Reliable high mileage shoe. Comfortable from first wear, last longer than any other shoe I have tried. Not particularly good looking but if you are looking for substance over style this is your shoe.

Ive never hated a pair of running shoes as much as the Nimbus 26. I normally wear size 9 women in all shoes. ASICS suggest customers order half a size up for their running shoes. Cool, I ordered two pairs of the Novablast in 9.5 and they fit great. I read the reviews for the Nimbus 26 and some said they are a bit narrow. So I head over to the mens section and order them in size 8, which is the equivalent of 9.5 in womens sizing. Mens shoes are wider than womens by default, so I thought I was in the clear. They were snug when I tried them on, more so than the Novablast in womens size. I ran in them for 4 miles before I felt the ball of my feet seize up and I had to walk the rest of the way back, which was painful. I wish I could return them. Even on sale, they are not worth it. Please listen to the reviews. These shoes are awful.

Great shoe. If ASICS lowered their price they would be #1 in the market. Too expensive.

These shoes are very confortable for daily training!

Been having to run on grass due to ankles. Cushion in these is currently allowing me to run at least 1/2 my runs on pavement ... without significant ache for days. so far, loving them ...

Outstanding shoe thus far. Comfort level is superb, however tongue may be a little long for some wearers. Outsole seems a bit soft, so longterm durability is in question.

I want to start off by saying I love Ascics shoes, so this is not to bash anyone. I had the Nimbus 25 and love it, so upgraded to the Nimbus 26 and I am highly disappointed. The cushion and heel support is just like the 25, but the arch on my left foot rubs my foot raw. Im Not sure if its a manufacture error on the left shoe or something. I can only wear them short periods of time. The right shoe is perfectly fine.

Im 59 and an athletic 200 lbs. As a neutral mid foot striker who doesnt need carbon fiber these shoes are perfect for my runs. I dont wear running shoes for everyday use because they are like wearing heels and they hurt my hips and knees if I do.

Sent me the wrong pair!!! Doing nothing to reconcile the issue.

i have plantar fasciitis and using nimbus 25 for past one year. i use Nimbus 25 for running on on my thread mill with insoles in it. comfort wise not so happy with it on comparing with 25. this shoe is little tight for me so basically using for daily walking for now.

Always love Gel-Nimbus running shoes. I have been wearing them since Gel-Nimbus 9 through 26. Happy customer. I would love to see some more vibrant fun colors.

Great running sneakers. Dont have much to compare them to, hence the 4 stars. Satisfied with my purchase.

These are great shoes for long easy runs. I use them for my Saturday long runs. I would use them for my shorter easy runs but I have a pair of Gel-Nimbus 25 that are older but still good.

Beautiful shoe. Got this for my husband. He loved the color, but the sole is a bit too thick for his liking. Hes not into the new HOKA look as we call it. Just a bit too bulky for him. He said he wants shoes that look sleek and are comfortable. Not orthotic looking. Haha. Ive been wearing asics since 2009 for running and work as I am on my feet all day as an RN.

Great Ankle Support! Very Very Comfy! Great Running shoes! I did a 13mile Marathon and wow just the best shoes!!

They put a bounce in my step. Literally. The only real issue I have is that Asics don't tend to fit true to size. I forgot to order a half size up, so they don't fit the greatest.

Shoe seems and looks cheap. Materials like recycled plastic. Cheap! Not the shoes I've been purchasing. Last few pairs same!

My third pair of 26's and probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Much improved over the 25's in overall cushioning. I primarily wear these shoes for light exercise (treadmill, elliptical, and weight lifting), I'm not a runner so I can't comment there but wearing them for my day to day travels is amazing. I think about how comfortable they are several times per day. I can only hope the new 27's are as good if not better.

I like the snug fit that this shoe provides a more comfortable fit than some for my previous purchases.

This model is a little higher than my previous model 24. The impact absorption is more efficient and the shoes do feel softer.
