Highly recommend trying

While in the hunt for Hoka Slides, I came upon this new style for me! Very comfortable, supportive as in a solid sandal shoe. They're stylish, fun, and make me a happy owner.

Ordered by mail. Was expecting them to fit similar to my new Bondi 9's but these were very wide. Unfortunately had to return.

I am usually an 8.5/39 and the 8 is the "right" size in these and they are super cute and the inter stretchy material is very comfy! But I have a low volume foot so there is a lot of loose fabric on the top of my foot when I cinch them down.

I have always been a fan of Hoka recovery shoes, so I had high hopes for these sandals. They didn't last very long out of the box. They are clownishly large, especially in the toe bed, leaving room for my foot to move which causes two problems - insufficient support and chafing. On the last part, the inside of the shoe is anything but soft on the skin - think more like sandpaper. May be okay if you have a wide foot and wear socks, but why buy a breathable, sandal-like shoe and wear socks?

This shoe/sandal is extremely comfortable even without socks and looks cute with a summer dress!

My Hopara 2s are the most comfortable and great looking shoes. Great for everyday wear and hiking. I have 3 pairs, different colors

Love this shoe! I ordered a size 7 but needed a 6 1/2, the customer service was great, but the delivery was a pleasant surprise! They arrived quicker than I expected! I highly recommend this sandal.

Right out of the box, walked 3 miles with no issues!

These are comfortable, can be worn with it without socks and run true to size. I have problem feet and wanted an alternative to tie sneakers for the summer. They have a nice sole for light hiking.

This shoe is very comfortable to walk especially if your traveling. The structure of the shoe is nice put together .

Wore these all over downtown Nashville for the Fourth of July and felt like I was walking on a cloud all weekend ! I was so nervous about having sore feet and I have an ankle issue so I can only wear my hoka sneakers . So I got these for the heat and I didn't even wear socks ! So light . Airy and the mist comfortable shoes I've ever worn ! Def buying more colors

I needed a shoe for long walking days at Disney World. I also needed something that had some air as it was going to be middle of summer. I decided on the Hopara 2. I love them. They are so comfortable. I walked all day with no issues and when it rained, I didn't have to worry about my shoes getting wet. I don't love to wear them without socks. I feel they are more comfortable with socks, but I would wear them both ways in the necessary types of weather.

I bought the shoes because I thought they would be cooler based on the open mesh and the open heel. Because I still needed to wear socks, the shoes were not noticeably cooler. Sadly, the foot base of the shoe did not have the padding that my other two pair of Hokas have. I bought gel inserts to remedy the problem but they were only somewhat effective. I did not return the shoes and will still wear them on occasion. I would not recommend them to others. My two other pair of Hokas are awesome.

Just learned from looking back at my previous orders that I ordered the size too large and will now see if I can get an exchange.

The, these second generation Hope era hookers do not have the same qualities of the first. The fit is not snug and the material is different. I gave them good try more than once and I love the color but other than that I couldn't find anything positive about them!

Still new and getting used to the super wide toe box , which is really good for my bunions.Took doggo for a good walk and my feet felt so good having plenty of room but not where there would be blisters created. Haven't hiked in them yet but I think short hikes and playing in creeks are going to be where these excell!

Love these! I have two very energetic dogs, who really need daily early morning opportunities to expend lots of energy, We live near the coast in CA., and the beach is a perfect and safe place to atake them for morning runs. But unfortunately, at high tide, the coastal areas near me are all wet and inaccessible (if you are wearing shoes and want to keep your feet dry.) I wear size nine Hoka running shoes with custom orthotics and thick socks, and was concerned the the Hopara 2 would not fit me over bare feet. I chatted with a Hoka online rep who advised me to order my regular size. I was very pleased, and so were my dogs!! The Hopara 2 is very adjustable, and the size 9s fit really well. I've been able to take my pups out for 3-4 mile morning beach runs every morning, regardless of the tide, and even when my feet are splashed or submerge underwater, I can still keep going without any issues.

Wanted to keep these and I ordered my actual size of a us 7 but ankle strap rubbed on my right ankle bone and could not be adjusted. Had to exchange for my normal bondi shoe which i love! Ordering, delivery and exchange couldn't have been easier.

I ordered the same size I usually order from Hoka. I could get my entire hand in the shoe with my foot. They were so large. The length was perfect however, the width was unbelievably wide. Will not order those again.

Bought these for my D-I-L while she swelters in Texas. She absolutely loves them.

I anticipated the Hopara 2 would be at least somewhat cushioned. They really aren't. They also are VERY wide. I was hoping they would be something I could wear without socks, but the width will not allow that. I am disappointed with the purchase, but will figure out a way to use them (Other than my original plan for use).

I wear these every day. I would like a pair of sandals also.

I ordered a 1/2 size larger. I normally wear a 8 1/2 but ordered a 9. I noticed in the last 2 Hokas I ordered they seemed smaller. The desin and style are great for walking/hiking on moderate terrain.
