These shoes ripped after about 6 weeks of normal wear. Tried to get on cloud to replace but they never responded

Third pair and none seem to last more than a month. I love the comfort, but constantly having either tearing or the soul giving out after only 4-5 weeks.

I ordered two On Cloudrunner 2s, 11M and 11W. I recieved boxes marked 11M and 11W, but the 11W box had a second pair of 11Ms inside it. Somebody screwed up and didn't check what they were sending out. Waste of my time.

This is my exchanged pair that started to squeak after only 3.5 weeks. The former pair started doing it after only 6 weeks. I thought it was a fluke but seems to be a systemic issue. I love the shoe, but the squeak drives me nuts.

The shoe ordered was an 11.5 wide, and the shoe that arrived was an 11.5 medium. ON top of the wrong size of the shoe was the shoe had been worn. I was at first skeptical when I opened the packaging box and they up in a non-branded shoe box not from the company. First time ever having a suspect experience with Zappos. It will not turn me away as a consumer, because everyone makes mistakes, but I will second guess all decisions moving forward.

These sneakers were worn and one is creased more than the other and don’t like their fit. Thank you, getting brooks

Not well made

Great shoe. Fit was great and the shoe is very light and comfortable. I ordered two pairs. The other pair had one shoe that squeaked. Google On shoe squeak and you'll see the squeak is an issue with the shoe. Sometimes the squeak is immediate and other times it occurs after several months. I'm not paying almost $150 for a squeaky shoe or a potential squeaky shoe. On is off my list of acceptable shoes!

Buyer beware if you are a big guy these shoes will squeak constantly after just days of use. The holes that make the shoe comfortable is the problem. Never buy again

Runs narrower than Brooks. Unpleasant tingly/numbness sensation

I ordered wide, but shoes reflect meduim.

These shoes squeak when I walk. It is loud and I am not able to wear them. Very disappointing.

I have purchased many On Cloud shoes. These were HUGE. Too long, too wide.

Absolute worst shoe within 45 days of wearing they broke down and on top of it started squeaking on each step taken. Would never recommend. Might look cool but they are cheapy made!!
