I love these! I typically wear a 6 1/2 or 7 in regular sandals, I ordered a 36 (5-5.5) and they fit perfect. I have rather wide feet but the narrows were perfect.

The color of the brown embossed is beautiful! I love the big gold buckles. I took my normal 37 narrow. I do still have to tighten the strap quite a bit. These will look great for Spring, Summer, and Fall!

Like my other Birkenstocks, they took a little breaking in but once they are broken in, they are perfect. I like the big buckles because I feel they can be dressed up or down.

I bought these for two reasons: we have sealed concrete floors at my office, and Birks are the only shoes that don't leave my feet aching by the end of the day. And I wanted something a little dressier than Chacos to wear on my days off. Like all Birks, I personally found them very uncomfortable for the first week - and magically perfect as soon as I broke them in. I have medium wide feet, and only buy shoes with a wide toe box for running - but I heard these ran wide, so I ordered the narrow. I'm pleased with that choice. Unless you do have legitimately wide feet, I would make sure to get the narrow size. I thought the large buckles were fun and fashionable and I love the leather. Highly recommend. But think about the width, and anticipate a wee bit of a break in period.

I have many many pairs of Birks and tried to not add more to my collection, but really wanted to try the big buckle style. They were perfect right out of the box as they always are. The leather is sturdy and will hold up. I bought the cognac to wear through the fall. They are very cute and I received a lot of compliments when I wore them today. Very comfortable if you are used to this shoe. It’s all I have been wearing spring summer and fall for many years. Definitely worth the investment as these are a bit more pricy than some.

Very beautiful sandals, well-made, and should last a long time. Same great fit that I have come to depend on since first wearing Birkenstocks when I lived in Germany. Stiffer than suede, so they make take some time to break in...hard to tell yet.

While I consider my feet narrow, this seemed a bit snug in the arch area and there wasn't a much length in the toes as my thong version. It seems the notation medium to wide can throw someone off in the buckle version. I'd never buy a wide shoe. The patent leather is too stiff and I feel it would have cut into my toes when walking also. The oiled version is quite comfortable and I'd choose that if you can, but they are much pricer and out of my budget. The added leather foorbed in that version makes for a more finished and prettier shoe.

These Birkies are so stinking cute, but they hurt like heck. I'm keeping them because I'm used to torturing myself for the sake of looking good. The fit is pretty true to size. I'm a 9.5, and got a 40, but something about the type of "leather" feels very restricting on the sides of my feet. I hope they soften over time bc they feel very rigid now. I've already worn them twice and walked the rough NYC streets in them, but trust I was in pain the whole time. They aggravate my bunion too. I'm going to have to buy some kind of side foot cushion. They're definitely an elevated Birkenstock - and look very nice on my feet. Just be careful when walking a lot.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I’m excited for these to get broken in. I’ve been wearing them around the house with socks trying to soften the leather edge. I LOVE the look of them, but they’re definitely very stiff

I want to love these shoes SO badly, but just cannot. I am a true 7.5 & have now tried both the 38s and 39s. (I typically wear 38s in my other Birkenstock styles.) For these Arizona Big Buckles, the 38s are just a smidge too small and the 39s are too big. In addition to the length issue, the spot where the strap meets the base of your ankle/foot is extremely rigid and very uncomfortable. It would be blister city during the break-in period. Moreover, even after allowing for the typical time Birkenstocks require to mold to your foot, I can't imagine that this strap would ever "not" rub in that spot. I am so disappointed these are a no for me. They are incredibly cute :(

Loved big buckle and so wanted to love the shoe. But super scratchy and incredibly stiff leather. Felt like would take forever to break in and make lots of blisters in the process

Love the look, wish they had the soft footbed, honestly sacrificed some comfort for style 38 fits my 7.5 feet

I love the color and the price was great. I have a narrow foot, and even though I ordered narrow, after wearing them a few days, they have loosened and now feel way too wide. I guess that’s the nature of Birkenstocks, hard to find a pair that works for a narrow foot.

I have been a loyal birks wearing for the past couple years now. I live in my gold ones that are standard with but loved the green color of this new pair and the big buckle look. I was a bit leery that these only come in narrow but figured I would give it a try. So, I will say that I liked them enough to keep them and I do wear them, but they are not a comfy as my originals. I don't have a crazy wide foot, but the toe box for me in these narrow birks rub differently and were uncomfortable at first. I have not worn them a week and they do feel much better so hopefully with more wear then will be fine. I had a couple blisters and rubs that have since gone away. Just plan on breaking them in a bit before doing any real long walks. I do love them and will get use out of them.

I have several pair of Birkenstocks but this is my first pair of the Arizona style. I’m in my late 40’s and I think the Big Buckle style is more fitting for my age group. I fell in love with these, as well as the Gizeh Big Buckle (I bought those in white). I can wear them with a dress or with jeans and they look classy! My only complaint is I have a tailors bunion, which get aggravated when I wear them. None of my other Birkenstocks do this so it must be the Arizona style. I’m going to continue to wear them because they are just that beautiful! I wear a size 8 in shoes and can wear both a 38 and 39 in Birkenstocks. I got the 38 in these because the straps looked too long on the sides of the 39 after I adjusted the straps (I had to buckle them tighter).

I did not like the gold buckle. Too shiny and fake looking. I prefer the Madeira style.
