This is my second purchase of Novablasts -- I originally bought the 3s, which I very much enjoyed. After I retired them, I made a mistake and went with the Gel-Nimbus 25s and had all sorts of problems. In hindsight, I wish I would have just continued with the tried-and-tested Novablast. The 4 feels the same to me as the 3 and is a great shoe. Will probably be looking at the 5 when I'm done with the 4.

Another Home Run for ASICS. They're sleek, extremely comfortable, very well made and a joy to wear.

Only had the shoes for one month. So far great. Very comfortable and light. I have flat feet (underpronation) and they are starting to curve over of outside of the shoes. Holding form though so far. Really should a review at the three month mark. Usually, shoes last me about five months.

Ran my first marathon in these and did not have any troubles at all. My feet felt great the whole time and would definitely recommend them.

More cushion and still light weight. The tongue also stays in place better than V3. I could run all day in these shoes.

I have been running in the Novablast series since they originally came out, and have loved every since one more than the last. The Novablast 4 is definitely different than the previous generations as it is a bit more stable, but it is steadily becoming my favorite recovery and long run shoe. Although it isn't as soft feeling as the Novablast 3, the added stability aids in keeping me comfortable in my long runs when I grow tired. After 150 miles on them I am confident that I should easily be able to get 300 miles on them.

My favorite running shoes. They just want to go fast, a little hard to NOT run in them.

So comfortable and yet not heavy. The foam feels great. I am a distance walker and I love these shoes!

Probably the most underrated shoe this year. Could have better traction though in wet conditions.

These shoes are the comfiest shoes I've ever owned. They have cushion to support my joints yet are springy and propel you forward.

Have been very happy with Asics Nimbus 25, Novablast 4 is very similar to nimbus feels a bit lighter on foot. First time did easy 8 mile run felt great. Did need to use lace heel lock to get extra lock in on Achilles. Waiting on Green Illuminated in wide to get my 2nd pair.

I wear a Nike size 10 and a 10 in this ran small but a 10.5 fit perfectly. As for the shoe itself, I was mainly choosing between the Novablast 4 and the Nimbus 26. The Nimbus is nice but the toe box on the Novablast is notably more roomy and, to me, significantly more comfortable. Looking forward to using this for a while.
I'd also recommend:
Asics Gel Nimbus 26

This is a great training shoe. It's a good combination of light with good cushioning without being too mushy.

I use these shoes for my everyday miles, and that's where these shoes shine. Plenty of bounce and fun but still supremely comfortable and offer a lot of protection for longer efforts. Not as great for picking up the pace that's not really what they're for in my opinion. For reference I'm 6'4, 223 lbs and average about 15-20 miles per work week currently training for a half marathon

An Asics athlete that just finished 5th in the OLY marathon trials stated she wears these shoes as her daily trainer. I decided to try them out as I was looking for new shoe. I really like them. Good fit, soft, lightweight. I am buying another pair.

First of all I run 40+mpw at around 8:15 pace. These are twice the price of my last shoes and I was skeptical they would be much better but I was wrong. They are super light, super comfy, yet they propel you forward and have great ground response. I'm mostly a heel striker but run on my toes sometimes and they feel super fast on forefoot. I've beaten my fastest paces for 5k and 10k in my first few runs with these, my last shoes were clearly absorbing too much of my power, these feel more comfy but boost me way harder. Also they look amazing in tennisball green. My only issue is some rubbing on my bunions but it's already gotten better since the second run.

Incredible running shoe- light but very supportive. I've run a few half marathons in these so far. Love the feel, great support and still able to go fast. Size was just right. Color gets lots of compliments.
