Perfect fit and met all my expectations.

Great looking shoe. Nice material. Felt true to side and width. So why I am returning them ? Sadly, the top of the shoe is cut too high for my foot. It rubs against the front of my ankle. Too bad, I really liked them.

I wear black sneakers most of the fall and winter, and the New Balance I had were just a shade too tight and too heavy (although they are good for workouts). I tried 5 pairs of black sneakers before choosing these. I want sneakers that don't shout "sneaker" and can be worn with almost any outfits. These do the trick. I love the subtle texture and the light weight. They are a big too big but I have put inserts in the heels and usually wear socks, so they feel fine. For some reason, most manufacturers don't make 10.5, so buying 11s and adapting them works for me. Thank you, Zappos!

This is the third pair of these shoes I have purchased. Sad to find out they have been discontinued, so I bought several pairs at once. Stock up if you like these! Zappo's had the best price and free, fast shipping.

I always have to add an orthotic to my shoes and this shoe allows me to do this without making the shoes feel too tight.. They are very comfortable.

Good substitute for an athletic shoe. Because I have plantar fascitis I add an orthotic. Otherwise a good shoe.

I need these for work shoes and they are perfect for that. However, they run at least a half or full size too long. I will for sure order these smaller and see how they fit. It's not a shoe for glamour, but for work where I have a black closed shoe requirement.

Nice shoes. Not a fashion statement but what I was looking for. My Sketchers are a little clunky some times and these are lighter. Would not want to go o a long walk because there isn't enough padding for the ball of my foot. I do like them.

This shoe was my go-to sneaker for years and years, till I ran into a pair that was uncomfortable in the arch area because of an apparent redesign. I tried other shoes, other brands, other styles, always missing the AP1's comfort. This time, when I needed new sneakers, I decided to go back to the AP1 and try again, and I'm so glad I did. The fit is perfect, and the feel is "like buttah" -- SO comfortable for just running around in. Welcome back, AP1!

I've been buying this shoe for more than 15 years, it's a very comfortable walking shoe. I always add a custom orthotic, I just remove the flimsy neutral insert that comes with the shoe. It's glued down but just in a couple spots so it's not difficult to remove. My only complaint is that the soles wear out quickly, and can't be repaired, or at least I've never found a repair shop willing to try.

I had originally ordered 8 1/2 wide which is what I usually wear, but they were too wide, so exchanged for 8 1/2 medium and that fit very well. There is good arch support and they are very comfortable right out of the box. I haven't had a pair of Easy Spirit for quite a few years, but would buy this brand again.

I'm diabetic so my feet have issues. sometimes I can barely feel the ground. Many times I feel off balance. I hate the heavy, clunky, dorked out sneakers I am forced to buy since I wear anything from a 10 to an 11 wide or double wide depending on sneaker brand. I bought these based on the reviews here, even though they looked like there might not be enough toe room, which is a problem for me. But after wearing them for a few weeks, they are great & have conformed to my feet. Very comfortable & light weight & they don't look "special needs" like the majority of sneakers in my size. I don't worry about slipping as much in these. I can actually feel the ground better since they don't have that stupid chunky bottom. I do wish they had more style to them, or came in different styles with the same platform. All in all, a great comfy sneaker if you have foot issues.

I don't remember the first time I bought a pair of East Spirit AP1s, but I have continued to buy them year after year. They are waterproof and wonderful for walking, and they easily accommodate my wide feet.

I have had several pairs of Easy Spriit Motion, but wanted a little better support. I decided to try the API and ordered one medium width and one narrow. I usually wear a medium but fount the narrow just right. They hug my feet, are very comfortable and have good support for casual walking.

Just as advertised. Fit perfectly right out of the box. I keep buying this shoe because it fits and is a great wali g shoe.

Bought both white and black, fit great true to size. Love the smallish and neat style, not clunky looking like many athletic styles. White is "soft" white, pretty. Felt fairly comfortable but haven't done too much walking in them yet.

I bought these shoes in white and like them. Decided to get the black for winter. I wore them today and they are very comfortable. They do not feel like new shoes. Free shipping means a lot to me. Thanks Zappos!

I’ve had several pairs of this style and like the low profile with gym pants and jeans. Only used for errands-not heavy duty treadmill use. This pair felt more narrow than others but that may be my feet-couldn’t tell.

I buy these for my mom - 2x yr- lighter color for spring. She loves them; they are comfortable and look nice on her.

I have plantar fasciitis and it is difficult to find comfortable shoes. I may need to get orthotic insoles but these are much more comfortable right out of the box than the 11 pairs of shoes I tried on at various stores last week. I had bought easy spirit shoes in this style in the past but could not find them in stores. I went to the Zappos website hoping on the off chance I could find them. Zappos had the exact shoes I wanted. They fit great and I am very satisfied. Zappos is great!

I have always found Easy Spirit to be one of my "go to" brands for comfortable shoes. These shoes are great for walking. The style is slightly dressier than a traditional sneaker, which makes it versatile and comes in handy for when I travel. I like the fact these shoes are not too heavy or bulky. The shoes are true to size. I would recommend this shoe style and brand to anyone in search of casual walking shoes.

I bought these for my mom who is in her 90's. They are easy to put on and off and she said they felt comfortable right away.

Can wear them right out of the box! I wore out my 1st pair as they are very comfortable to walk in. I am on my feet a lot at work, and I wear these with slacks. I highly recommend them!

Like another reviewer, I'm diabetic and have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. I have a form of arthritis in my right big toe, and these shoes feel great on that foot. Tried these shoes on in the house on the carpeting and loved the way they felt, so I immediately wore these right out of the box, something I NEVER do. These shoes are so comfortable! I love that they are lower at the ankles than most shoes, so they don't rub like some do. There's plenty of space for the toes, and the style looks great with slacks or jeans. At the end of a long day, these shoes still feel great on . . . I almost hate having to take them off!
