Great but only lasted 2 weeks. This brand of shoes has a pervasive design defect where the soles start squeaking on each step. It’s super annoying and embarrassing. Numerous other customers have run into this issue, but warranty claims are denied. Look it up. Sure it looks great and is quite comfortable, but totally useless as it barely lasts 2 weeks. Save your money and time, go with a trusted brand.

Compared with the previous design of this shoe (Cloudrunner vs. Cloudrunner 2), this foot bed is much more narrow. I think the materials are sturdier in this version but I don't get why they changed the foot bed. I returned and am going back to the original design.

I am flat footed and need a wide stable shoe, these were the most comfortable shoes I have ever had.

Fit is true to size and the look is awesome. This is my first time in On Cloud's and am very happy with my decision.

I had to try three different sizes (11, 10.5, 10) until I got it right. I normally wear size 11 in mens, but had to go down one whole size until it felt right. I have worn On Clouds before and it took me a good 2 weeks to break them in, these shoes are no different. They sit higher on my ankles and push on parts of my ankle that made me sore. They are also heavier than my previous On Clouds. They are getting better and more comfortable the more I wear them, I am on my feet all day working in a nursing home.

I wanted to love these. I love the style but after a few workouts I started getting really bad heel pain. I didn't get why and then realized it's the shoes. I went on Reddit and saw that many people said the same. Disappointed.

I have wide feet as other foot problems and these were amazing. I usually wear NB and recently ordered new pair and they hurt my feet so bad I had to send them back. These on the other hand are amazing. No foot pain! Love them and will be ordering more. Just wish they offered more styles in wide!

They have a horrible squeak. When I reached out to On, they said it was normal and I can put coconut cream in the pockets to reduce noise. Coconut cream, really???????? They are very comfortable though.

Great shoe and true to size

I feel a lot of support, just what I was looking for. I wear men's shoes as they are usually wider, but these are just right, not as wide as expected.

Ordered for my son. He is happy with the fit and comfort. This is his second pair of this brand of shoes.

great everyday sneaker for the gym, walking and casual. I dont run much but this shoe can do it all
