Went to the Scottish highlands over thanksgiving. Rainy and muddy and cold, but my feet were the warmest part of my gear. Thankful for warm comfortable grippy shoes and dry feet all week.

I love all my Merrell footwear (I have 4 other pair) and these are no exception. Very comfortable, but be advised that the very rounded shape to the toe means that they may fit too snug. I wear an 8.5 in all my other Merrill's, but these were too small in an 8.5 and I exchanged them for a size 9. The half-size up are perfect.

Love these shoes I hunt and fish with them and have never had wet socks.

These shoes are great. Made well, look good, waterproof and great cushioning. I have a really wide foot and most times shoes are never quite right. These fit me very well and have a good sized toe box.

Awesome shoe. Wider than expected but felt comfortable.

All hiking aside....this is the best pair of sneakers I EVER owned. I have a tendency to pronate when I walk, so all of my footwear wear out quickly below the blades of my feet - especially at the heel....but after two years of wear and tear, these sneakers show very little change. I LOVE them, and will be buying more for me and my family.

These shoes are great with my custom insoles. They are so comfortable. I've worn them for hours without any discomfort.

Great shoe from dog walks to golf course to boat. Bought 4 pairs. Goretex on a wet day is super. Very comfortable!

Took me a bit to find my fit in Merrill's. Turns out I wear an 11 in Merrill's but a 10.5 pretty much everywhere else. I recommend you order several sizes to find your fit, then return what doesn't work for you. The return process was very easy and the refund to my card was promptly made once the return was received and acknowledged.

Great fit and comfortable right out of the box. I bought these for a trip to Ireland. I wanted the Gore-Tex version as it is quite rainy in Ireland this time of year. Shoes were always dry and comfortable. I have worn Merrell for years but have always been a size 14. As I have aged my foot has grown to a 15. I bought them and wore them right out of the box. Perfect fit and as always very comfortable.

On my 3rd pair. This shoe is all it's supposed to be, great fit, comfortable, and dependable. Thanks for a great product

I love my new Moab 3 Gortex shoes , I just broke them in with a hike in the Shannendoa National Park, they were very sure-footed right out of the box!

These are great. Some previous reviewers suggested that with the Goretex Merrill's you might want to go a half size larger than normal and that worked perfectly for me. Normally size 10, bought size 10 1/2, fit perfect.

I have bought a new pair of Moab's every year for 15 years and wear them daily. Superb comfort and arch support and highly waterproof as well.

Merrill shoes are always my go-to for durability, and comfort. They have to be tough for our northern Wisconsin winters.

Great walking shoe, for city, trail anything and the best part of it is the waterproof GOR-TEX

My Merrill's were great for hiking without having to break them in. They are supportive and comfortable and we're able to grip the terrain I was hiking.both rock and gravel.

The new Moab shoes are more comfortable right out of the box than the Moab 2's were. I've been wearing Merrell hikers since the original ones came out years ago, and these seem to be on par with what I've come to expect, comfortable, breathable, waterproof, etc. Only time will tell if these hold up as well as my other Merrells did, but I expect to get at least a couple years wear out of them, as in my experience Merrells hold up well to wear.

I have had a pair of Merrell's before and was very satisfied with them, so I bought another pair. I just wore them in the Valley of Fire trails in Vegas and they were comfortable, gave me full support, and just as my last pair, was very satisfied!

I have owner Merrell Moabs for years - just got these new Moab 3's - the best ones yet! Love them! So comfortable, supporting, and they break in immediately.

I am a long time Merrell fan. The reason is, these shoes come in the mail and always fit nice right out of the box. Never disappointed. Comfortable, great for walking on a path or off-road. I have been wearing a version of the Moab for 10 years! Love them.
