Ghost Max is not for everyone I've tried them lots of cushion but I felt pain in my ankles

Love the extra cushion when I'm on my feet longer but when doing side to side movement, foot tends to slide laterally. Huge toe box

This shoes didn't fit right on my feet as I was having pain on my legs that radiates to my lower back. It was very uncomfortable so I had to return,unfortunately. I will stick to my ghost 14/15.

Years of only wearing Brooks. The BEST Brooks yet!!!

It didnt feel like they had good arch support and my foot seemed to roll inwards. Ill be sending them back. Not like my last pair of Brooks.

Ive had these for 3 weeks now and LOVE them! I have been wearing Ghosts for years and tried Glycerins last year. I love both Ghosts and Glycerin but Ghost Max have been the best thing for my plantar fasciitis. No foot pain at all. Im currently running 3-4 miles twice a week.

For me, it was too much padding. I felt unbalanced and not stable.

I have several pair of Brook's shoes. I was amazed at the comfort of the Ghost 15 Max. There is a remarkedly difference from Ghost 15 (and I have three pairs of those). I wore the Ghost 15 Max for a few weeks and then purchased another pair. I have other brands of shoes, but these are definitely my favorite. It is so nice to go about my day without foot pain!

Love my new shoes. I prefer a little bit of room with my sneakers and these were perfect! Walked around Disney for 6 days and have zero complaints!

Oh my goodness, these shoes are everything!!! I do not use them for running, however, I walk many miles at work daily and have developed plantar fasciitis. I supply many departments with supplies at the hospital so I cover much ground and have to walk fast on top of having to walk far. I had been wearing the ghost 14 and that helped my feet from the previous shoes I was wearing, but I wore the heels out in them so I went for the Ghost Max and I love them so much! My feet do not hurt at all when I sit for a bit and get back on my feet after a long day at work. Plus, bonus, they make me a little bit taller and I do not hate that at all! There is not a single thing I do not like about these shoes. To me, they are worth every penny!! They are very comfortable and I feel like they even help keep my ankles and hips aligned.

Loved the wide toe box and superior forefoot cushioning of this shoe. Shoe was wide enough for my hard to fit foot w/ super high instep.Could wear M as opposed to my usual 2E width. It was very comfy right out of the box. Sadly, because of the rocker bottom, after wearing it for several days, I experienced unrelenting knee pain and had to return the shoe. Going back to my Dyad 2E width but wish the Dyad had cushioning similar to Ghost Max.

Want to love them, butway too big. I went off the recommendation for sizing that the website gave me based upon the sizing of my Glycerins and Adenalines. Also, wider than expected. Had to return them. :(

I love these shoes. I have a wider foot and a high arch (bought these in regular width). Walking around without my inserts and these already felt amazing, then I added the inserts. The wide base and spacious upper means there was plenty of room inside and the top of my foot felt zero pressure from the laces, which is normally the issue with shoes for me. So these are the best shoes Ive bought in a long time. Cant recommend them enough!

Ghost Max is my new favorite. The cushioning is wonderful. I have not had any plantar fasciitis pain in the four weeks of daily wear since I got them. They offer much better stability than other max cushion brands I've tried. I will be purchasing more pairs, and would love some additional color options.

The most comfortable ones you have are these. I would like to make more models since because of my painful knees, these are the best option.

I am an out-of-shape walker looking to regain my former mileage glory. My Ghost Max is a favorite in my rotation for days that I want to put in some mileage. They are very cushioned. They are very comfortable. I do agree that they seem larger than my other Brooks (Launch GTS), but not so much so as to be a size issue. My heels appreciate the cushioning. Love Brooks :)

I wish I bought these sooner! I have sensitive feet and always found my feet hurting after my long runs with the original Ghost during marathon training. Once I started integrating these, my foot pain subsided. It did take a few runs to feel more connected to the ground, but now I feel super connected and stable. They are surprisingly light too! They are also beautiful. I may have to snag a separate pair for everyday wear.

Love my new Ghost Max. I've been wearing Ghost shoes for running and they've been great, but my planar fasciitis was starting to flare up. With the extra cushioning of the Ghost Max, it has not become a problem. Highly recommend it if you have bunions, too; really roomy toe box. In fact, the overall fit is excellent (just be sure to order up a half size). Super comfy. Can't wait for new colors to come out!

I love the Ghost Max. They are comfortable and don't squeeze my feet like the Launch 10 did. I like the thicker tounge as well. It took a minute to get used to rocking forward when leaning forward. I would definitely buy it again.

These are exactly what I needed. I have run Ghosts for many years but lately the cushioning seems to wear out soon or maybe it's just me needing more cushioning. These are perfect, still the best of Ghost with that extra cushioning for the really long run.

So far so good. They make me feel like I'm bouncing.

I love these new Ghost! The toe box is very roomy as others have commented, but that is a plus for me. The spongy sole is really fun to walk or run in. 5 stars after hating and returning my Ghost 15.

I have clocked over 100 miles in these puppies and unlike my ghost 15s they have taken time to break in. As someone with wide feet who has struggled to find good running shoes I have been thankful for Brooks. I do have to say I prefer my previous pair more as these are, imho, and attempt to match Hoka (which I dont care for).

I wore the regular Ghost for many years, until my knees became arthritic (after meniscus surgery), so had to look for a neutral shoe with more cushioning (Hoka Bondi was the best choice). When I saw that Brooks came out with the Ghost Max, I decided to give them a go. Verdict: Brooks has really knocked it out of the park with the Ghost Max. Unbelievably comfortably cushioned, fits like a dream: plenty of room in the forefoot, snug in the heel, excellent arch support and cloud-like cushioning. Honestly, I dont think Ive ever worn such comfortable shoes. I hope they dont change a thing with the design of this shoe as it is absolutely unimprovable as is. Would like to see more color options, but I am beyond thrilled with the Ghost Max.

I love these shoes. They are great for running and walking. Please, please, please offer more colors in wide!!
