Wanted a waterproof tennis shoe. Had hoped these would work. Fit was true to size, but shoe was very stiff and tight with athletic socks, but loose with thinner socks. Felt awkward for walking.

This shoe feels like it runs small, being that my toe was being rubbed by the front part of the shoe & that my pinky was getting squished. Too narrow and short. I can't say I have time to try again before my vacation, so I am super bummed.

The pink GTX transports are absolutely adorable, but the toe box is painfully small because the waterproof material does not stretch. I wear a 7 in the regular transports and had to go up to an 8 in the GTX to get enough room in the toe box. SO DISAPPOINTED because these are freaking adorable. Also, FYI, the regular laces they come with are bright pink and honestly so perfect.

Absolutely terrific product design and features with one exception. They are smaller in how they fit than regular HOKAs. I buy about 3-4 HOKAs a year and they fit great. These were tight in the toe box and were uncomfortable after walking a while. I thought at first it was a manufacturing defect and exchanged them, but nope. These too were way too small. If they fixed this issue, I would love them. Interestingly I have an older pair, different color, and those were always fine. I don't know what happened in their manufacturing for these. Have to send them back.

I've seen so many people wearing these. I finally decided to order them because I struggle with balance issues. They are clunky and wide, they are not easy to put on like most shoes these days. The little loop in the back folds in when sliding on. The "Gortex" is simply the same cheap plastic used in shoes for years. I normally buy leather but did decide to try them. The wideness makes them do this weird collapse on the sides unlike leather would response. I hate them and have tried to wear them for a few weeks to give them a chance but it's a no go. Money wasted and they don't live up to the hype!

I tried going up half a size since there is no wide fit but it still hurts my toes so badly. Please make one with a wide width option. I am a medical professional whose on her feet for 14-16 hrs per day and I won't be able to last in my shift wearing this shoe if my feet hurts. :(

I wear regular 6.5 Women in 5 of my other Hokas but find both Transport and especially the Transport GTX to be narrower than normal. Please consider making the Transports in Wide.

I usually buy "wide" Hokas. Then I tried the (regular) Transport Hoka and it fits comfortably even after working 12hrs. I was excited that Hoka released an upgraded version and bought Transport GTX expecting that it will provide the same comfort and support as the previous version. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it hurts my feet especially around the wider part of my foot. I even used it for a week to try to "break in" the shoes but it's just too painful. I wish Hoka will release a "wide" option for this style.

These shoes are actually narrow and have a b on them once you order. This is not mentioned at all in the product on the page.

This shoe was so uncomfortable for me. I've submitted a return claim two weeks ago and still haven't heard back. Super disappointed in the customer service c

I have tried to like these shoes but just can't. I have put them on several times, but just walking around the house I know I'd never be able to wear them a full day. The material is like plastic and the sole in the outside heal area gives out while walking. They are NOT the quality of my other Hokas. I'm very disappointed!!

I've worn Hoka for 10 years, and have loved them.until all the recent changes. You've limited wide widths to fewer shoes. You've narrowed the toe box on many shoes. You've raised prices significantly, at the same time that you've decreased quality exponentially! They last maybe 3 months now? I've probably purchased my last pair of Hoka

I wear these shoes to walk my dog on trails when the weather is rainy. They are comfortable and keep my feet dry but they make a loud noise in the toe that I can only describe as a "thwok" not a squeak. I thought it might get better as the shoes wear in but it has not. I am disappointed since these are expensive shoes.

I ordered a size women's 8.5. The box says 8.5 but the actual shoe is a 7.5. No wonder it does not fit!!

I've had these shoes for 2 months and the interior at the heel are already wearing holes. The tongue isn't waterproof either, so the shoes still get wet in the rain. And they're narrow.
Don't buy these!

I love the transport shoes. I travel a lot and these great for walking in airports and for work. I have purchased four pairs of Transports over a couple of years and the last two I purchased squeak a lot when I'm walking. So much so that my co-works, TSA agents and random strangers have commented on my squeaky shoes. Hoka's are not cheap and I feel like these need some work. It's unfortunate that I may have to find something else because of this issue.

These shoes are not comfortable at all, after a while in them my feet begin to hurt. Not to mention the squeaking they've developed hardly after using them. Definitely dont recommend.

I have many size 8.5 Hoka shoes that fit great, with one size 9. This shoes was a 9, but felt more like an 8 Narrow! I'd need a Wide in a size 9.5 or 10. Which is crazy, especially since a Wide isn't offered.

I needed a cute pair of waterproof shoes with trail tracks for winter because I walk to work and school everyday.
This was my first purchase from Hoka. I picked this brand because I saw a lot of nurses wearing them and I was excited to own one.
Unfortunately they're not for me. They felt clunky with zero arch support. In fact, my ankle started hurting the first week i wore them.
The color was a lot pinker than it seemed on the website. It looked way too technical for something designed for walks.
I decided to optimize the 60days return policy hoping that I would change my mind, however, after almost 2 months, I'm afraid I had to return them.
They need to be a lot more comfortable and look more pleasing for that price point.

I am so disappointed with this purchase- my two daughters have Hoka shoes and love them. This shoe is very cute but has a hard verticle strip type object inside the shoe that is very uncomfortable- my only option will be to try and cut it out!

Lacks arch support and cushioning. My feet and legs ached after only wearing them for an afternoon. I'm very disappointed since I liked the waterproof feature and style. I have quite a few pairs of Hokas but these are a disappointment.

I have been on the market in search of a waterproof pair of shoes. I love my Hoka Transport and I got it at size 8 women, my usual size. So when Hoka made a Transport GTX waterproof, it was a no brainer. However, my first order was a size 8, just like my Transport. It was too tight in the toebox area. It also actually feels not as "deep" like that Transport one I have. But I thought, maybe if I get the 8.5 one, it will feel better.
8.5 arrived and I was so excited still. It was a bummer that all my issues with the size 8 one are still there despite the half sizing up. I compared my Transport on my left foot and the Transport GTX on my right foot. Transport was deeper and felt super comfortable, while the Transport GTX felt like my foot didn't have enough space to keep my foot in place (in the shoes). It just wasn't deep enough to make you feel secured.
I went ahead and bought another transport to replace the one I have. Really want to love this waterproof version but just didn't meet the expectations, considering the Transport one was such a winner. They could have just stuck with the same Transport and made it waterproof. Don't know why they bothered changing whatever changes they made that made the GTX so poorly constructed.
