Soft and supple leather. I ordered both 7 1/2 W and 7 1/2 WW since I've never ordered SAS before and wasn't familiar with the fit. My right foot is slightly wider than my left and unfortunately though the WW fit great on the right, it was just big enough on the left that it wasn't comfortable walking and kept slipping off. Perhaps with an insert added it could be ok, however, for the price I wasn't taking the chance...especially since I felt the shoe had very little arch support. Had to return both.

On the small side. Leather is soft, but the stitching rubs on the inside. I don't care for the way the heel drops down.

The leather on these is gorgeous and supper soft. I ordered my normal size and they were too small. I think a half size bigger would have fit. They were also too narrow. I wear a D width and ordered the wide. I think SAS wide is closer to a C and I would guess their double wide would be a D width. But I didn't try the larger, wider size, so I can't say for sure.

It did feel true to size but snug. It's leather so would stretch with wear just a little. The leather is so soft and comfortable. I returned them because the canary yellow looked more like Kraft mustard. I also ordered the Latte color and it looks just like my monitor image, i.e. a light neutral beige that can go with anything.

I have 2 pairs of these shoes. I wear an 8.5 wide. The pink ones were super comfortable right out of the box. The turquoise/rainbow ones felt tighter across the top of my foot and rubbed uncomfortably at 1st. I've worn them around the house about 10 times. They're better now, but I still might take them to get stretched.

I went for a really bright color in hopes they would look less "granny" style. The leather is soft and they fit perfectly, even cute with jeans. But, there is next to no arch support and I could feel the tile floor despite the rubbery sole. These would probably be fine for running around town if you have no foot pain issues in general, but I need more support.

I've been looking for a pair of comfortable shoes that I could wear on a spring trip, and I think I found them in these SAS shoes. They are very soft, and nothing on the inside of the shoe rubs or irritates my foot - which is one of my requirements for a shoe. I had bunion surgery, so the 6 wide fit my foot better than the medium. I also have a high arch, but it did not feel tight over my instep. However, I did swap the SAS insole for one of my own to give me greater arch support.

This is a cute shoe, and the leather is very soft. I was hoping to wear this on a spring trip, as it would nice enough to wear with skirts or pants. I have a high arch and wear a size 6. I ordered a 6 1/2 which didn't work - the heel slipped, and it felt tight across the top of my instep. I may try a 6 wide.

A cute flat. I guess based on the glowing reviews I may have been expecting more. But they are comfortable, with some support and made from soft leather. The periwinkle blue is a pretty color. These will work for running around but I don't see them working for me for longer walks. It's a very lightweight shoe, almost slipper-like.

Comfy with soft leather. Easy to slide on. Unfortunately they look a little doughty, especially with jeans. I'm keeping them, but I wish the toe box looked cooler with pants.

Very cute soft leather slip-on. Slightly loose in the heel and concerned that the soft leather would stretch with time. May try a half size smaller.

This is a well-made all leather shoe. Really nice looking too! Unfortunately it did not have enough built-in support for my arthritic joints to walk comfortably. The rubber sole did not offer enough support for my feet.

Super comfortable loafer, with plenty of support and cushion. The leather is very soft, so no socks are needed. The elastic along the sides creates just enough grip to ensure a snug fit without digging in at the heel. The white sole might read a bit too "grandma's comfort shoe" for some people. I normally wear a 10M or 9.5W, and the 10M fits me great (plenty wide for me). If you have a narrow foot, this probably is not the shoe for you.

The shoes are more like an 8 Narrow than an 8 1/2 Mediumtight across the toe box. Smaller than all of my other 8 1/2 Medium SAS shoes.

I was disappointed with how they rub against the bottom off my big toe. There is some thread that is rubbing.

I was shocked by how unsupportive these shoes are and, for my narrow feet, how relatively wide. I haven’t quite decided whether to keep them, but I likely will because I don’t like returning. They kind of work inside the house on carpet, but I bet I’m in for a rude shock once I step outside in them. I think Zappos should do a better job of surfacing negative reviews. I had to scroll to the last page just now to find reviews just like mine.

THIS IS A VERY CUTE SHOE FOR SOMEONE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO FOOT PROBLEMS. IT HAD VERY LITTLE SUPPORT. I DID NOT THINK THE WORKMANSHIP WAS UP TO SAS'S USUAL QUALITY. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD TO RETURN THEM.

Nice shade of blue but more like a slipper in its soft extreme flexibility. Nice rounded toebox. Not for my narrow heels.

The fit is a bit tight around the toes on my right problem foot. May try a wide width to see if it would be better. Cute shoe, but will see an exchange from a medium width to Wide.

Picture looks like they have thicker soles, but they don't. Very thin sole, no cush. Leather is so soft, I wanted them to work.

I called to inquire about possibly returning this shoe, and I was told it was not possible. This was not printed on my receipt, and I very careful when I ordered the shoe to be sure that it was returnable. (I ordered using my iPhone.) The operator I spoke to was very stern with me, and she took a superior tone about how careful employees are about posting return-ability on the website. Apparently only SAS customers make mistakes, never employees. I think this shoe will stretch out, and I'll be able to wear it. But based on my experience and (mostly due to) how I was treated by their operator, I will not be buying anything else from SAS.

No arch support. There's a "joke" bump on the insole. Shockingly ugly inside. Shoes felt too tight with too much space where the arch support supposed to be. I don't have high arches.

I bought these at the store my size 10W. They pinched my toes so BAD and the back was also rubbing too much! Went back to the store and exchange for WW and they feel so much better. However, other reviews are accurate describing the lack of arch support and the inferior quality of the shoe. They look cute, for the price I expect a better shoe. I owe several pairs of SAS shoes, my favorite are the Sanibel sandals.

This shoes look wonderful but they are too flat and although they were supposed to be wide width, they fit very tight.
