They are so good. I had the Version 20 for over a year and I enjoy that 21 are lighter but providing the same support

I have no complaints about the shoe as I think it is rather good. The problem is that Brooks doesn't offer this in a size 4E, and the 2E felt too tight. Had to return it. I would reconsider this model if Brooks offered a wider size, because otherwise the shoe felt great.

I really liked these the first couple of weeks I had them and, then the planter fasciitis kicked in. I don't think they are deep enough with my orthotics therefore they were a bit floppy on my feet, no matter how tight I tied them.

I like the additional side support, the light weight, and fit of the wide version of this shoe.

These are the best Brooks shoes Ive owned. I currently have a pair of Adrenalines and these, and its not even close. The GTS seems less intrusive in the Glycerins while still providing as much support. I wear 2E and its the perfect width for those of us that need just a little bit more room. My other athletic shoe preference is Saucony. Sauconys are always too narrow in normal width and way too wide in 2E. Great shoes!

They're a bit too soft but I may get used to them. I used to buy addiction walkers but they were apparently discontinued.

These are absolutely probably the best shoes that I've ever bought I'm on my feet all day long and they by far are the most comfortable shoes I've worn

The shoe is very comfortable for walking, as advertised, but the sole is so thick and wide that any comfort and stability afforded is counterbalanced by a marshmallow-like experience where you have to remember to lift you legs higher to avoid constantly scraping the shoe on the pavement. This becomes almost dangerous on uneven surfaces like cobblestones where I found myself being tripped up by my own shoes. Perhaps some of this is me with my flat feet and proto-drop step but I have had these shoes before, the soles seem even more padded, the effect is like driving an old American car with boat-like steering, and I will likely not buy these again.

I've had 5 knee surgeries in my life, felt hip pain that would keep me hobbled for 2-3 weeks at a time. This is the first time in 20 years I can move, run, exercise and live my life with what I would deem to be normal/average discomfort. Sizing took a bit to get right, but once it was there, I can honestly say I found the perfect shoe for me. Incredible. 10/10

After being a loyal HOKA user for 14 years I needed more lateral support (its an age thing ! ) . This Brooks glycerin with an orthotic insole fits the bill and has me back on the road.

I have severe chronic back pain and issues and this shoe is the first I can wear without orthotic inserts. These are supportive and extremely soft and cushioned at the same time. Only 4 stars is due to the limited range of colors in my size and width- I wear women's 10 wide.

A step down. My feet hurt. Been wearing Glycerin in 14 Wide exclusively for years because of their amazing comfort. Not these. There seems to be a seem right above the laces that makes the shoe too narrow and tight for me, causing unnecessary pressure and pain. This has not been an issue for me in any previous generation. Back to my worn out 20s and 19s until I can find a new shoe that fits properly. Just bought two pair of these in different colors and was so excited. Tried a second time and they just are not right. Bummer. And I just saw the new Glycerin Max does not come in wide. Double bummer.

Not comfortable for me. I expected they would be like the GTS20, but they fit differently. A crease inches top of the shoe irritate my big toes.

I got these after not being satisfied with my ON running shoes for work. Im in my feet for 12 hours for work and these are honestly the most comfortable shoes Ive had in 9 years! The wide foot was perfect for me

The fit is good, especially on the 2E width. Comfort and support are good. On wet surfaces, there is a tendency to slide. Traction needs improvement.

A well constructed shoe. My first race was a 5K in the rain. The shoe was very comfortable, did not break down or feel excessively heavy after being soaked. It also dried out well and did not deform. A nice choice for comfort and stability.

Shoe is great especially when you wear supports, however.. at each big toe within 2 weeks of wearing the shoe an indent at the toe happened (I bought 2 pair within 4 weeks of each other due to the dent).

The cushioning is very good, and I like the extra GTS support as I am 73 inches tall. Will use them for pavement running and in the gym. Also, I own Cascade GTXs for trails and an all black Glycerine for "dress" office sneakers. Great products all!
