Good cushion. Good toe box width. A bit loose through the midfoot and a poor lockdown leads to hot spots.

Guess I’m in the minority here, but these shoes caused some shin and knee pain that I’d never had with other running shoes (pretty much immediately stopped when I returned to a previous shoe brand) even after the break in period and felt kind of clunky and wide (granted I have narrow feet). This is my first pair of ASICS and won’t likely be buying another.

These shoes are comfortable and good running shoes at least on my right foot. The cushioning on the left is significantly firmer than the right even after miles of break in. The right is extremely bouncy and feels like previous novablasts. However, I must've received a dud of a left shoe bc there's almost no feeling of cushioning. Steps are hard and close to the ground. Very disappointed in my order and makes me question ASICS quality assurance and consistency. Making the switch over to Saucony. I'm not sure how the foam can differ so much between shoes in the same pair. I've never had this issue before.

These never worked for me. They hurt my knees and my feet. Gave them to my dog. He didn’t even like them. For the record, he and I typically love ASICS.

Recently bought Nova Blast 4 because I've purchased many of the Nova Blast 2s in the past. Once receiving the shoe I put them on and had no problem at all, but after one day I started getting a pain on the top of my foot right where my big toe connects to my foot. I thought maybe I did something to it and took them off and wore my 2s for a week and then I tried them on again and the pain came back. I wasn't able to return my shoe after trying because I had thrown away the box already, so now I am stuck with a pair that I can't wear. I think the pain had something to do with the new tongue design on the shoe.

I bought these 2 months ago I love ASICS only shoes I wear but the there is no cushion and dig into your heels these are the worst shoe but I love asic
