I love this comfortable tees but they tend to shrink in length. I wish they were a couple of inches longer to account for this. I line dry them but they still shrink.

Good layering shirt. Full coverage in white. Runs a little small but I purchased it to wear under V-neck sweaters so that is not an issue. I would have liked a bit more length but it was not available in tall.

Time to face the music these tees shrink no matter how they are washed and dried. LLB, please make a longer version!

The material and feel of the t-shirt are great, but it shrank almost two sizes when I washed it. The shirt was true to size before it was washed.

I really, really love the look of this tee. It can be dressed up or down. The problem is one wash in cold water and it doesn't even meet my pants. I'm 5'8" so tall but not overly so. It's not offered in tall (if they did I'd buy it in every color) ......Had to send them back. Please just add an extra inch or two at the bottom!!!

I really like the look and feel of these shirts. Unfortunately, they shrink in length quite a bit when washed, even in cold water. If you like longer shirts, don't get these.

I bought this shirt a few weeks ago, finally had a chance to wash and wear it. I might as well have a crop top one. I compared its length to another shirt I own, and it's 2 inches shorter! I ended up giving it to my mother who is much shorter than I am (I'm only 5' 4", but she's 5'). I wish they sold this in a longer length in the torso because it's a lovely shirt but ridiculously short.

I like the t-shirt, although the sleeves feel slightly tight. The rest of it fits well.

I bough several of these in the long sleeve version and love them. But these are not the same. The fabric is heavier, not as silky, and the neckline is not finished nicely on the inside like in the long sleeve version. They do shrink so size up. I don't like the plastic edging in the shoulder seam. Why? I can't find shirts without them and they are always irritating. Funny but my husband's tee shirts never have this, I don't know why all brands now do this in women's tees. I have a very old LL Bean pima tee that doesn't have it so it's a new thing.

Love the soft feel of this tee- thicker than I expected and feels nice on. It's a bit on the short side for me so I wear it less than expected. I typically get XS Petite from LLBean and did the same here and this is the first time the petite fit felt too small - if I were to try again, I'd go with regular.

I like the style of this shirt, the nice neckline and that's it's made with pima cotton. However, they do run short. I'm 5'4", 115 lbs. I order the medium regular and it's about 2 inches too short. They do shrink some even though I wash it in cold water and dry it on delicate. On another note - I wish LL Bean would make some pima cotton tees that are tunic length.

The quality is good. The color stays true through many washings. It is slightly fitted so it can be worn under an overshirt, by itself, or with a suit jacket. The fabric is substantial enough to be opaque.

When I saw the care instructions printed inside the neck of this t-shirt I immediately knew I would return it. (and did). The care instructions in this cotton t-shirt were "machine wash in cold water with like colors." This for a cotton t-shirt? That's highly impractical, because I don't have other clothes requiring that treatment. All my other cotton t-shirts can be washed warm like everything else I wear, eg. bluejeans. And I don't want to have to wash a t-shirt by hand. This is unfortunate - I liked the color. L.L.Bean did not state in their catalog description that this t-shirt required cold water washing.

I ordered 3 crew neck and 1 v-neck t shirts in petite. After washing the 3 crew necks are 2.5" shorter than the v-neck so unwearable except under a jacket. The fabric is very nice but very disappointed, $75 down the drain.

I'm surprised that this medium is a bit smaller than other shirts I have bought from LLB for many years. I swear I haven't grown.

I was so excited with the quality of the fabric, but sadly, especially after washing these tops are at least 6" too short for my 5'9" body. I wish LL Bean would get on board with offering Tall sizes.

Usually, anything Bean sells in Pima is something I know I'll like and will wear a lot. However, this simple shirt, like others I have, is now made smaller than it used to be. Since I'm no bigger than I used to be, it fit poorly. The neck is smaller, the sleeves tighter under the arms, the body width reduced! It was NOT comfortable to wear as much as I tried to talk myself into it. (I loved the shade of blue!) So, I returned it..

I have bought a bunch of these. They fit great, but then after washing, they shrink markedly in length. I wish they sold them in long versions, as ismthe case eith other LL Bean tops.

I've been buying these shirts for many years but the latest batch is different. The material is a bit thinner and the cut is tighter. I wish I hadn't bought any in white as they are now too revealing for my taste.

Feels like a knit shirt. What ever happened to basic cotton tee shirts? Miss the old feel of 100 % cotton without stretch.

Love this tee because of the Pima Cotton material; however I got a petite size and it is very short. If it was a least 3 more inches, it would be perfect!

Nice, soft cotton but as others mentioned, it shrinks after washing. I did not put it in the dryer, but even so, it was noticeably shorter after it dried.
