I ordered 7 1/2 medium. Received 7 1/2 wide. I always loved Zappos‘s but the last three orders I have made I did not receive the size that I ordered. I’m afraid that’s the end of our relationship.

Awful, hard insole, not soft and on cloud at all. Walmart sneakers were more supportive and cushioned than these for the price. So dissatisfied

Tight all around

Felt too tight and hugged the ankle

Great shoes but not enough arch support to wear over 12 hours which is why I purchased them for.

The back is much lower than the earlier version, so with every step my heel slips out. Bummer because I loved the earlier version. Why did they change it?!

I received these shows without a box and they appeared dirty. I returned them.

This is my first On purchase and I was really disappointed in the value of this product. I work at a hospital so I'm on my feet, pushing patients around in their carts the majority of the day. In the past I've always worn Nikes and everyone's told me to get a shoe with better support. The first day I wore this shoe it was like walking on a yoga block. My feet started aching by the time I got 8K steps. My feet never sweat in my old shoes and but now are always sweaty when I take these shoes off at the end of my 10 hours shift. After 2 weeks of walking in them, I think they've broken in a bit and are no longer painful on my foot but are not comfortable by any means. They feel like I'm wearing a cheap plastic sock on top of a yoga block. They feel like 50$ shoes to me not the 150$ I paid.

I ordered these twice and both times Zappos sent me a7W when I ordered a7M!!!!

I was a Brook’s girl. I’m a RN, that never sits down. I tried On’s…Cloudswift…they are great. Better than any of my Brook’s. The Cloudrunner had great reviews, so I tried them. Awful!!!! The felt clunky and my heal kept slipping. I can’t wear a shoe all day that my slips up & down. I am sending them back.

I couldn’t tell bc it was too big for me
