A little wide for me but I have narrow feet. Very good arch support. Beautiful color. I’m very happy.

True to size. I saw comments saying theirs were 1/2 size too big, so I ordered 1/2 smaller than normal. Exchanging for my normal size nowd. But they are classic, cute, and seem well made and comfortable. Very little arch support but more than normal flats. I appreciate that you can put your own inserts in, I will probably do that so they're better for work.

The return was reluctant. Such a pretty well-made shoe. The toe box is plenty large - but one of my feet is finicky. If the edge of the toe box on foot had been slightly higher, my foot would have been happy. Great support and structure...they are only returned due to one finicky foot. :0(

I love these shoes! I should have gotten the recommended size 10 so I am returning the 10.5 for the right size.

Love the support of the shoe and the Emerald Green (Teal) color. You cannot go wrong!

Perfect. The only issue is that the neutral-colored leather isn’t a consistent color. But even the ones in the video on the web site - so okay.

So cute! And a color out of the ordinary. Go with anything. Best of all: they come in 10.5, narrow width, and the heel is narrow enough to stay, and the removable footbeds mean I can use my orthotics -- this is difficult to find in a flat. I normally wear an 11 in most brands, but that is too large in these. Needed a 10.5 for the shoe to stay on (toes still not at the end.)

I have been looking for a pair of comfortable flats for weeks. I have gone to stores and ordered online. No luck until I ordered these. I have a narrow foot and I am amazed these come in a narrow width. The fit is great. The only complaint I have is that they don’t come in more colors!

Have owned these for about two weeks now. Super comfy and great support! Love the somewhat pebbled look of the leather. They offer some shine and style but don't overwhelm your look.

I have narrow feet with high arches and have a difficult time finding comfortable flats that stay on my narrow heel, but provide enough room in the toe box. The Sonoma fits perfectly, is comfortable out of the box, and best of all has incredibly plush padding and moderate arch support in the foot bed.

So awesome I kinda want to lie and say they’re terrible just so I can buy them all to myself. ;). Comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 wide. I went with the 7.5 wide and they fit perfectly. The style is somewhat basic, but I bought the teal color and they really pop.

Needed something other than sneakers for a couple of events this summer. These are cute and extremely comfortable. I can no longer do pointy toes and heels. Hooray for these shoes!

They are keepers!

I love the look. Nothing outrageous, but goes with everything. The toe box was roomy so I ordered 3 pair in different colors. Unfortunately, the black ones were too tight.

My new favorite shoes. Super comfortable, great for my narrow feet. Tiny bit of a break-in period where it rubbed the top of my big toe, but that disappeared after the first day.

It took awhile to find a good fit but I endured because I could feel that these shoes could be very very comfy if I got the fit right! They have an insert that is really comfortable (can be removed if you have orthotics though). I have a really cranky right foot that doesn't like many shoes and it took some wearing on the carpet for a bit for these to loosen up in the toe box to feel good but alas, give them some time and they seem to be really good at molding to your foot size. I purchased wides to accommodate that cranky foot and then of course it makes them a bit too wide in the heel, but after some pads inserted at the heel, even this was overcome! As far as looks, they are basic, nothing great and they have an slight overtint of a darker color on the bottom half of the shoe that is kind of weird and I would have preferred them to not have that...but it's not that noticeable so in that they fit....I am a happy camper. Thank you Zappos for being a store that allows you to try again and again to finally find a shoe that fits weird feet! ha!

I have a very wide foot. I ordered a 6 1/2 WW and it fit perfect. Very comfortable. Color is nice, I like the fact that the shoe is simple and can work dressy or casual.

I already have a pair of these in “silver” and I wear them constantly. They’re wildly comfortable, they go with everything, and they look very, very nice. It’s only natural that another pair in a color that goes with everything would go into my Zappo’s shopping cart. I love them already. Now if these only came in white ...

I love these shoes! My back usually hurts after wearing flat but these have more support than any other flat I've worn. They are also so cute! Heads up "Emerald Green" is definitely teal. I have a narrow foot and was excited that these came in narrow, but they ended up being too narrow around the ball of the foot, so I stuck with the medium. Length was true to size.

I have arthritis in my feet and was pregnant and these shoes allowed me to walk and look fashionable!

I own three different colors in the Sonoma. Extremely comfortable. Goes well with just about anything. My foot is wide and this shoe is great since it offers more than one choice in choosing a wide width. I'm always a 6 1/2 and this shoe is true to it's length sizes.

I have a wider foot and tried the medium width to see how it would feel. It's a bit snug. It is simple in design, but has a very comfortable footbed. It's definitely worth trying out!

Love these! Comfortable from the first wear. Good neutral color for spring and summer. Very happy with these!
