This shirt goes perfectly matched with several of my other clothes. It washes well and fits me perfectly. I love it .

I have been on the hunt for sooo long for white tops that are not see through, but also are not so thick they are basically sweaters. This Pima cotton line from L.L.Bean is it!! The material is very soft, but also high quality. The color is a true white, not off-white, and it does not show nude-to-you color through it. The fit is flattering without being too tight or baggy. I can't recommend it enough!

I buy a new one every year! Warm, but lightweight and keeps its color and shape over many washes. I can always count on my Bean turtlenecks.

This is your basic black turtleneck that is very comfortable to wear.

I have other shirts in this same material. They wear forever.

In 1954, when I was 12, there was an article in LOOK Magazine about the Beatniks in New York. They were wearing black, turtleneck sweaters. I thought they looked so good, I wanted to look like that, too. Still do. This great cotton top fits the bill.

Fantastic fabric, not too shoddy. Most of the knitted shirts i see in stores are so thin that they offer little in the way of warmth. Turtlenecks used to be made of sturdy stuff. This isn't quite as thick as turtlenecks i bought 20 years ago, but it's better than any others i've found.

This is my second item, the first was a medium and tad too small so I had to return, this one really nice soft and fits perfect. I use as a layering piece with a ski sweater.

I am 5'3" weighing 132 and I ordered L because I don't like a snug midriff area. This is a very comfy turtleneck perfect for Florida winters. Really good quality, worth the price.
