Received these shoes with dirt and clearly worn not new at all, very disappointed

These shoes were clearly used. The bottoms had been in quite a bit of dirt and the footbed was dirty as well. It’s too bad because I love ASICS and really wanted to like them.

I had the gel nimbus 24 which I liked but even though I sized up 1/2 a size they still gave me blisters and felt tight on long distance runs. This time I decided size up a full size which might be part of the problem but these sneakers are so bulky and heavy that it feels like I’m running with weights on my feet. Unfortunately, I realized this after wearing them so Zappos would not allow return. Very disappointing

These shoes are amazingly comfortable and true to size. I wore them on daily one mile walks on pavement. After only 4 months there is a hole on the top of the shoe (in the mesh area) . For the price these should have held up longer.

So disappointing. I have a pair of old Gel-Nimbus Lite Shoe shoes from about a decade ago that I've absolutely loved. This new version is awful. I love the sapphire blue color, but the love ends there. First, they're massive. When I took a shoe out of the box, I thought it was the wrong size. I had to check the box to make sure they were the size I ordered and that they were women's, not men's. I also double-checked the interior tag. Right size, right gender, just huge-looking. Second, I don't like the way they lace up. I like traditional eyelets. I didn't notice the tube loops when I ordered them. Third, the ginormous soles look ridiculous and feel like I'm walking off the edge of something when my foot rolls from heel to toe. It's like the go from having a thick sole from heel to midfoot to having NOTHING beyond that. These are going right back. Wish Asics hadn't "improved" the Nimbus.

have worn Asics for over 10 years to run. This latest model is too big of a difference in height between the heel and toe, making the foot lurch forward and pressing the toe up to the top of the shoe. Could never run in them. walking was awkward with lots of toe pressure.

Not the size I ordered. VERY disappointed with shoe and service. How can a complete stranger know my foot better than I do. Also disappointed in the changes ASIC has made to their brand.

If you are purchasing these primarily for cushioning for painful feet, read on: I agree with other reviewers who stated the Nimbus 26 does not seem to have the same degree of plush cushion comfort as the Nimbus 25. The hard ridges under both the right and left side of the foot made these a deal breaker. These have to be returned and will be purchasing another pair of the 25s.
