Very attractive shoe but too wide for my narrow foot. Color would be great with any wardrobe.

More like a slipper than a shoe--absolutely zero arch support. Boxy look--like a large flat rectangle on my feet. Disappointing for a shoe this expensive.

I bought these shoes for my mom for Mother's Day. They are stylish enough but they are labeled as double wide. They not wide at all. I had to return them.

I took a chance buying these online and I lost. I have forever worn 9.5 WW SAS shoes, but these are far too large. Because I bought them on sale, they cannot be exchanged for a smaller size, as I recall. They also look a little different than pictured. Live and learn.

Great looking casual shoe, but the narrow is too wide, even with the toggle sinched up tight. Returning.

Unfortunately, too wide to fit snugly or give support, and squeaky! I have friends who swear by this shoe, but I am returning it.

My foot is a size 8M and it seems these run very large, both in length and width. I ordered the size 8M and would probably need a 7 for the right fit. I instantly knew they were getting returned. These shoes look very different in person than in the pics. Toe is very wide and round. Lacks style and comfort. My husband has adjusted to seeing my comfort shoes over the years (Dansko, Sanita, Merrell flats) and he called these “the ugliest shoes ever”. I’m willing to sacrifice style for comfort, but these shoes dont have the cushioned feel I was expecting from the description. The footbed insert is thin and fairly flat. These will not work if you have a high arch, unless you add inserts. The TRIPAD® comfort system in these shoes is not the same as other SAS shoes, so it’s missing the cushion feeling when you walk. My SAS Bliss shoes, with a slight heel, are my favorite comfort shoes, and I always get compliments on that style. I’m new to SAS, but was surprised that the TRIPAD system can be quite different in actual comfort between styles. Thanks to Zappos I’ll keep trying other SAS shoes.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

The only problem that concerns me is; If you order the wrong size, beware, returning or exchanging the product is close to impossible. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, with two being too wide, went to the SAS store in Lexington, Ky to exchange shoes. Well, the salesperson checked to see if she had the next size, but did not have either one. She revealed my other options would be to send them back to the company, which would have been expensive for shipping with no labels available, and had no ideal how long this process would take. She would not exchange for another shoe even though I told her I would pay the difference in prices if more than original purchase. I had no hard copy receipt. which I never had, just a email of exact order. Still not good enough when I showed the email, and also I had the shoes in the shipping box with the shipping label to my address. She kept saying that each store was different and the company did not allow cross exchanges of different shoes, and did not offer refund of my money stating I had to have the receipt. My question is, isn't everything related to my transaction documented on line, the shoes were ordered from my home, on line. After realizing that she was not willing to help me at all, I left the store and will never be able to wear the shoes. Sad business experience! I like SAS shoes but very concerned about management of the business, and very upset that I have lost my money related to shoes I cannot wear.

I called to say that there's something wrong with the sizing of this shoe and I was chastised for criticizing it.

Love the shoes but there is no arch support. After wearing them a few hours while standing or walking around my house my low back is screaming.

I bought two pair of these as gifts. Both recipients gave them back to me as they were running way too big. Both normally wear SAS shoes. I will have to give them away.....

I have long toes, high instep and narrow feet. Most SAS shoes fit me. These were painful when I tried them on. The top presses against the top of my toes when I try to walk. I wanted to return the shoes for another style. I am in Alaska. SAS told me they would not pay for a return from Alaska. Ok, I'll pay the return postage. Only no one at SAS would tell me how to return the shoes. I ended up giving them away. I am hesitant to buy anything directly from SAS.

Years ago I bought SAS sandals with the tri-pad. They were my favorite shoe..my shopping shoes, as I called them. This pair I just bought and then returned are not at all what I thought they would be. The sole was not flexible when walking and if you take out the thin insert you can see what is called tri-pad is thin and not cushioned at all. New owners since I first purchased...and I guess new standards...I am very disappointed..

I thought the shoes looked nice. I have a high instep and the shoes hurt my feet as soon as I put them on. The top cut into my foot. All I did was stand up in them no walking at all. I am in Alaska. I called SAS to find out how to return them and order another style. All I was told was the return label doesn't work in Alaska. I asked how I returned them and got no answer. I emailed SAS and asked where to send them for a refund. I didn't get an answer. So I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that i can't wear. If you have a high instep, don't buy these shoes

I was looking for a nice summer flat that I could wear instead of a sandal. The "Funk" line looked like what I wanted but looks are deceiving. This shoe was a slipper...no foot and arch support, very sloppy. That was bad enough. When I first tried to order online, Pay pal didn't work. I called customer service and they said " oh that happens sometimes. We don't know why". And then when I needed to return the shoes, I had to wait for a FedEx return. Why? It should have been sent with the shoe paperwork . You folks need to step up your game.

Had a nice thick innersole but had absolutely no arch support which is unusual for an SAS shoe. More like a slipper.
