I am absolutely loving my new Ghost Max by Brooks! They are hands down the comfiest running shoe I own and I have lived in them every day since the day I got them! I am a Mom of two and do about 6 miles a day pushing a double stroller. These shoes are so comfortable and durable! The technology of the sole feels like a giant cloud to my feet, knees and back. Also, the shoe is ergonomic and helps to propel me forward all while keeping me balanced and comfy. The shoe fits true to size with no heel slip or loosening issues while I run. I also really love the colors they have because it goes with everything! Can't wait to take them on my 2 week road trip and put even more miles on them!

I've had a great experience with the Brooks Ghost brand in the past, so I was very excited to try these new W Ghost Max shoes. When I first saw them out of the box I was super excited about the color combination. While I do like a bold shoe, these are the complete opposite with more muted tones. I really like the soft pink color and the grainy wood look of the Brooks logo. The color combo is unique and compliments my wardrobe where I can wear them for working out or a casual errand in jeans. These shoes fit perfectly and are so comfy! It feels like I'm walking on a cloud and have just the right amount of support, which is very important to me. I wore these shoes on a family vacation and walked several miles each day. My feet started to feel a little sore after a few hours near the tongue of the shoes, but I just brushed that off as breaking in the new pair. The soles seem a little bulkier too, but they've grown on me. I've continued to wear these shoes on my daily walks/hikes, fitness classes and casual errands. They feel great on my feet and I plan on adding another pair of W Ghost Max shoes to my rotation because I love them so much! You won't be disappointed with this brand of shoe!

I've been suffering from sciatica and looking for an athletic shoe that would allow me to get back into jogging without the harsh pounding pain. These shoes are like magic. The design of the Ghost Max positions my feet and ankles back into alignment. My hip and lower back pain dulls and then goes completely away after a few strides. It's amazing. I've been wearing them around the house and during the day because of their therapeutic effects. I wish I had found them sooner!

My new shoes arrivedI was a little skeptical when I looked at the heel/cushion of this shoe. Worried I would trip over my own two feet or that I may look like I was walking on platform shoes. But what I didn't take into account was how comfy they would be! My nightly evening walks/jogs are usually around 4 miles and these shoes have been a blessing this summer in the heat and on concrete. The pads of my feet would burn from walking but I have yet to experience that with this shoe. I have high arches and the cushiony sole of these shoes envelop my feet as I walk, they are so comfy!! Another thing to note is the breathability of these shoes, my socks aren't soaked after every walk and I feel they are much more vented than shoes I've had in the past. I love the color, I do worry about the longevity with the lighter color and getting them dirty quickly but only time will tell. Overall, I'm happy with my new Brooks Ghost Max and choose them over the others when I head out for some exercise!

I have been looking for an awesome running shoe that is also stylish enough for everyday wear since I'm often going right from a workout to pick up my kids. This shoe is it! To start with these shoes are incredibly comfortable. They have plenty of cushion and are comfortable enough for my runs and beyond. For me they fit true to size. They also are very cute! I have gotten many compliments on these and people asking where they can find them. Work has definitely been put into these shoes to make them great! I love the neutral colors so they go with everything in my wardrobe. These are definitely my new go to shoes!

The fit and feel of the sneakers are just right, not too tight or not too loose. Very comfortable to wear throughout the entire day. I usually wear size 8.5 for sneakers, but then I hear that it's common to wear half a size larger for running shoes. Therefore, I had chosen size 9 and surprisingly, they fit very well despite the fact I didn't get to try them on beforehand. The color is Crystal Gray/White/Tuscany and the design looks very stylish. Only downside is I might have to really watch where I'm walking. Otherwise, they might get dirty very fast because the base color is mainly white. I can see myself wearing them for a very long time especially to the gym or preparing for half marathon training.

The W Ghost Max is an amazing shoe! The fit and feel are great. It feels like walking on really plush pillows. I was skeptical of the design at first, I was worried they would be really wide and make me look like I had clown shoes on, but they looked great with shorts and pants. I also got a lot of compliments while wearing them. The W Ghost Max is comfortable to wear all day, breathable, and lightweight. I like that the shoe is stylish and comfortable, I wouldn't change anything. I am definitely a Brooks fan for comfortable walking shoes!

