Have to return because the former design with padding around the shoelaces is now hard plastic that bumps into my ankle bones. Not comfortable at all unless I wore high socks

Super comfortable, however a bit wide and the back of my heel slips. Considering sizing down

I liked the show just fine but I ordered a medium and I was sent a wide so I had to return them.

I ordered a 9M and they sent me a 9w. I would like to exchange for the correct size but didn’t have that option.

I have a bunion on 1 foot and arthritic toe on the other with added heel pain, and have difficulties fitting shoes. They seemed to fit, initially, but I found them uncomfortable with static standing, and some rubbing on the bunion. I tried very hard to like them as I have tried multiple shoes, but went with Brooks instead.

Not a comfortable toe box

It was ok. Too much cushioning for me. The wide made a difference!

The fit was very good but there is a seam inside the top of the left shoe which irritated my foot. I even tried it with thicker socks but it was still bothersome.

I love this brand of shoes but these had a strange ridge along the inside bed that I could feel when I put my personal orthotics in. Very uncomfortable!

The comfort of this shoe is great, however the squeaking noises when walking is pretty intense. I bought another pair in a different color bc of how comfortable they were, but after about a month, both are unbearably squeaky, so unfortunately, I do not wear them often

Wasted money on this shoe. Wanted so badly to like them, but they were terribly uncomfortable. I’m honestly shocked by the good reviews. I found the shoe had a hard exterior and did not compare in any way to my previous pairs of Hoka and Brooks.

I bought these exact shoes in another color. Unfortunately they are sized differently. I wore them so now can’t return. Such a bummer as they are way too big. I generally love On Cloud sneakers.

You shipped wide two times in a row when we ordered Medium. The box was marked wide when we received it and it was too big.

If there was an award for the most uncomfortable sneaker, this would win it! the side supports are unyielding and almost plastic, so the foot is in an uncomfortable corset that pinches. Sadly, after trying many On shoes, I've come to the conclusion that On is a one hit wonder, with their basic cloud shoe for urban walking.

I immediately felt the tightness of this sneaker even with thin socks. My small toes were a tight fit and hurt. To bad they do not carry wide size. I truly wanted these sneakers to fit as I really liked them.

Hard as a rock! I have been wearing On shoes for about 5 years and this was the first style I’ve been really disappointed in. They are incredibly firm and seem cheap. I sent them back immediately.

I was hoping the Cloud Runner2 would fit like the Cloud Runner but they changed things up on the inside of the shoe that caused rubbing against my foot. Returned them.

Disappointed. I found my toes curled up and the arch support as well as midfoot support lacking. The toebox while it appeared wide enough didn't feel comfortable at all and didn't feel this shoe was worth the money. Still looking, unfortunately.

I like the color and style. However, they KILL my feet but since I’ve worn them, I can’t return them. So $145 down the drain, unfortunately.

they are a boxy shoe, I wear a medium width and these are too wide. They are also too long.
