I absolutely love these sandals! They look stylish and not like the previous pairs of Birkens I've bought before. I'm a size 10 wide width and purchased size 41. These sandals come with three holes and I adjusted my buckle for the second hole (the last one was a bit loose), they are comfortable and so pretty.

I am normally size 8. Ordered the 38 which says 7-7.5 but figured Birks run a bit big. They are perfect! I had to have them after spotting them on someone in a dept store and falling instantly in love. I am a minimalist, classic kind of style and these are perfect! Very comfy - can't wait to wear them this summer. I have normal to narrow feet. Hope this helps!!

Too large. Have 5 in regular Madrid narrow and this pair my foot was swimming in them. Too large and wide. Had to return.

These are my favorite summer shoes ever. Not sure why they are marked narrow. They are not.

This is my third pair of Madrid big buckles -- I am a Birkenstockaholic. I LOVE these! SO cute, so comfortable. Narrow fits me fine in this style though I have a pretty wide foot and normally wear regular width

I looked ALL over for the Big Buckle this spring, thank you Zappos! These are great slides, love them in Metallic Blue. My only complaint is they are wide- even though, they only come in a narrow. I can see eventually, having to punch one more hole in the strap to snug them up a bit.

These are so cute for birks! I have many pairs and these feel a bit “dressier” for work dinner out etc. I wanted the pale pink color but they sold out. Also the color says washed blue but it appears silver not blue at all.

These are extremely comfortable sandals. I order a 10-10.5 and usually wear a 9.5.

It’s a little wide but I plan on punching another hole in the leather.

Super cute sandal but was too wide for my foot that my foot slid forward when walking HOWEVER this sandal fit my daughter perfectly as she has a wider foot. If I could of buckled tighter it would have fit. I’m a true 7 1/2 and the 38 fit.

These are adorable and will match everything! I got them in silver and wasn't sure if they would be too narrow, but I have been walking around the house in them and so far so good. I always take 40R and I have a very wide toe box so I am hoping these work and that I won't be sending them back. I love them!

I have only had one other pair of Birkenstock’s. This pair is lovely. Feminine, actually. I bought the pinkish shade and it is lovely. I always wear a size 8 and sometimes even a wide. I bought this in the size 8 narrow. I returned for the size 7 and it fits great. You will like this shoe and it’s comfort and support. Zappos is the greatest.

I am normally a 6.5 and my feet are on the wide side. I wear 36 in birks and this is the size that worked for me in these. Although they are "narrow" they fit me fine. They are comfortable but of course require time to break in as birks typically do. They are definitely the cutest birks I have ever owned! I love the rose gold and the big buckle. They are very flattering and will go with a lot of different outfits. A bit pricey but worth it.

Beautiful sandal. I’ve read several reviews that claim the inner sole is plastic. The sole is leather not plastic. The slightly big gold buckle adds a super cute touch. I wear a 7.5 or 8 medium depending on the shoe and the 38 fit perfectly.

I LOVE these Birkenstocks! I have the arizonas as well, but have been choosing these daily. The bottom is coated and it is seriously so, so comfortable! Get compliments on them all the time. The leather was stiff and squeaky for about a week, but that went away with wear. Wish I had purchased in Cognac as well before they went out of stock.

I love these - I like that they're a bit "dressier" than my other Birkenstocks and I can get away with wearing them to work. I was a little worried that they only come in a narrow width, but they fit my regular-width feet perfectly - they're just less wide than a typical Birkenstock. The only problem I'm having is that, after several wears (at least 5-6 at this point), the strap is turning the top of my foot black. I don't know if it's dye from the leather or what, but I'm hoping it stops soon.

I love these - they’re super comfortable, but dressy enough that I can wear them to work. The only thing is that I’ve worn them a few times and the color on the strap is running onto my skin and turning the tops of my feet black. I’m hoping it’ll stop after a few more wears...? I was initially nervous that these only came in “narrow,” but (for me), it seems like that means it fits more like a regular shoe vs. a super-wide classic Birkenstock.

I always take a 9 or 9-1/2. I ordered the size 39 (marked as a 8-8-1/2) and they fit perfectly. I also do not have a narrow foot, but the narrow fits perfectly as well. I made all these decisions based on the prior comments and there were all very true. The big buckle is what drew me to these. I am not a fan of the typical Birkenstocks, but these are very stylish. They are very comfortable from day 1. The leather footbed is actually very soft and feels good. This is my first pair of Birkenstocks, so I do not have a comparison to the usual cork footbed. Overall, I could not be more pleased and looking forward to a summer full of everyday wear.

I absolutely love the style of this Birk, the sizing is still large I am a 7.5 n the 37 fit perfectly. The buckle is large and very stylish. It is shiny gold which is ok. Would have preferred if it was distressed. Overall it was a great purchase.

could not keep sandal on my feet..but love the look

The leather is SO stiff and I suspect it would cut into my toes. Not sure they are worth the break-in period, so returning. I've loved other birkenstock styles, but this combination of patent leather and single strap style doesn't work for me.

I have a medium foot, and so many reviews said it ran narrow, so I wasn't sure if it would be too narrow. It was exactly the opposite. I buckled the strap to the last hole, but as I started to walk in the house, they almost flew off my feet - even gripping with my toes, and I got the 6-6.5 size (I wear a 6.5). They were too big for me. Super cute though and I loved the oiled bronze color. The arch support felt great standing still. Sadly, I had to return.

I love this shoe because it’s comfortable and cute! Goes with everything I wear in the summer. The problem is that it runs large The footbed is too long for me. I am a Solid 7 in most sandals but I’m also leaning towards the wide side so I read the reviews and went with a 38. After wearing for a few days ( only inside ) I felt like the footbed was too wobbly. It’s too LONG for my foot. In additions, the width is too big and I need another whole….So I’m returning and getting the smaller size. Hoping that works! I’ll write a review for that one to compare
