Very comfortable. I wear them with socks and they do not slip loose while walking.

I ordered these based on another's review. First time I wore them was to usher a concert at an arts venue. The ushers stand for the entire show and the shoes are very comfortable - great arch support. I was able to stand in them without using a gel insert. Very happy with the shoe.

These shoes are softwalk. Very comfortable. I bought the platinum which go with everything. Happy with my purchase

Very comfortable. The arch support was placed oddly—it was slightly towards the toe of the shoe. I wear 10.5 Narrow and always use an additional arch insert because I have very high arches. Also have a narrow heel and this shoe slipped off my heel when walking after I inserted my additional arch support. If my arch wasn't so high and my heel wasn't so narrow this shoe would have been great. The leather is very soft and comfortable. The shoe is well made and the insole is very cushiony. I would recommend this shoe for someone with a normal foot.

I wear a size 6 medium, however, the 6 in this shoe was too long and slipped off my heel. I had to exchange the 6 for a size 5 1/2 and the fit is perfect! This shoe is a dress up or dress down. I'm 5' 3" and 130 lbs. if this helps! If you are looking for a very basic black shoe, this is it!

Sooo comfortable and pretty

First of all, my feet are absolutely terrible -- decades of stilettos, bunions, flat feet, you name it (when my husband first saw me barefoot, he thought I’d been in a catastrophic accident that deformed my feet). We’ll be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in January with a blow-out, black-tie party and there’s no way I’m wearing heels that evening. I ordered these shoes in “platinum” (i intend to “bedazzle' them) and THEY FIT!!! Not only do they fit, THEY’RE COMFORTABLE!!! We begin dance lessons for the big event next week and I’m going to be wearing these babies. As a matter of fact, I’m going to order them in other colors as soon as this review is finished. Buy these!

I have flat feet and an ankle full of screws, and these shoes feel wonderful. I have wide feet and the heel slips on most shoes, but these stay on!

I love these shoes for work, I like flats but want a little cushioning and support. These have nice cushioning inside the shoe at the arch that is really comfortable. I wear a 9 and the 9 fit just right.

They felt like heaven!! I am a teacher and I’m on my feet all day. I plan to get more in different colors!!

I have very wide feet and rarely find shoes as comfortable as these. They fit well, look good, and are still comfortable at the end of a long day on my feet.

I love SoftWalk shoes. These are very pretty, soft, quality leather, well made, dress them up or down. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Arch support is surprisingly good for a flat. I have Narrow feet, wear a 7 or 7,5 N, and found them to be a perfect fit.

Cute, comfortable, just what I was looking for. But - shoe manufacturers have become more generous - I will return these shoes for a Wide width instead of a Double Wide (WW) width. I've worn WW for years; lately, WW is too large. Otherwise, these shoes are a keeper!

A pretty shoe. Very soft and plenty wide even with a bunion on one of my feet. I gave it 4 stars for comfort due to only a small amount of arch support. I am keeping them though as I just will be careful if I have a lot of walking to do as they may or may not work for that. I am excited to wear them this Fall as the color is beautiful.

Very Happy with this shoe. Just what I needed. Plain ballet flat will go with pants or leggings. Easy off and on for travel(airports) and walking. The toe shape makes them look a little "old lady Like".. But for the comfort and walking in them, they are perfect. Comfortable out of the box, no break in time which is a huge plus for me.

Comfortable to wear all day right out of the box

Sleek very comfortable. Nice leather. Shoe box too short so ordered a half size up. The longer pair came with discoloration on heels and toe so will be sending them back. Have every confidence Zappos will send the right size with perfect coloring.

This 6 1/2 WW is too wide for such a soft shoe for me. I often wear a 7W but other people have had success going shorter and wider so I thought I would try that. It does have an incredible and removable cushy foot pad. The arch support is excellent. I wish I could buy it separately to use in other shoes.

I have looked high and low for months for the perfect black flat shoe when I came across these Softwalk Sonoma flats and was skeptically excited. I ordered them knowing I could easily return them when they didn't work out. When I received them I was pleased with their appearance and immediately tried them on. They fit and felt comfortable but the real test is to wear them for a day. I did so and was thrilled that they were everything I was looking for. I wear a size 11W and I have bunions on both feet so the toe box is very important to my comfort. These shoes rubbed no blisters anywhere and I hardly knew I had shoes on. My only disappointment is that they are slightly bigger than expected but I can remedy that with inserts. My prayers have been answered with these flats.

Many thanks for your patience in sending me a variety of sizes for this shoe. I found the size 8 WW is a good fit ( much to my surprise ) It provides excellent arch support and cushioning. Actual shoe sizes --as opposed to the stated shoe size--vary so much from brand to brand, and style to style, your system of invariably reliable, rapid delivery and return is very much appreciated.

Fabulous shoes --- but too long ( ! ) I am going to go down to the 8 and see if that does the trick. Many thanks for your patience and speedy deliverance/return services

I ordered shoe in 9 1/2 wide thinking maybe reason I’m having trouble finding shoes to fit, but they were way to wide. I’ve always been a 9 1/2 M, and guess I still am! These shoes were beautiful. Super soft leather, cushy insoles, and if I’d ordered my normal size, would have been perfect. So....I’m returning the 9 1/2 W, and have re-ordered 9 1/2 M in the black and beige. I think they will be perfect for work & with skinny jeans & slim leg pants. Thanks Zappos for easy returns!

I wore these for an entire day for the first time. No blisters or rubbed areas! I am a teacher, so comfort is important. I will be ordering these in black. The light-color does allow the shoes to stain or get marks fairly easily.

I was looking for a comfortable flat that would work well with dresses. This will work well for my upcoming trip and also for work. It's a win win for me. The cushion in the sole and the arch support is nice.
