This shoe ticks all the boxes. The right toe box is a little tight, but other than that it's a very comfortable shoe. Definitely made recommended changes to the nimbus 25. Although, could help if they released more colors.

I love this shoe, but the fit seems slightly different than the 25s. The tongue curls over itself when I tighten the laces and I never had that happen with my two pairs of the 25s. The shoe feels longer, too, but when I compare them to my 25s they line up, so IDK. All that being said, this is still my go-to road shoe for almost any type of run.

Did a 7 miles run and this shoe was a life saver! It was very comfortable from the beginning to the end!

This is a max cushion show that provides a lot of comfort at impact. I think you sacrifice a little bit of lateral support for the cushion. I would highly recommend.

My son loves these shoes! Says they make him walk faster. He grew up wearing NB 990s, so he was skeptical about checking out different brands. When these arrived, he wouldn't take them off. I've gotta get a pair for myself.

I'm a Nimbus devotee, this is the best yet. A bit narrower it feels in the toe box than the 25, which I like.

Fits width and length, very comfortable. I have extremely wide feet and these are awesome!

Great shoes, very comfortable. True to size. Laces are fast to lace with less holes. I stepped on a small rock on the street and it felt like a marshmellow.

Fit smooth perfect for long runs the all around shoes

I pretty much use this shoe for everything besides racing. It's obviously not the fastest shoe out there but has good support and plenty of cushion. I'm prone to injury so I prefer maximum cushion when running. In a pinch I've done track workouts in them and they work for that too.

My second pair of the best most comfortable longest lasting durable beautiful shoes I've ever owned. Will never buy any other running shoes.

I ordered five pairs and the Gel-Nimbus 26 is the best for me I love the gel feeling when I walk I'm a nurse in the emergency department at Texas Health Memorial Hospital 12 hours on my feet now I'm buying this for my fianc he Work a lot on his feet. Also, I already got some of the nurses stop by them I've been advertising every time I wear your shoes they say what kind of shoes you wearing and I tell them ASCIS

Wide and extra wide is a big Difference "1 Extra wide

I buy 1 pair of this brand per year. This year I bought 2 pairs. I got worried maybe they won't have the extra wide next year.

Thank you for providing an extra wide option. The design is comfortable. I wore through the hard layer on the bottom of my 25s and I appreciate the 26s look a thicker.

I struggle with plantar fasciitis inflammation. I've tried all kinds of shoes and insoles to help combat the pain, all of which offered marginal relief. I can say without hesitation that the GEL-NIMBUS 26 is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and the inflammation in my foot has all but subsided. If you are looking for a comfortable shoe to combat foot pain, this is the shoe for you.

Fit of the shoe: Every time I tried the 25 on or did a trial run in them the toe box was just too big for me. I couldn't justify buying a shoe I really wanted but couldn't make it fit(even when going down a size). After watching some other reviews some people said the lock down was better in the 26. So, I took a shot and bought the 26. The lockdown and fit are perfect for me, but I also have a narrower foot. My recommendation is that if you have a wider foot maybe select the wide version or just try the 25. If you had problems with the 25 slipping maybe try the 26. While Running: Even though I didn't buy the 25, every time I tried it on or took a trial run, it felt like the shoe didn't bounce well and died on me. The 26 feels bouncier despite being a max cushion shoe. Look of the shoe: I like crazy colors and wish they would bring back some of the color ways of the 25. However, the white/blue looked great on the feet!

I love my Gel Nimbus shoes for many years. Gel Nimbus 26 is the best. What a great feeling on my feet. Light, cushion and comfort.
