I tried every pair of Altras and the Provisions are by far the best! Please never change this shoe! But do please make better colors. A black upper with a brown gum sole would be amazing! Call me for guidance on shoe colors haha you guys have some of the worst colors in the running shoe market. Everyone I know hates 90% of the colors you guys make.

I run Altra in all my training runs and racing. My well used shoes are used while I'm doing my lawn and gardening. They are super!

Finally found something "just right" for my extra wide feet and my inserts! The zero drop is crucial, and the soles aren't too spongy. They are kind to my banged-up knees and arthritic hips while standing all day at work. Many other models are now too tight, so please don't "shrink" the uppers on these!!

Comfortable enough to wear all day. My feet appreciate the comfort and stability of my Altra's. I've run in them for years and plan to stay with a winner! S

I run four days per week in my Provsions.

I've been running since 2016 and recently hit the 10,000-mile mark in my third pair of Altra Provisions. Along the way, I've also logged miles in the Escalante, Lone Peak, and Paradigm, but I keep coming back to the Provision line. The new Provision 8 continues to deliver exactly what I need. What I appreciate most is the balance of stability and lightness. The shoe offers dependable support without ever feeling bulky, making it great for both daily training runs and longer efforts. The ride is smooth and responsive, and the fit stays true to Altra's natural, foot-shaped design. I can feel the stability features working with me rather than against me, which keeps me steady without sacrificing comfort or speed. It's rare to find a shoe that feels protective yet still nimble, but the Provision 8 manages to hit that sweet spot. For runners looking for a stable, lightweight trainer that can rack up miles without slowing you down, this is a fantastic option. Once this pair has reached its mileage, I'd have no hesitation buying them again.

I have bought this shoe many times over the years. Always perfect for a run or walk right out of the box.

Just got them late December already over 300 road miles and still great grip on the sole. I have used other altra but these the sole has lasted longer and still comfortable. I do all my runs with these shoes.

I have wide feet and I have tried multiple shoes and altra has been the best for me so far!

I buy a new pair each year. I use the older pair for work and the newer one for extensive walking. Affordable price and very comfortable.

I've tried several products from Altra, (Torin 7, Paradigm 7, Escalante Racer 2) and the Provision 8s are my favorite shoe that they offer. Stack height is just the right amount that after running my feet are not fatigued. I did have to size up from a 10.5 to an 11 but the return process was a breeze. I've actually swapped out my Torins for these during a trip to Disneyland, as these have more room in the toe box, plus they feel like clouds on my feet. And the orange colorway is a headturner with this being the shoe I receive the most compliments. Lastly, I went from running a 10 minute mile to 8:30 after a month of running with these on my feet twice a week. I'll most likely buy another pair before these are discontinued and cast into oblivion.

I have a couple of pairs and wear them almost daily. I do not use them for running (Experience Form) but stand for 8+ hours daily. Extremely comfortable. The black has blue tones (undesired).

I was able to enjoy walks without bunion-related pain flaring across the front of my foot.

I have a wide forefoot, and these are the first shoes I have found in years that fit well and offer good support.

I will FOREVER miss my Provision 3.5's but the 8 is the closest yet. Excellent balance of comfort, support, and road feel. Only complaint is the foam sole, just 225mi on these, but a 4.5 rounds up :)

I finally found shoes that fit my feet perfectly . . . Altra shoes. The wide toe box is just what I needed. I recently wore my new Altra shoes on a vacation trip to Europe that involved a lot of walking and hiking. My feet never bothered me in the least. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for shoes with a wide toe box.

my podiatrist said i had to get "indoor sneakers" because of a nerve problem in my foot (Morton's neuroma), and i have really wide feet so i decided to try this brand. (we don't wear outside shoes inside the house cuz NYC is gross.) they are the most comfortable sneakers i have ever owned. and even though they are altra's standard width not wide width, they are absolutely wide enough for me. i'm not a runner and i'm not wearing them outdoors, so i can't speak to how quickly they wear out with those uses, but i do wear them every day around my house and i love them. plus the yellow & orange just makes me so happy. i'm planning to get another pair so that i can have an outdoor pair!

I bought my first pair about a month ago I do a lot of walking and my feet feel great. I also suffer from chronic back pain and this pair of Altras helped elevate some of the pain.

I use this shoe as my daily walker. So nice having a foot shaped shoe to walk around in and one that provides support.

The Provisions have nailed it the last few rounds. 7 and 8 are perfect, don't change a thing. Although, maybe some non-white base options and more vibrant colors?

I love everything about this show and I'm glad Altra improved the shoe so much.

I use this in the gym, Hiit classes, road running and walking. Love the wide open toe feel and cushioned bottoms. Big fan.

Finally, you guys got it right. Aside from more colors, don't change a thing. I suggest adding a yellow pair. Also, I use these everyday in the warehouse I work at and my feet feel great.
