I really like the color of these shoes. In the past, I have bought Glycerin GTS 20's which fit immediately comfortable, but which are no longer available. This time, with Glycerin GTS 21s, they felt too snug in the toe box area. I am hoping they will feel more comfortable as I continue to walk in them and break them in.

Loved them. Barely different than the 20s I retired as soon as these arrived.

Your upgrade from Glycerin GTS 20 to 21 was a disappointment. The shoe, still roomy in the toe box, is now constricting on the sides just before the toe box. I had to return them. I usually cringe when I hear you've updated shoes. I probably liked the GTS 19 fit the best.

My ten year old daughter has twisted legs that severely turn inward. Ive spent the better part of a year getting to the root of the issues, researching and coming up with some ideas on how to help her as well as doing our best to surround ourselves with knowledgeable people. We FINALLY found an effective thing to help her in a pair of Brooks Glycerin GTS shoes. It has affected not just her gait, but her endurance, strength, balance and even her attitude! My mind is blown over how one pair of shoes can make that big of a difference. Now to try to find a winter boot with the same support .

Fits as expected, and the toe box is roomy. I got these for daily walking in the winter (as long as the snow and ice are cleared). I ordered 1/2 size larger than usual and in Wide, and they're fantastic with heavy wool socks. When it's really cold, I add air-activated toe warmers, and my toes stay comfortably warm without being squashed. I can't say enough good things about the Glycerin shoes. They feel great on my post-bunionectomy and plantar release surgery foot, as well as the foot that hasn't been treated yet.

These are super cushy and provides more room in the toe box. They are now my absolute favorite Brooks shoe. I wore the Adrenaline for many years then transitioned to the Ghost for a few years. Both have now been replaced by the Glycerin GTS 21. If it wasn't for the shoe strings being too short, I would give these a 5 star rating. Please provide shoe strings at least 2" longer. Thank you.

The shoes look nice but are nothing like the 20s which are my favorite. The stitching is too tight at the toe box where the lace starts and pushes again my feet causing pain. I never had that with the 20s. I wish they would stop trying to fix what isnt broken. Or at least continue to manufacture the older shoes. Not sure what I am supposed to run in now.

Not a runner.
I bought these because Foot Solutions recommended it for Plantar Fasciitis.
It is helping, along with stretching, etc.
I think it a good shoe.

Never could get past the look of the wide toe box. My feet are not that big. I looked like I was wearing clown shoes. Started the refund process on the same night I received them.

I bought these for work. I do run sometimes at work but mostly stand and walk long shifts in the operating room. Ill start with the good: these shoes make me want to move. They feel good on my feet. I bought the Adrenalin shoes and they hurt my lateral foot for whatever reason. Adrenaline was my first pair of Brooks and I almost gave up on Brooks after that. Im glad I didnt. Now, for my only gripe- I wish there were more colors. I work in an environment where shoes get stained. I bought the double black but thats boring
A point worthy of honorable mention now- out of the box the right shoe squeaked terribly when I would walk. I came close to sending the shoes back but decided to keep them because they felt so good. That squeak was gone within the first few hours of wearing them. Glad I kept them!

So far so good. I have so much trouble with aching feet towards the end of the day and finding shoes that keep that from happening is difficult. Even my Adrenaline are beginning to fail. This shoe seems better. Wish it were more rocker bottom sole but for now its working

Fantastic shoes, extremely comfortable ride. I switched from 10 years of running in ASICS Gel-Nimbus after ASICS changed the heel drop from 13 mm to 8 mm within a generation (and forgot to make that really clear to people who have been loyal purchasers for years). I had heard great things about Brooks throughout the years, including from people who were as loyal to Brooks as I was to ASICS, and decided to give them a try. It helped that the Glycerins have a heel drop of 10 mm, which allowed me to split the difference between the old and new ASICS and readjust my gait to something more normal for me.
I also used the true fit tool on the Brooks website and it told me that if I was an 8M in ASICS, then I'd be an 8.5W in Brooks. This was not at all what I expected, but I went with it, and man, is it accurate! I was able to get a perfect fit with the first try. I honestly couldn't be happier. They are amazing shoes and my new staple.

The toe bed is really large and I have to keep them tied pretty tight to keep them from moving. I really like all my Brooks shoes, I go through 2 pairs a year.

I've been a huge Brooks fan for years and just made the switch to the Glycerin GTS 21 because I was told it was the best of Brooks' several styles that help prevent hip pain. While the cushioning is great, and my hips are happy, my feet aren't. The stitching on top of the right shoe digs into my foot painfully; tightening the laces has helped but has not totally corrected the problem. Also, while I like the wide toe box, the mid and heel are way too wide themselves, so when I go downhill my whole foot slides forward in the shoe, exacerbating that stitching problem. Wanted to love these, but they're not the ones for me. If I hadn't bought them right before a trip and had to wear them too much to return, I for sure would have returned them.

This is a comfortable walking shoe for someone like me (73 years old) who walks between 2.5 and 3 miles about 4 times a week. Buyers may want to consider purchasing a size bigger than their normal shoe size. I wear an ankle brace on my left ankle before walking and I really struggled to get the left sneaker on.
I'm using these good-looking black sneakers for shopping trips when my old Brooks sneakers look too worn-out.

I can't get enough of these sneakers. They are so great to run in and it's is all I wear. It helps with my heal pain as well. I would recommend these sneakers in a heartbeat.

Nice light supportative shoe. They run small so had to exchange. Once I got the right size they were great.

I never thought of my old shoes as ill-fitting, but once I put these on ... going back to the old ones felt like putting my feet in cardboard boxes! I love they way they cup my heel and keep my foot in alignment, and the gentle bounce-back from the sole is perfect.

Purchased the Glycerin 20 and absolutely loved them. Time for new shoes came so of course I purchased these. I was disappointed with them. They werent as soft and the top portion of the toe folds in and rubs against the side of my nail bed to the point its unbearable. Had a replacement pair sent twice and the same exact thing each time. Ended up swapping them for the Ghost Max.