These shoes are super comfortable for walking or running, and I love the high platform that makes me feel taller. There's so much cushioning that it feels like stepping on clouds! When I first saw it I thought the shoes would be heavy, but it is in fact very lightweight. It's super comfortable to wear all day. I love the colors on the gray white tuscany, it goes well with almost anything. However, these shoes are like a dirt magnet - within 10 minutes of light outdoor use they were already looking dirty. The good news is that it is easy to just wipe clean the mesh and be ready for the next errand. So while I adore the color, I would probably choose a darker tone for my next pair of shoes.

If I could give these more stars I would! I absolutely LOVE them. Let's start with the look, these are second to none! I love the neutral tone it goes with everything. The feel is more important to me than the look, although it is fantastic. The cushion in these shoes is something I didn't know I needed. I don't know that I could return to a traditional shoe now. They are so soft yet supportive and make it feel that I am walking/running on air! SInce getting these I haven't reached for any other shoes and I have another pair that used to be my "go tos". I have found a new favorite!

I am absolutely in love with the W Ghost Max!! Right away, I loved the colors of the shoeslight rose pink and beige/pink were very minimalist colors and versatile with all outfits. The upper design of the shoe is sleek; the bottom is a little chunky looking but nothing crazy. The shoes are so comfortable as soon as you slip them on! The cushion in the heel and entires bottom of the shoe are very supportive and bouncy, but also feels like it molds to your foot. I first tested these out on a 4 mile walk/jog, and my feet were not a bit achy at the end of that! Additionally, I felt that it helped to resolve my lower back pain that I usually experience on longer distance trips. The shoe really felt like it was made for my foot. I have wide feet but slimmer heels so usually I experience some heel slip during runs, but these shoes keep my feet in place. The padding around the ankles is also perfect and helps with stabilization. The shoe laces are the perfect width and easily slide through the holes to tighten or loosen. I have worn them on multiple walks/runs and for errands. The whole shoe is my favorite! Definitely my go to shoe at the moment! Overall, fantastic running/walking/casual shoe! I think they are perfect for any activity, but provide a lot of support and cushion for concrete. Highly recommend!

This was my second pair of Brooks running shoes after not knowing where else to go. I'm 5'5 plus size, with knee and sciatic pains. I recommend these shoes DEEPLY if you're looking for overall comfort, durability, and support. I tore these shoes out the frame after a good few months before they started losing support. I highly recommend these for walking/running or for work if you work on your feet a lot(ex: retail).

Very nice and comfortable shoes

The feel of the shoes is great, once you put it on you want to run. I would rate is a 5 for comfort but only after 2 months of owning and about a month of true wearing the outer lining is already starting to fall apart. I'd like my shoes to last at least an year.

Love them but wish I got a 7 instead of a 71/2 I got the extra wide with.

Great cushion shoe. I sometimes feel like I'm in Kiss, but very forgiving.

Great shoe overall. Nice roll forward, ample cushion, flexible toe box fabric. However, the pink color stains my toes through my socks after every run. The stain lasts about a day, even after soaking in Epsom salts.

Super comfortable, incredibly supportive. Love them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there are only THREE color options in the wide sizes. CMON BROOKS!

They are comfortable. Hoping my plantars fasciitis will go away.

I'd give them a five, except for the heel. Since breaking my foot I had to purchase an extra wide and they are very hard to find. Unfortunately the heel is a little too wide so it slips. I have to tie them really tight to prevent my heels from getting rubbed too much. They do have a lot of cushion and seem to help my knees and hips on my 4+ mile walks. I even wore them hiking recently (I forgot by hiking shoes) and they performed well. I was a hard core customer of another brand, but these have served me well and I will purchase another pair.

The cushioning is definitely superb, as advertised, however I do pronate some and the stability is not there for me. Otherwise, these are wonderful shoes and I really like them.

I wanted to try out the Ghost Max in action, but it was very tight in the toe box in my usual 10.5 and was too big in 11. That said, it was like putting clouds on your feet. Brooks was fantastic throughout. They are my new go-to brand for running shoes.

This is my second pair of Brooks. I was so impressed by my first pair that I didn't look at any other brands this time. The Ghost Max is extremely comfortable with a very cushiony base. It is a bit roomy though and my foot moves around a bit more than I would prefer. If it had a slightly snugger fit, it would be perfect. Still deciding if they are keepers for the long haul.

I love this shoe. I have a wide foot and it was still loose on my foot. It is so comfortable and feels smooth when I walk. Wish I could have gotten a different color. I'm a Brooks fan.

I don't run but they are a comfortable shoe that I can wear all day with no problem

Good shoe, not the holy grail to help with my heal pain. It does a good job with support and has an interesting feel when walking in them.
