First pair tore at seam after one year of use by a 95 year old , but she liked them so much, we purchased a second pair, thus the rating given.

Very comfy if you don’t need arch support, loved them but returned them only because of the arch.

Pricey, but good for someone who has a very wide instep and a very narrow heel. Because of the elasticized back they don't slip off, which WW shoes usually do on me. Leather is like butter. Style not exactly cutting edge but fine with jeans and chinos.

I love these shoes. I have 5 pairs in different colors. But the right shoe ALWAYS seems a tad bit smaller. I need to stretch them to be comfortable. I don't deal with this on other brands.

These are high quality and super comfortable. They are a bit 'old' looking unless you have a slim foot like the video model, however.

I have two pair of these that I purchased last year and love. The toe bed in this pair seemed short. The shape of the toe area was different than the other two pair.

SOOOOO badly wanted these to work. One size was *a little* too big, one size *a little* too small. bummer, because they are super comfy.

Not sure about these. Ordered a 1/2 size down, based on other reviews. My toes might be too close to the top of shoe. The wide width, however, is right on. Waiting for other size to arrive....we'll see which one I keep!

These shoes fit me perfectly, as long as I wear them without socks. I think I would need an 11 if wearing socks with them, however. While they are as comfortable as slippers, they have a very good arch support and insole. Will love wearing them in the summer months - cute with dresses, pants and shorts! A good choice for looking stylish but comfortable.

These shoes hug my foot as I wear an 11 narrow. The only problem was it did hug my heel but it rubbed and made my heel sore. I solved the problem by putting heel cushions in the shoe that raised my foot up a bit so it didn't hit so low in the heel.

Super casual look. No arch support, but the soft, forgiving leather easily allows for full-length orthotic inserts. With elastic sides and back, the shoes grip the feet well. Very lively colors make the shoes look contemporary and upbeat. There's orange, yellow, pale blue, and several more "brights" to choose from--all perfect for summertime. Beware of the darker "winter" colors--they make the shoes look like house slippers that your great granny or great grandpa wore.

Run true to size. Soft and comfortable. Feel like house slippers. No support. Work well with a full orthotic insert, if desired.

These shoes fit true to size and width plus they feel great...but I don’t think they will be very good if you plan to walk a long distance in them or be on your feet for long periods of time. The leather is thick and incredibly soft. It hugs your foot. But the footbed feels just ok and hasn’t much arch support. I almost sent them back but decided to keep them because it’s so hard to find narrow shoes much less narrow shoes in bright colors!

These are lovely shoes and quite comfortable.

My 16 year old daughter was not happy about me wearing this style. She said they look elderly. Well, I’m more about comfort these days. They are comfortable with no break-in needed. I think they are cute. Not sure how comfortable they will be standing all day in them. Not supportive. More like a slipper.

The material feels soft and comfy. Due to rain each day I haven't worn these yet. I wear a 9 and they felt a little smaller. The top band above my toes feels as though I can't were light sock too tight and hoping barefoot isn't the same.

I love these shoes. In fact, I have 3 pairs. They're comfortable right out of the gate. Size is good, and width is good for my extra-jumbo feet. Considering how much I wore them, they held up reasonably well. After awhile, they were beyond use for wearing outside, but were perfect for use as slip-ons around the house.

Cute shoe. The silver shoe was a little stiff. The Medium was a little wide, and the narrow was too tight. Medium is my preferred choice in SAS shoes, but these seemed wider than others.

This show is super comfortable. The leather is soft, and the elastic band keeps the shoe snug around the foot to prevent chafing and gaping. There is not a lot in the way of arch support, but one could use an insert, if needed. My only qualm is the width. I ordered an extra wide, but it feels like only a wide. They still fit, and I’m keeping them, but if they were any narrower, I would have had to send them back. Overall an awesome shoe, just be wary if you duck feet like me.

I am so disappointed! Zappos is awesome and this is a much cuter shoe than I have equated with SAS, but Wide didn’t work on my ultra wide foot. I would try the D width, but with the way the shoe fit I don’t think it would be enough on my foot that’s wide from toe to heel, as the toe is also too narrow for me. ?? I’m sad to send this one back!
