I purchased the mint green and I love them. I also have the 25's. They are one of the most cushioned shoes I own. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because the toe box is very narrow, even in the wide. I hold the cushion comfort level of all my sneakers to the newer nimbus shoes line. The cushioned sole does flatten if worn every day but the comfort is worth replacing them every few months. These shoes have given me so much pain relief. I just wish they'd open up the your box a bit. You will feel like you're walking on a memory foam mattress.

Ive been running on gel-nimbus for years and loved them. I have narrow feet, high arches and a tendency to have plantar fasciitis flares with under-cushioned shoes, and these used to fit like a glove and minimize aches and pains while training. The recent redesign has made this a completely different fit. The new model is so wide, my foot feels like its swimming. Unfortunately after many years of training with these, I have to try and find a different shoe. Very disappointed with the changes

I have been wearing gel Nimbus for years. I absolutely love the 25, but Im not pleased with the 26. It has a much firmer feeling sole that is not near as cushioning as the 25. ASICS , why did you change such a great shoe?! Please go back to the old 25 design, although I do appreciate more traction on the tread that the 26 has. I am returning the 26 and going back to the 25 and I hope to goodness you continue making it, it is the best cushioning shoe ever !!

I am not a runner but a person needing extra cushion on my feet. Most recent surgery in December. Originally, I was looking at another brand when I was recommended these. All I wear are ASICS on a regular basis so I knew I wouldnt be disappointed.

Other than breaking them in on the first day, my feet havent hurt once since. I love these shoes.

I've had quite a few foot and knee issues over the years, have tried Asics and other styles/brands and the Gel-Nimbus is my all time favorite. I run about 4 to 5 times a week and the new styling with the extra cushion is a definite plus to run on. The style however is clunky and looks more like a Hooka or Sketchers look alike. They are not attractive from the side or top and I would never wear them for anything besides running. The new lacing tabs make loosening the laces difficult and the tab on the tongue is scratchy on the front of your leg/foot while running. I eventually just cut it off. I'm searching on-line to purchase previous versions of this shoe.

True to size. Great fit! Couldnt be happier. Im using them daily on my walks and will start running with them soon. These replaced my Hokas. Similar fit but better appearance. They dont look too bulky!

Between my wife and I we have 5 pair on Nimbus 25- loved the shoe. We ordered a pair of the new Nimbus 26 and after wearing for a day the arch of both feet were hurting real bad. In hopes of getting some help I called ASICS customer service and the response was not helpful. Her feedback was she could send me guidelines on how to properly lace the shoe- seriously ! Been an ASICS customer for years- never had a bad experience with a shoe. Guess its time to try a new line for our shoes.

These are the best sneakers Ive bought in a while. I wear them for bartending and they are so comfortable. Also almost feels like they have a bounce in them that keeps you on your toes. Cant wait to buy more! Love them True to size.

The colors do matter I tried the mens light blue and they were amazing, they ended up being to big so I got the womans purple ones in my size and they were so stiff, so I returned those and got the red ones in womans and man are they amazing. I look forward to my short run in these and considering buying a second pair. The black ones were very stiff as well and not as great as the red or blue ones.

Absolutely love these shoes! I just wish there were more colors!! I need an all white shoe for work and there are none

The support is really good but the thing for hunging them in the back hurts my feet

I bought these with high hopes after I had to return the 24s because the tongue was irritating my ankle. Big improvement on the tongues cushioning (as advertised), but now Im experiencing chafing /blistering on my heel that is intolerableeven with high socks. The back of the shoe goes too high. Ive never experienced such a hard break-in period with Asics. Im 33 years old and have been wearing the gel nimbus model since freshman year of high school. The 24 model and up have been giving me problems. Please bring back the magic that was the gel nimbus 23! Ive had to buy them on second party websites and there are not a lot of 23s left. I might just need to try another model sneaker from ASICS or switch to a new brand altogether. The shoe has nice cushioning but I cant pay attention to the positives if my heel is getting ripped up.

I ordered 3 of these, in 3 colors, since I do love Asics. One came at a normal ship time. The other 2 were on backordered, then additional delays, and then cancelled after a month. I did email and try to contact them, but no response. The shoes are great, customer service, communication, and shipping not so much.

I've been running in Asics Gel Nimbus for the past 26 years. I love the shoe. I love the cushion sole and it really feels great during long runs.

This shoe is the Ultimate in comfort! I feel cushion from toes to heel, I wear them all day and hate to take them off at night. Have not had any issues with my plantar fasciitis since discovering this shoe several years ago.

I received the Gel-Nimbus 26 a couple months ago and I could already feel the difference from the 25s as soon as I slipped them on! I'm the biggest fan of the Gel-Nimbus 25, but the 26 didn't disappoint. It offers a lot more stability to the run while still having that bounce factor.

Purchased after the inside fabric of my Hokas started rubbing up on my feet (had them for a year). These are amazing and feel like they shape my foot perfectly. Great amount of bounce, they hold my heels in, and offer support on the entire base of my foot. Ive been training for a half marathon and these completely changed the game.

Huge fan of the Nimbus 25 so was looking forward to trying the 26s. Not a fan, I ended up sending them back and buying another pair of 25s. I didnt feel like the cushioning was the same and i honestly found that i was starting to get a shin splint on one leg. I hate when shoes get upgrades, sometimes if it's not broke, dont fix it. I wore the 25s for both of my marathons, including the one i BQ'd in and LOVED them.

Great fit. Great comfort. Id recommend this shoe for casual wear or for work if you stand and walk a lot.
