PE the left shoe was already coming apart from the bottom seam on the right side. I contacted a representative and they stated I would have to send the shoes back, wait ten days for them to evaluate said shoe to then determine my exchange/return. I have only had the shoes for two weeks yet this process was gonna cause me work and time to wait to determine an exchange or refund. I felt this was inappropriate based on the time frame I purchased the shoes as well as the other great reviews I've read. Due to this scenario, it has deterred my desire for future purchases and regret with this one.

I did the wrong size. Did a return. Printed sent that same day. Got an email next morning the new size had been sent. It was great! Hardly waiting time. And the newer ones fit great!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and stylish. I worked out in them on the treadmill and I had no blisters. My feet didn't hurt. I felt like I was walking on a cloud would recommend runs true to size A+ very fast shipment.

Love the weight and style, the foot bed is not as comfortable or springy as the Mach 5.

I bought these for the color but immediately loved how lightweight they are. They have the support and cushioning that HOKA is known for

The Mach is now basically a lighter Clifton. The toe box is also very narrow now and no longer wide. I usually get an 8.5 and would need at least a 9.5 for it to fit. Disappointed they changed the shoe :(
