I am not a runner but my local sports shoe store recommended these to me. This is my 3rd pair. They are very comfortable. I use them at the gym and just for everyday use also.

Love the fit of these shoes. The toe box is wide enough and doesn’t squish my toes. I bought these to waitress in and have only worn them a few times but they seem to be super comfortable. The only downfall is they are not slip resistant. Otherwise I’m pleased with this purchase

These are my favorite go to running shoe. The comfort is key and I love the wide toe box for extra comfort on long runs

These shoes are very comfortable. They are my second pair and have never needed a breaking on period. They have been great for our Disneyland trips!

This is my 2nd pair of Glycerin 21s. The first pair lasted 1 1/2 years. I like the removable insole - I can put my orthotics in them. They are cushioned and comfortable.

I ordered a pair of these after buying the 22's and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I have wide feet (thanks bunions) and ordered a wide in the 22's and they still felt too small/narrow! When I bought the 21's, they were all out of the wide's, so I went with a half size up and I can barely notice that they aren't wide shoes (still would have ordered and liked the wide, but this was a vast improvement over the 22's). The main feature that I enjoy in the 21 over the 22 is the toe box. It's roomy, but my toes aren't sliding all over the place. It's tall enough so that my big toe doesn't hit the top when I'm just standing still. It really feels like my toes can breath! I'll also note that in my side-by-side testing, I noticed that the 22's are more cushiony in general. I don't mind this (in fact, that's what I was looking for in a new pair of shoes), but I feel more stable in 21's, which was a plus for me as well. I really hope Brooks keeps this style of shoe in their Glycerin GTS 23 shoes or just makes this style under a new name. Us roomy shoe people need options too!

So far these feel great! They are a little more narrow than expected, very roomy toe-box that also has creased on the inner-side by big toe area after first wear of one mile. They are not super soft inside of the shoe, but feels like i'm walking on air underneath - very smooth and feels very supportive. I think these will get me quite a few pain-free miles.

I wasn't sure about these ones before because my all time favorite were a past version of the Ghosts. These have helped relive the pain/discomfort I feel in my hips when walking and jogging. Definitely happy with these and will continue to purchase Brooks!

Glycerin 21 is the best shoe I have found for my aging feet. They're kind of bulky looking but at my age, I've stopped caring. I do wish they made them in colors that were less "athletic-shoe" and more casual looking.
