I love my Ghost Max! I have been running half marathons for the past three years and started to develop ball of foot pain around the 4mi mark.inserts helped but caused blisters. When I read about the Ghost Max I was so hopeful this shoe would help me and I'm thrilled to report it has! I've been wearing them for two weeks and so far my longest run was 7mi and not only did I not experience the ball of foot pain but I was able to run negative splits the whole 7 and hit some of my best paces. These shoes are surprisingly lightweight for how cushioned they are. Normally I only wear my running shoes for running but I find myself wanting to wear these for day to day things like walking the dog and taking the kids out to play. If you've had any foot pain while running you should give them a try!

This is an extremely comfortable and cushioned shoe. I am a 77 year old woman with "tricky" feet. I recently bruised a bone in my foot by wearing a pair of shoes that was not meant for walking as long as I did. I was in pain for days and stopped walking in order to heal. I bought the Ghost Max and was advised to get a half size larger than what I had been wearing. I am now back to walking every day and feel so much better. I have ordered 3 other colors in this shoe.

I???m not a runner. Just needed some comfortable shoes that I could stay on my feet comfortably for several hours at a time. These git the bill!

I have tried every brand of running shoes, which I cannot wear different reason so I took a chance and decided to try brooks i???m so glad I did. They are the most comfortable tennis shoes I???ve ever purchased so I went ahead and ordered another pair and I???m extremely happy with those two.

I???m a 66 yr old walker w/ foot issues and this is my 2nd pair of Ghost Max shoes. I love the perfect fit and all day comfort of this style. Cool colors are just a bonus. I actually feel the support Ghost Max shoes provide has helped ease my foot, knee, & back pain. My 5 mile daily walks are a breeze!

These shoes are great! The added cushion provided comfort during long standing, walking, exercise periods. I typically get heel pain on long walks, these Ghost Max greatly prevented/reduced any discomfort. Really happy with my Brooks.

I can only repeat what previous customers have said: these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned; they feel like walking on clouds. Expensive, but boy, are they ever worth every penny!

I have more energy walking and my everyday task at work are a lot easier

Walked 20,000 steps daily at Walt Disney World. Much more comfort than the regular Ghost. I was very pleased!!

I love my ghost max! It's just the right fit for me. When it comes to the cushioning, it's top-notched. I like the pink/purple one but I ran out of stock so I got the papaya which is not a big deal when It comes to the color way. I hope Brooks will add more color way to the ghost max.

These have been great for indoor treadmill runs. I haven???t taken them outside yet, but I anticipate the cushioning on these will help take some of the impact on sidewalks.

Ghost Max is a great improvement in cushion, toe wiggle room and improved shoe laces. Laces are now long enough to do a double tie which last year???s were not. What I would like to see as a Ghost shoe purchaser of many years is more shoes with colored soles besides the black shoes. I am referring to all the great colors of shoes that all have white soles which get dirty on the side facing out.

Absolutely love them . Never owned a pair of brooks til now. Very comfortable for being on your feet all day . Plenty of cushion for walking on concrete all day.

The footbed is soft and the shoes and very comfortable.

I like how much cushion I get with these. I think these will be my new shoes over the standard max shoes. Plan to use them for the LA Marathon.

I have a wide foot and the Ghost Max Wide hits the mark! I love the cushion- it???s not sloppy, it???s cushion with some structure to it. The stack height feels a little high but for road I don???t feel too unstable. (I have loosey goosey ankles!) The shoe allows for quick turnover. It is a little louder than my last shoe but hey, I???m a sensitive beast.

These are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had! I have a neuroma and a small bunion and have had no problems whatsoever. I'll be ordering another pair in another color soon.

I bought them for my job. I???m a nurse so 12 hour shifts on my feet are brutal. These shoes are great. I???m not a runner anymore but they make me feel like it!!

I do not run but I do walk several miles a day in the city and I love the cushioning under my feet. PS I am a senior citizen.

These were referred by my Podiatrist as my foot injury wasn't working well with my regular shoes. They are sturdy and solid when I step. Love them!!!
