These shoes are among the worst I've ever seen. They were designed by a company that didn't care how practical or durable the shoe was, only how light they could make it. They're sold at a premium price despite being made of what amounts to tissue paper. The soles are entirely foam with a tiny bit of rubber over them that started wearing out before I had even taken them outside and I can't imagine that unless you're wearing them entirely indoors that they're going to last more than a couple of days without getting destroyed. The construction is shoddy and the top of the shoe is made of wafer-thin pieces of fabric that were not designed for any kind of practical use. Avoid.

Had for about 3 months, Tread began to delaminate after about 10 wears. Sent to Hoka and they refused to repair/replace. So be careful. HOKA charges as lot and makes big promises about how they stand behind their products, but when you have an issue they won't stand behind their product. Very disappointing.

I have owned Hoka for yrs and these are the 1st pair that are too narrow for my feet to not have pain! Not sure what is different. Size should be the same.

The left shoe felt awkward from the beginning but I thought that loosening the laces and eventual wear my foot would adapt. After a time my left foot felt painful from trying to wear this sneaker. I think there is a malfunction in the sneaker. I do own two other pairs of Hoka and they are perfect and very comfortable.

Hoka has always been very inconsistent with sizing across models. But now they've outdone themselves. They are now inconsistent between two different pairs within the SAME model. I bought a pair of Mach 6 last year in the size 7.5 and everything was fine. I bought a new pair in the same size that arrived yesterday. Right off the bat I thought they looked small but thought nothing of it. I put them on today to go for a walk: they are WAY too short and it's agony for my toes. It feels like I went at least one size down but the tag still says 7.5 US size. HOW did they manage to mess up the sizing WITHIN the same model??? Did they hear about quality control? I am furious because this is money that I 100% wasted. I will never buy Hokas again and will switch brands. Comfort is nice, but size consistency is more important, Hoka is still an immature brand.

I absolutely love Hoka shoes. However, I am disappointed in the Mach 6. I have multiple pairs of the Mach 5 and have ran thousands of miles in them. However, I recently bought the Mach 6 and have ran twice in them. My feet hurt terribly after! Please bring back the Mach 5! The 6 seems to spongy!

The black on black color is more of a black and gray, not a dark black at all as the photo would lead you to believe. These also look and feel pretty cheap. Came with creases in the rubber and you can see the glue between the lines where the fabric and rubber meet. Not at all what I was expected from this brand and at this price point. Also, I wear 12.5 in other running shoe brands but in this shoe that is far too narrow. Very disappointed.

Worn the shoes for two months and a hole started forming. Contacted Hoka with no success.

This shoe seemed promising until I noticed that the blue outer part of the sole started coming off. Seems like the adhesive failed here. I have had these for only 3 weeks, so they shouldnt be falling apart already.

I loved the style of these shoes but unfortunately my foot would keep rolling inwards making them very uncomfortable. I thought it would get better but they were painful to walk in. for reference i have a high arch.

Thickness of cushioning seems to have been increased but by narrowing the impact surface area. This creates unwelcome foot/ankle instability. Having worn 3-4 pair of Mach a year since 2018, I find this new iteration unwearable. Unfortunate it is when running shoe companies tinker with something that works. It's how I discovered the Mach in the first place...

I waned to love these Mach 6s so much. They are light and fast and fit well. However, With barely over 100 miles of road running, the sole is literally peeling off. Everything else on the shoe is in perfect working condition. But the back sole, is literally peeling off leaving that fragile foam vulnerable

Long time loyal Hoka buyer. They sent me a pair with the front lip of one of the shoes already halfway coming apart. You charge premium prices yet you send defective and or used shoes. Won't be buying again.

I have bought many pairs of Hoka's in the past few years and have always been more than satisfied with the overall quality and construction of the shoe. However, this last pair was not up to Hoka standards. The fit was too tight and the quality was very poor. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was.

Don't get me wrong - I love Hoka shoes - but something with this new variation, maybe the foam, it has given me a pretty sever knee and ankle injury. As someone who runs 50+ miles a week - this is my first injury in 6-7 years due to a shoe.

Mach 6's that just arrived are half a size smaller than the Mach 5's (loved them) I'm trying to replace and the Skyflows I use as trainers now. Mach 6's are short and tight. Returning.

The Mach 6 is stiffer and more ridged than its predecessor. Had to give up on the shoes after 50 to 100 miles as the new design was causing me knee pain.

I have multiple pairs of the Mach 5 to compare the Mach 6 to. The Mach 6 is styled differently and its not an improvement. The shoe feels narrower and tight; the construction appears to be less sturdy, and the soles appears to have minimal tread. Hoka, what did you do to a Great shoe?

Have multiple pairs of Mach 5 which were comfortable, wore well, and the sole lasted a long time. Needed a new pair and tried the Mach 6 which has a much tighter feel, appear to use thinner materials, and the bottom sole is totally different since it has minimal tread and the tread looks like it could easily come apart since the bottom sole is not molded as one piece. Hoka, why did you make these changes on the Mach series when the Mach 5 was great?

Bought some Mach 6s after having several pairs of Mach 5s. Used for road running. Thought the 6s would be similar to the 5s. They are not. Overall fit is good, but the tread is awful. After a couple weeks of running the heal tread is way down. The toe tread is just plain bad. If the roads are wet, which is often the case in the PNW, you'll have no traction and very little grip for climbing. Really disappointed with these. Purchased a bunch of Hokas in the past and always enjoyed them. These are the first real duds. Can't recommend these.
