I love my Arizona's thought I'd up my game with the big buckle but they just didn't do it for me? the buckle is So shiny it's almost plastic in appearance, I'm sticking with my originals

These are my first Birkenstock shoes ever. I am in "break-in" stage of wear. I am hopeful and encouraged for a great pair of footwear in my future. The Arizona Big Buckle is a much improved Brand look.

LOOVE the looks of these shoes - a dressier Birk for sure! Very comfortable. I have a medium width foot and these are fine even though sold as 'narrow'. My only complaint is with the smooth footbed, my feet are making fart noises when I walk - hopefully that goes away after they are broken in.

These looks SO good, but I'm so much more comfortable with the typical Birkenstock footbed. These are a leather, I think, and I do this love that as much. They do make noises when you walk, but they're so cute that it doesn't matter much.

Fits good. The material on the bed of the shoe is a little sticky but I washed it and it’s a little better. Makes noise when I walk

The oiled leather is a good quality, and the large buckle makes the shoe look very modern and stylish.

I loved the pale pink color but am not wild about the new big buckle. I wish I could find them in pink with a regular buckle and a regular width (although the narrow is okay) and maybe the soft footbed. I have had a million pairs of Birks since the late '50's. I adore them for their comfort and arch and foot support.

I loved the fit of these. They are true to size. I ultimately returned because they were not the style and look I wanted. The colors were different then expected in real life compared to the photos.

I wanted very much to love these. I am generally a fan of Birkenstock sandals, in fact, wearing a pair right now. I loved the added difference of the Big Buckle, and especially the black sole. Unfortunately, I returned these as the foot bed is super hard and I did not find them as comfortable as typical Birks. The style is cute and unique.

These seemed to run small compared to other Birks. These will also take time to break in. These shoes were uncomfortable the first time I wore them, but after breaking them in they are better.

I have been eyeing these sandals for a while. I am very happy with my purchase. I have found while walking I have squeaking from my foot and the shoe. I think it will fix itself as the shoe is broken in.

The sandals fit well when I start wearing,but after an hour or so,, the buckle rubs a bit. The sandals look great for summer. I wear them with everything.

I want to love these but they squeak every time I take a step. This is my first pair of real Birks, trying to love them but for the price I don’t....

The sandal is well made. However, the straps are quite wide making them a little uncomfortable until they are substantially broken in. They do accommodate a narrow foot but the strap almost drags on the ground when it is buckled as tight as I need. Also, until they are worn in, the foot bed hits my big toe in an odd spot. And because the foot bed is molded, it is somewhat uncomfortable. With that said, they do offer good arch support. And wearing an 11N, my options are severely limited unfortunately.

Cute cute cute! If I had time to break them in, I might have kept them. I love Birkenstock sandals. I prefer the softer cushioned sole but I'm okay with the firm footbed. I wanted to keep them just because they are more stylish than the average Arizona. Unfortunately, on the left foot - which has a bunion... the hard leather of the front strap cuts in terribly even with a sock. I wanted these to wear on a trip to Europe where I expect to do a lot of walking. These won't work. If you're waiting on the anthracite crocodile leather in a 40, they're on their way back to Zappos.

These are so cute and I would love to keep. While the narrow is not super narrow and "fits", they sure don't feel like regular width Birkenstocks on me. Birkenstock seems to make more of the fashion/cuter styles in narrow only. I really wish they would offer the more fashion forward styles in regular width as well.

I really wanted to like this style. It looks great! But the buckle seems to be made of plastic. I put several magnets next to the buckle and it's not any kind of iron. Also, I've had a chance to try several styles on now, and I've decided the suede ones work best for me because the leather is soft and doesn't bite into my skin on top of my foot in back of my toes. These really are pretty, however. The color is lovely, and the leather is nice leather. Not as comfortable as I'd thought they'd be, and the plastic buckle turned me off. Why do they charge $15 extra for a "big buckle" that's plastic? I returned them, but I may eventually be persuaded to try them again because they are pretty.

Super, super cute Birkenstock! This is probably why they're sold out in many other places. However, they only come in Narrow which was way too narrow for me. So, unfortunately they're going back.

I did not like the footbed on these. It was like a hard plastic.

One year ago I bought these and two other big buckle Arizonas (a nubuck pair and an oiled leather pair). All three pairs rip the skin off of the tops of my toes. This is from the sharp leading edge of the strap. I love the style and how they feel when I first slide into them. I have tried to gently manipulate the leather with the aim of softening it, and I have tried to file down the sharp edge. I’m so sad that I’m more than $500 into these shoes that I will likely never be able to wear.

The size length on this shoe is true to size but it is very narrow. A medium width was not available and even moving the buckle out didn't help. And I don't have a wide foot. The shoe is also stiff.

The material wasn't soft, I felt it would rub on my toe after wearing.
